TS4009 I want to cancel storage. It is useless. Please do not charge me $40. I wish I could figure out how to reach you to accomplish this. I keep trying and get no where.

You can cancel an iCloud storage upgrade within 15 days of buying:
Apple have made this as difficult as possible. However two posters have managed to achieve this. Elizellen was able to use Express Lane to get a refund:

However if you use Express Lane may find you cannot proceed without entering a hardware serial number which is still eligible for AppleCare. julia22 managed to find a way round that by phoning them - please see this post:

it gives the USA number - if you don't live there you will have to find an equivalent number from the 'Contact Us' link at bottom right of this page.

If it is more than 15 days since you purchased the storage you cannot cancel it for a refund; you can downgrade your plan as from your next renewal date. Please see

Also I want to be able to look at duplicate songs on my itunes but after I downloaded the new version I can not figure out how to get that back. If the duplicate setting isn't in the new itunes I want the old version back.Did you ever resolve the iCloud problem.I am in the same position and its driving me mad!!! If you are familar with the Numbers Budget Template it has two tabs 'Budget' and 'Transactions'. If you use the template as it is designed when you input expenses on the transaction tab it will automatically add that amount into the selected category on the budget tab. I have madified my budget tab to reflect the caegories that I need, which included adding several to the template. I also added to the table so it reflects my income and expenses so I can track where I am at with a glance. Since I did this, I can't get my transactions tab to communicate with the budget tab. I figured out how to change the options in the drop down box for category but I con't figure out how to get it to reflect onto my budget tab. I'm sure that it is an easy fix, however, I am just not well versed in Numbers. I appreciate your time in helping me with this issue.

JonMy guess is that while you added catetories to your Budget Sheet by adding new lines and filling in the category column, you didn't also add the formulas to these new budget lines.
The proper way to add those lines would have been to select a cell in the line just above where you want to add a line and type Option/Alt-DownArrow. This would have copied the formulas into the new line. Maybe you did this, and maybe not. You didn't give details on how you added the lines.
Select C2 and D2 and Command-C to copy them to the Clipboard.
Select all the cells of Columns C and D except for the top and bottom rows and Command-V to Paste.
If I have properly guessed the problem, you should be in business. This assumes that your Categories are exaclty the same as the entries in your Pop-up menus. Spelling counts, as does case.

Downloads - I want to open some PDFs/other file types from the internet but not have to save them. I can't figure out how to view them and close them without having to save them first. When I click on a file, the downloads box opens and depending on the setting, it auto saves the file or asks me where to save the file. What if I don't want to save it anywhere, I just want to view it and close it?

So i have a mac book air. And i am trying to type a paper but none of the tools are on m document for easy access. I have to go in and try to change everything under the settings manual. I was wondering how i put all of the easy acces tools such as font spacing and styles all on the front part of my screen not up at the top menu area. I purchased two movies which I can see have been deducted from my account. However, they are not in my library after waiting a long time for them to download. I can't access the movies I have already paid for! They are also not in my cloud. I am completely frustrated. At this point I just want a refund and will never try to watch a movie on here again!
If you bought them on your iPad then they should have downloaded into the iPad's Videos app - is that where you are looking for them ?
If they aren't there then have you tried searching for them via the iPad's spotlight search screen ? Pull down the centre of the home screen in iOS 7, swipe your first home screen to the right in iOS 6 and below.
If that doesn't find them either, and they don't show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app for redownloading (films won't show there in all countries), then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

I'm getting error messages when I download updates for lightroom and flash for the mac. can't figure out how to trouble shoot.
It sounds as if your browser and some of your apps are not color-managed. This is pretty typical. Even IE9 is only partially color-managed.
You can expect color-managed and non-color-managed applications to show you different things with the same images. How different will depend upon how different your monitor color profile is from the image's color profile.
For web publication and most general use, experts usually advise saving images with the sRGB profile. If such images, saved through the Save for Web & Devices function, look different to you than you expect, it may be that your input images have previously been saved in another color space.
You should really try to get your head around color-management by reading more on it. It can seem baffling and it's difficult to understand without some background. A quick web search turns up many overviews. Beware, though, even people writing articles sometimes don't fully understand it.

Has anyone figured out how to actually get a refund for iCloud extra storage? I accidentally purchased too much extra storage. The supports site says "Cancel storage not needed" within 15 days. But there is no instructions on HOW to do that. I have searched for hours for instructions. I did Express Lane Case #s only to have Apple Support "close" these cases with a "resolution" that they told me to visit their support sites. I am in a loop! I have had 3 Case numbers for this with no one giving me the credit refund. I finally was given a phone number. Been on hold so long my cell dropped the call and had to start over...3 times. Of course, all very nice people who took my phone number in case they need to call me back and then never called me when I lost the call. None of them had the security level for refunds so I had to be sent on to the next person and then the next, all with rediculously long hold times. I finally gave up for the night. Tried to "chat" online, but the only option is to "Chat Later" when I feel like trying again. Again, no explanation on why that is the only option showing (too busy, closed for the night?). Is the ploy here for me to realize I already spent more hours of my time than the cost of the error and I'll eventually give up? On this site I did see someone post a refund resolution for MobileMe. Those instructions are not working for iCloud storage canceling. There was no "choice" to click for canceling that I saw.
I did get this resolved the next day. So the solution is to not try to resolve this in the evening, the were understaffed. I called the next day during business hours and had the opposite experience. I got in and was only on hold 5 min. Again the first support person could not give refunds and I was passed on to her supervisor, but again the hold time was reasonable. This person was very easy to work with and she took care of the issue. I explained that it was not completely clear that the cloud is not meant to be backup for all your pc files, thus the reason for so many cancelations once we get it and find out what it cannot store. The online support sites could do a better job telling you that refunds require phone calls (during days hours).

I want to know if I can use my iCould storage simply to back up files. If so, I have not been able to figure out how.
Currently, only Apple apps (Pages, Numbers, etc.) can back up
data to iCloud. There is no way to use it to just simply backup any files.
There are some workarounds to get some data stored.
PDFs and any other document that can be read by Preview
can be backed up in iCloud. Load the document into Preview,
select Export..., click on the directory dropdown, then select
iCloud as destination. Not a drag and drop solution or an
all encompassing method, but you can get some stuff saved. -
I have a new iPhone 5S. While trying to learn about it, I accidentally recorded a voice memo with no content. I cannot now figure out how to get rid of it. There is a banner across the top of my phone with this memo which I don't want. I have deleted it from iTunes but cannot get it off the phone. Help!
The banner usually indicates that the memo is "Paused." If you go back into voice memos, touch the word "Done" beside the big red pause button, give it a name, then it will show in a list. Touch the memo in the list then touch the trash can icon that should appear.

This may be related to a new feature embedded in iOS7 that shows all purchased music by default. Go to Settings > Music, then turn off Show All Music. See if the issue ceases once the feature has been disabled. This information is located on page 63 of the user guide below.

I have purchased Adobe XI Pro and created a form for entering bowling scores to submit to newspaper for my high school team. I can not figure out how to get pdf's into my documents folder on my iPad so that I can access the files in bowling alleys where I do not have a Wi-Fi connections. I need to be able access files without going to acrobat.com. Help!!!@
Post the PDF files to a web site. The browse to them in Safari on the iPad. When you Open the files specify the Open to occur in Adobe Reader. Then you can have/Save them in your Documents folder on the iPad. An iPad has limited access to files otherwise.
