TS4009 no storage available
I've purchased extra storage but my phone still wont allow me to download anything or take photos unless I delete things, am I doing something wrong?? I received confirmation email to say it would be £14 a year but still not available.
Music? No. Music is not stored on icloud unless you subscribe to itunes match.
To delete files on your device:
Delete apps you don't use.
Delete videos you don't want (these take up a lot of space).
Do you have a lot of emails stored on the device?
Are there apps that store data files, like a PDF reader? If there are a lot of these, you need to delete some.
But for videos and photos, always sync them to a computer first to archive them.
The bottom line is that you need to remove data and/or apps on your device to make more storage available.

If your iPad is frozen and unresponsive, reset it by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release.

I have deleted hundreds of pictures, I've deleted apps, deleted emails and texts, and I've turned off and deleted backups of apps on icloud and it is still telling me that there is not enough icloud storage available for my phone to be backed up. I am supposed to do this before I go to the Apple store today to get my phone fixed. Can someone please help me? I have done almost everything.
This article explains ways to reduce your iCloud storage: Managing your iCloud storage. In addition to what's mentioned in the article, if you have lots of photos and videos attached to your text messages, these are all included in your iCloud backup and deleting them can sometimes significantly reduce the size of your backup.
If worse comes to worse, back up your phone to your computer rather than iCloud. To do this, connect it to your computer, open iTunes and go to File>Devices>Back Up and to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases. This can be used to restore your data when you get your phone back. (In fact, it's faster because you don't have to download the data from iCloud.) -
My Ipad 3erd Gen... si dsiplayin a message:
"Not Enough Storage: this ipad cannot be backed up because there is noit enough iCloud storage available. you can manage yor setorage in settings"
Ihave tride pushing either Close or Settings and it doesnt do anything, i cant shut down or push a command in setteings mode, the message appears to be frozen in the center of the screen!

My iphone 4s will not back up with iCloud. it tells me i dont have enough iCloud storage available, that i can manage my storage in my settings, when i click the settings it tells me i have 2.8 GB free space out of 5 GB. i dont know what to do about this problem. it hasnt been backed up in 3 weeks. and if i still have icloud space avaliable on my phone i do not need to purchase more. i have very few aps backed up on my icloud. i do not understand this help me please
Go to Settings>General>Usage and see how much space is available on your phone (listed at the very top). The pop-up might be telling you that you don't have enough space on your phone to perform the backup, not that you don't have enough space in your iCloud acount to store the backup.

My wife has an iPhone 4, 16 GB. After upgrading to iOS 7, despite having 10 GB free, the phone says No storage available. Tried a soft reset, tried restore as well. Still not working. iCloud is switched off.
Please help.. This has become a pain.. and of course theres no way to go back to iOS 6.Make sure you have the Latest Version of iTunes (v11.1.5) Installed on your computer

i need help! my ipad is having a problem~ i cant open my ipad because of this saying "Not enough storage -> this ipad cannot be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage available. I have a 4S and in the lock screen it is coming up with a screen (Not Enough Storage - This iphone cannot be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage available. You can manage your storage in settings) it then has option close or settings.....but i am unable to click on either or turn off the phone. I have plugged it into itunes on the computer and manually backed it up but i cannot use my phone as i cant get past this message

You might try a forced shutdown to begin with, hold down the top and home buttons together until the device shuts down, then restart it. -
My iPad air is missing some apps from my phone. It keeps saying, " there is not enough storage available to download...." I purchased additional storage twice, my device now shows 18GB free of a total 25GB, and still I cannot download apps I've had for yrs
iCloud space is for backup only.
You need more local storage; free up space on iPad:
Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Delete what is not needed to free up space on iPad. -

You're out of space. Do you sync music to your phone? If so, try syncing it over in 128kb which will save a lot of room. Option is right in front of you in iTunes when you plug phone in.

Thank you in anticipation.Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

My iPad and iPhone4s both state "NOT ENOUGH STORAGE" and can't backup due to not enough iCloud storage available in the cloud.
I have sync my phone to my pc using itunes, but I still get the msg on the phone - could it be that the ipad and phone both receive the same mail? I did go into Settings - icloud - and shut off Mail on phone - I will sync the iPad as well - both devices receive my mail as well as Acer pc.? thank you -Not having enough storage in your iCloud account isn't caused by using your iCloud email account on your device. It may be caused by having lots of email in your account though.
Go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage to see what is taking up the space in your account. -

Try doing a hard reset:
Press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/wake button simultaneously for about 15 seconds and release when the Apple logo appears.
After that: go to Settings - iCloud - Storage and backup - turn off the iCloud backup
and backup with iTunes from now on

Mount not working with external HDD
