What is the email address or phone number to get a refund for iCloud data storage? Apple says simply to "contact Apple" without more specificity.

I received a full refund of my ICloud storage purchase 43 days after purchase! The CSR were phenomenal and just friendly & professional - great experience! I might have lucked-out getting the reps (Shelley & Joshua).

The wait was maybe 2 minutes max!

You can cancel an iCloud storage upgrade but only within 15 days of buying:
Apple seem to have made this as difficult as possible. You may be able to do this using http://expresslane.apple.com - Click on 'More products and services', then 'iCloud', 'Account and setup' then 'This topic is not listed'. Explain the situation in the box provided and wait for a response - include a phone number. However you may find you cannot proceed without entering a hardware serial number which is still eligible for AppleCare.
In that event you will need to phone them directly, using the Apple Online Store number given at the bottom of this page. The first person you speak to may tell you to do it from the iCloud website but this is not possible. Politely insist on escalating the issue to a more senior person and eventually you should be able to get through to someone who can deal with this (you may have to wait for them to call you back) - you will be asked security questions and for part of your credit card number to identify yourself.
Just for information, if it is more than 15 days since you purchased the storage you cannot cancel it for a refund; you can downgrade your plan as from your next renewal date. Please see

I had to get my iPhone 5c fixed today because there was a problem with syncing itunes files from my laptop; I changed the names of some of the song files/artists from my laptop and attempted to sync it to my iphone, but that created a corruption in the process, which in turn ceased any kind of syncing altogether. So my iphone is restored/fixed, but I still have to deal with having itunes purchases and old CD data listed as "Various Artists" or "Unknown Artist."
The Mac employer who helped me told me about an app that can identify those "Unknown Artist" files and interpret the data so that the iphone can recognize it. I know that's kind of a conveluted description, but he basically said that I can type in the name of an album, and the app will identify the relevent artist name/album artwork (within a database of music info, i'm guessing) and send it over to itunes.
I can't for the life of me remember the name of the app, but I know it starts with an S, and the app icon has the color red. I searched the music apps, but I can't seem to find it, so i'm guessing it's under a different category.
Does anybody know the app that i'm talking about?The outer brown outline is just the background from the website I saw this on. Only look at the white frame. Then you can see the black frame around the photo. Please help!!

All I wanted to do was upgrade my ipad 2 to ios 6 but in my settings it was greyed out and it told me I did not have enough storage to upgrade so I bought additional icloud storage and realised that this made no difference whatsoever
Now I was a refund but typical apple, one click to buy but a million and a phone call to get back
I just want this iPad upgraded and my refund for storage that aint storage!?? and someone to explain to me in LAYMAN's terms what the difference is between iPad storage and iCloud and what is the point if you cannot upgrade even though you bought more storage!?

difference in laymans terms is simple. You ipad has local storage. Icloud is storage on apple server, that people by to create backup. Local storage for ipad can not be expanded. New ipad with bigger storage can be purchased and Apple makes them is up to 128 gigs size. -

Has anyone figured out how to actually get a refund for iCloud extra storage? I accidentally purchased too much extra storage. The supports site says "Cancel storage not needed" within 15 days. But there is no instructions on HOW to do that. I have searched for hours for instructions. I did Express Lane Case #s only to have Apple Support "close" these cases with a "resolution" that they told me to visit their support sites. I am in a loop! I have had 3 Case numbers for this with no one giving me the credit refund. I finally was given a phone number. Been on hold so long my cell dropped the call and had to start over...3 times. Of course, all very nice people who took my phone number in case they need to call me back and then never called me when I lost the call. None of them had the security level for refunds so I had to be sent on to the next person and then the next, all with rediculously long hold times. I finally gave up for the night. Tried to "chat" online, but the only option is to "Chat Later" when I feel like trying again. Again, no explanation on why that is the only option showing (too busy, closed for the night?). Is the ploy here for me to realize I already spent more hours of my time than the cost of the error and I'll eventually give up? On this site I did see someone post a refund resolution for MobileMe. Those instructions are not working for iCloud storage canceling. There was no "choice" to click for canceling that I saw.
I did get this resolved the next day. So the solution is to not try to resolve this in the evening, the were understaffed. I called the next day during business hours and had the opposite experience. I got in and was only on hold 5 min. Again the first support person could not give refunds and I was passed on to her supervisor, but again the hold time was reasonable. This person was very easy to work with and she took care of the issue. I explained that it was not completely clear that the cloud is not meant to be backup for all your pc files, thus the reason for so many cancelations once we get it and find out what it cannot store. The online support sites could do a better job telling you that refunds require phone calls (during days hours).
