If you see one of following alerts, you need to erase the device:
"iTunes could not connect to the [device] because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the [device] before it can be used with iTunes."
"You haven't chosen to have [device] trust this computer"
If you have Find My iPhone enabled, you can use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased.
Alternatively, place the device in recovery mode and restore it to erase the device:
Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to shut down.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
iTunes will alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then restore the device. -
Hi, I was importing pictures into iPhoto from my sd card and suddenly iPhoto quit. Now it just won't open. When I click on the iphoto icon in the dock, nothing happens! Does anyone have a solution to this problem please?
As a test launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos and test to see if the same problem persists. Does it?
If it does then your current library has been damaged and should be repaired: apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Since only one option can be run at a time start
with Option #4 and then #1 as needed.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
4 - In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

Recently I am having a problem of loading videos from Youtube.
The message " loading" keeps go on and on and nothing happens. Can you advise on how to fix this problem.
Thank you inadvance.This problem has been fixed. I rebooted my laptop after clearing my Firefox cache and deleting all cookies. Once my laptop was rebooted, I opened Firefox and now I can access the regular YouTube site, not the mobile site.

Basically, I have 2 problems:
1) When I export it shows this clip that's not in my normal project and it ruins my project by having this clip in there; it's like a glitch. I tried to change the clip, and and still doesn't make the project normal again. Tried a new sequence and dragging the project into HD Mode and to no avail.
My camera:
HD: 1080p
Settings: At Hd

Also, it's only displaying black bars above my project, even after exporting at 720p. I just don't want this random clip in my project or the black bars. I'm using Final Cut Express. Does anyone have any possible idea what this could be? Any help woud be much appreciated! I'm clueless on this.

I would suggest that you buy a visa or mastercard gift card and put a few dollars on it and use it to access the store. Just add money to it before you want to buy something from the store and it will act like a normal credit card for you.

If you have a very old Firefox version then you could consider to uninstall that version to clean up existing registry keys (especial the uninstall key).
Make sure NOT to remove "personal data" when you uninstall Firefox, because that will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data like bookmarks and passwords including data in profiles created by other Firefox versions.
Check the Firefox program folder and remove the Firefox program folder if there are still files left in it.

actually i found out how to fix it
1 sign out of apple account
2 close down passbook app
3 change year to 2013
4 reopen passbook and sign in at the button with your apple ID
5 change the time to auto update and it should work from now on.

I bought my iPad 2 three months ago from apple, and all my updates re from apple through iTunes. Version 4.3.3 is the latest version I updated, have been trying hard to update 4.35 but I get error messages all the time when the update is almost complete. First, I recommend trying to download the album from you list of past purchases. Use the steps in the section titled "Download previous purchases on Mac or PC > iTunes Store" in the following article:

I don't think its a virus, I have done so many virus scans and I can't tell what is going wrong. I have uninstall and reinstall firefox to have this problem still happening. The only difference I have applied on firefox sometime before this problem, is installing a skin, which I have never done since installment. I realize there was a problem when the skin fails to show and there is a blank green space where the skin would be displayed. I have since (with the problem) have pop up adds from Fifa 2014, Castrol GTX and others, mostly in Spanish. I don't understand why as I have AVG installed. I googled the problem and I have yet to find out why this is happening on my computer.
