First step is to confirm that you have the same Apple ID in settings for both devices.....
Settings > iTunes and Apps > Verify correct apple id (Apple ID used to purchase Plague).

Does the iOS device connect to other networks? If yes that tend to indicate a problem with your network.
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Have you checked every folder that is in the DCIM folder?

thats because audible isnt apple provided, its a third party app/website so you'll have to get it from them

Try resetting the SMC and PRAM first, if that doesn't help try a cleaning disc.....and then buy an inexpensive external burner. Slimline super drive failures are all too common.
To reset the SMC
Shut down the computer.
Unplug the computer's power cord.
Wait fifteen seconds.
Attach the computer's power cord.
Wait five seconds, then press the power button to turn on the computer.
Resetting NVRAM / PRAM
Shut down your Mac.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command (⌘), Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
Turn on the computer.
Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys before the gray screen appears.
Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
Release the keys.

I've used the email and a new one for the download. it'll go through the process of downloading the itunes setup, but when i go to the downloads folder in my computer and click on the file, it says it's not a valid Win32 file and won't open. Perhaps try downloading and saving a copy of the installer to a different PC. (If you're on a 32-bit Windows system, try to download on a different 32-bit Windows system.) Copy the iTunesSetup.exe installer to an external hard-drive, or a large-enough thumb drive or burn it to a CD-R. Carry the installer back to your PC, copy the installer to your hard drive. (Don't run the install from the ExHD, thumb or CD-R.) Start the install by doubleclicking the iTunesSetup.exe file.

Third-party security software or router security settings can also cause this issue. To resolve this, followTroubleshooting security software issues.
Downgrading to a previous version of iOS is not supported. If you have installed software to performunauthorized modifications to your iOS device, that software may have redirected connections to the update server (gs.apple.com) within the Hosts file. Uninstall the unauthorized modification software from the computer.
Edit out the "gs.apple.com" redirect from your hosts file, and then restart the computer for the host file changes to take affect. For steps to edit the Hosts file and allow iTunes to communicate with the update server, see iTunes: Troubleshooting iTunes Store on your computer, iPhone, iPad, or iPod—follow steps under the heading Blocked by configuration (Mac OS X / Windows) > Rebuild network information > The hosts file may also be blocking the iTunes Store. Computer intermittently shuts down but when i'm using the batter

My MacBook will shut down unexpectedly, even when the batter is charged! This only happens when i'm using the battery to run it. If I plug it in, this never happens.
Any suggestions??

Have you done the battery update?
You might try to reset the SMC and/or PRAM.
If none of this works contact apple you may have a bad battery.

I have internet connection but when i try to activate imessages, error says "could not sign in, please check network connections again

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings then restart your iPod.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone back on, press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

Which store are you trying to use. I believe you need to use the store in the country in which your credit card is registered.

If the old ID is yours, and if your current ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

The BestBuy guys are clueless. I use a Logitech BT Tablet keyboard with my iPad 4 - used it before with iOS 6 and use it now with iOS 7 and it works just fine.
A simply thing to try is to remove the BT pairing, reset your iPad (hold the on/off/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears), then try repairing them. You may have to force the keyboard back into pairing mode (on mine, there is a button on the underside, near the on/off switch, that I would press and hold for second or two to force pairing mode).

You should reply to the e-mail you received. If you can't, there should be the name & phone number of someone from the local Apple HR department at the bottom of the e-mail. Call them for any more help.
