I REALLY need help!!! My iPhone 4s is apparently OVER the amount of GB its supposed to have so it now will not even let me delete ANYTHING! Not my texts, apps- to free up space, NOTHING! It keeps kicking me off my email, wont let me get voicemail,see who last called on my "recents", wont let me send or receive text's or even let me change things in my settings. Now when I go to iTunes to sync, so I can try to free up space, iTunes sais there isn't enough space in its library for all my stuff so it WON'T sync either!!! I'm frozen and I have A LOT of VERY important stuff on my phone that I REALLY need! Can anyone tekk me what to do? PLEASE!!!!

First off try and go into your IPhone manually through My Computer and cut photos or anything you can through the device to be able to free space up so that you can continue to do what you want to do with ITunes. This way you will be able to create a backup or do what you have to do to manage your information, photos and texts on your device a little better.

I've just updated to Mavericks but there isn't enough room on the disk. how can i get the old OS to load reduce content?

- Delete all files in the Downloads folder.
Empty the Trash.
- Start iPhoto. Empty its trash.
- Delete "Recovered Messages", if any.

    Library > Mail > V2 > Mailboxes
    Delete "Recovered Messages", if any.
- Empty the Trash.
- Restart.
- Re-index your system disk:

To have Time Machine backup your system disk and your external offload disk up onto your Time Machine disk:
 > System Preferences > Time Machine > Options… > Remove the offload HD name from the exclusions list.

Share to iDVD only works if your original footage was AVCHD (or anything that gets converted to Apple Intermediate Codec, like HDV) or DV.
If your original footage was h.264 or something like that, you should SHARE to the Media Browser and bring the movie into iDVD through the Media Browser there.

Pretty sure it doesn’t say there is not enough room in iTunes library because it is not backed up to the iTunes library.

A lot of apps now require iOS 4+ in order to work - if you only have version 3.2 and the apps that you want to sync require 4+ then they won't sync (you can check an app's requirements on the left-hand side of its description in the App Store). You either need to update your iPad to the current version of iOS (which can be done via the Check for Updates button on the devices summary tab in iTunes), or you need to find apps that only require iOS 3

Having signed out as suggested above, go to http://appleid.apple.com and create a new Apple ID if you don't already have one. You will need a working email address which is different from that in the ID already in use.

Hello. I hope someone can help. I have an iPod Touch 8G that I am trying to keep the music playlists from, adding them to what is on my Mac. I had work done on my Mac, and as a result, the original playlists in iTunes were deleted. I have recreated them using the Music Library, a long arduous process of thousands of songs! I would really like to have both, so I could manually combine playlists. How do I do this, not losing either set of playlists?
I enabled Home Sharing and iCloud.

I was receiving texts as of yesterday but today when I try to send a text it tells me message failed would I like to try again. I received a text this morning but can not reply to it. It isn't blocked because I tried sending a text to myself and that won't work either.

I deleted/changed my old apple ID (from the apple webb site) and I have changed all my Apple products onto the new ID, but they all randomly ask for a password for the old ID (which now will not work and I can't change) the biggest problem is that my icloud account will not let me in to do anything.

We need to be clear here. Did you create a second ID, or just modify the single ID?

If it has 'open' against it then that implies that it is already installed on your iPad .If you can't find it on any of your homescreens (there is a limit of 11 after which apps are accessible via the spotlight search screen) or app folders, then can you find it via the spotlight search screen (swipe your first home screen to the right) ?
If not then have you tried a reset to see if you can find it after the iPad has restarted ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

See the answer to your other post on this issue. The trick is to put them into a folder and then drag that over. The problem is that the Flashdrive won't wear that many items on the top level of the drive.

Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
Before you reinstall the Apple software, also remove iCloud vi Control Panel Remove programs. The reinstall the Apple programs
