Help! When I went to restore back up for my Iphone after downloading software update, it asked for password which I did not know. Apparently the box for encrypt had been checked but I do not recall anywhere indicating I needed to choose password. I suspect you have a 2G iPod. Those can only go to iOS 4.2.1.

Sometimes i sleep and the my iphone is charging and of course the battery became full after two or three hours, and definitely i will not wake up in the midnight to just disconnect the charger, please i need your help.This is considered normal use. I think everybody does this, including myself. It's not something to worry about in the least bit.
Just remember to complete a full charge cycle (allow the phone's battery to discharge to 10%-20%, then charge uninterruped to 100%) once a month and you'll be fine.

I had a friend airdrop a video to me last week from her iPhone and I saw it on my iPhone after the upload was complete. I'm looking for the video now and can't find it anywhere on my phone. Where is it and/or is it stored on my phone?

I was not warned that audiobooks are a one time download only for those using iCloud to backup. As a result I've lost my audiobook when switching to a new iPhone after the previous phone was damaged.
