Re sync them from iTunes or re-download them from the App store. You will not be charged again if you download them with the same Apple ID used to purchase them originally.

i have on my iphone at the moment the software upgrade 5.1, i was wondering if there was any way to downgrade it to iphone software 5.0.1.

You have to download the software 5.0.1 and when pressing reset on iTunes you can press shift and choose a file form your computer...you have to pick the software you downloaded and then it will put that in to the phone. I ahve a guide but it's in swedish....look for downgrading in Google for a english guide...

I think it's something you'll want to make sure is turned on in settings.
