TS4147 I accidently synced my contacts to my fiance's phone, how can I undo this?
I accidently synced my contacts into my fiance's phone. The contacts are still on my phone but are now also on his along with his contacts. How do i undo this with out them deleting from my phone?
Welcome to the Apple Community.
Delete the account from your device (settings > iCloud), opt to keep contacts when asked.
You will both need to delete unwanted contacts on your own devices manually after performing the step above.

Connect your ipod upto thecomputer
View > Show Sidebar then you will see your device on the left hand side.
Select Device by clicking on the name
Select Music from the options on the right
untick Sync Music
Click Apply bottom right.
All the music should now be taken off your ipod
When Finished
re tick Sync Music Select what Albums, Artists, Genres and playlists you want
Click Apply and you should be back where you started -

I have upgraded my macbook pro to Lion, using Icloud if take a photo on my Iphone this syncs to my mac however my video does not synce wirelessly from my iphone to macbook. How can I get this to do it.

How do I transfer music off my iphone onto itunes on a new mac. I don't have the laptop I originally synced my iphone up with any more, so how can I do this without it?
I have tried to do this through home sharing but as I don't have the old laptop it wont let me.

Would be much appreciated.The iphone is not a backup/storage device. The sync is one way - computer to iphone. The only exception is itunes purchases. File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for this very occasion.

One of you will need to migrate to a separate iCloud account, then you can delete the other person's data from each account.
To migrate to a new account, start by saving an photo stream photos that are not in your camera roll to your camera roll. To do this, open your my photo stream album, tap Select, tap the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward pointing errow), then tap Save to Camera Roll. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted, provide the account password to turn off Find My iPhone when prompted, then sign in with a different Apple ID to create the new account and choose Merge to upload your data.
You can then each to to your iCloud accounts on icloud.com from your computer and delete the other person's data from your account. -
I need help!! My iPhone 4s lost contacts in messages after restore! How can I fix this?
Earlier today I turned my phone off and back on...then I noticed that my contacts in my messages were not showing up, only the numbers. I tried to do a backup restore-- didn't work. I tried adding a +1 in front of all my contacts, that didn't work either. My contacts are still there, they are just not syncing with my messages. How can I fix this?
