TS4147 i have iphone 4 s in beirut and just bought iPhone 5 s to use in abu dhabi instead of black berry .. transfered my contacts and set it on my iCloud - when i came back to beirut and used my iPhone 4s my contacts where not the same - i lost a big ch
i have an iphone 4s , a mac air, ipad4 .... all on same itune and icloud. i live in between 2 cities... i had a blackberry in abu dhabi.... Recently i replaced it with iphone 5 and set it on the same icloud account...
I had different contacts on each but now all my contacts on my i phone 4s are lost...
How can i retrieve them ? its all my beirut life .... now its only the abu dhabi contacts ??? what can i do?

I have an iPhone 5, yesterday it wasn't receiving any signal. I reset it and when it cam back on it said plug into iTunes, i did that but now it comes up with error 9006 and 39. What do i do, i have tried different wires, and different plug in holes, I've left it for the night and tired again this morning.
Error code 9006 is related to the computer's security software settings, 39 is not listed inResolve iOS update and restore errors try turning the security/anti-virus software off if you are using something like that. Then you may need to restore via the recovery mode since that is what the graphic of a USB wire connecting to iTunes means, it has already entered recovery mode...see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808 for instructions on recovery mode restoring.

I have Iphone 4 it was work fine in my country (bahrain) i went to UK and i change sim card to O2 and when i came back it doesn't work in my country i think because i update the carrier in Uk its my carrier now 10.0 and the others in my country is 9.0
We had the same problem, but figure out the solution.
You MUST have at least 1 song added to your ITUNE! After you add a free song, then everything else should work as normal!

I rented a movie on iTunes for my iPhone. I had to pause it. When I came back, it could not play because it said I didn't have enough storage now. Anyone know how to correct this?

I was travelling to the US and I broke my iPhone during my stay there, luckily I backed up my iPhone before I left to go to the US. So I managed to get myself a new iPhone during my holiday stay. but was unable to obtain my old photos as I did not bring the laptop with me. And was waiting to get back to UK before I can restore it. Of course, since I was on a holiday I have used my iPhone to take photos. When I came back to the UK I connected my iPhone to my itunes on my latop and later realised that it restored all data, but not the photos or anything that I have taken during my holiday? Any idea how I can get that too? very very desparate!
Were you using iCloud? If so, have you checked your photo stream? If you weren't using Photo Stream, there is likely no way to recover your photos.

I have purchased IPhone 5S in Florida Mall when I was traveling to US from India.I bought this phone in unlocked condition. I started my phone when I came back in India. After few days (4-5 days) it started giving blue dump regularly. Then I have contacted Authorized service centre (Maple) in India (Maharashtra – New Mumbai) and then Maple checked with Apple and Apple said this phone is not under International Warranty. But when I purchased this phone form Apple Florida Mall ,I have been told by Zach McKenzie (Sales Person) that it has an international warranty and u can approach to any authorized centre in India for any issues. And that’s the reason I have bought this phone.
But now I am in big trouble so tell me how can u help me in this regards.Note this is a user forum hosted by Apple. You aren't talking to Apple here just other users.
Note that the iPhone warranty is NOT international and never has been. Your iPhone must be serviced in the country of purchase.

If not successful try the remaining items of:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

My nano was working just fine and I had been using it as my fitness watch ( music). I plugged it in to charge and when I came back to unplug it, it was so hot that it burned my hands. I continued to unplug it and that was the last time it worked.
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

hi please help i pressed my home button on my i phone 5 this morning to check the time and the screen went big as if its zoomed in i have switched the phone off but when it came back on the screen is still big i cant connect to i tunes either as i have a pass code on my phone i cant type it in as the screen is to big. please has anyone got any ideas on how to fix this.

Try a reset by pressing and holding the home and power buttons for 15-20 seconds until the white Apple logo appears.

I left my macbook pro closed and when I came back the screen had a huge crack all over the screen, anyone know why this could have happened?
Someone dropped something onto your computer.

Someone placed heavy objects on your computer.

The time and date issues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every times I went to Apple store, the phone automatically works good time, but when I came back, my phone is working very slow with wrong time!
I want to get a new iPhone to replace this defective phone. I am gonna be crazzzzzzzyyyyyyyy with anger,!!!,!,,,! I takes2 hours to go to Regent street apple stores for three times!!!!!. It is a lot of transport fees !
PLz tell me why! How to deal with it !Unless it's confirmed officially that your phone is defective, then you can ask for a replacement. Or you have to live with you. However you can trade it for a new one if you don't care the price drop.

I was looking at a tanning website today and then I logged off and went to eat lunch. When I came back, I got on Facebook and on the side were ads for tanning. What do I do so that this won't happen? I feel like something is wrong. I have heard Macs don't get viruses, but I still have Norton Virus Protection. What is this and how do I make it not do it again!
