I am stuck and have tried to fix it many times... still wont work
Helps to tell us what you tried that didn't help.
Did you try the troubleshooting help from the link you posted from here > FaceTime for Mac: Troubleshooting FaceTime
Have you tried restarting your Mac?

We rented a movie on apple tv 2 and it's loading. it says anywhere from 7 hours to 10 hours before we can play it. wifi signal is strong. Never had this long to load before. any ideas?
Sorry, no ideas, but I just had the same experience here. Netflix works fine, the video starts almost immediately and the quality is excellent, so I assumed the iTunes rental experience would be similar. No such luck. Very frustrating.
In my opinion, if it's going to take more than an hour to start playing a rental movie, Apple should immediately give you a refund and tell you to go pick it up at a video store; that will ultimately be a far better experience. -

FaceTime connecting but never connects
My facetime says its connecting but never connects.I already reset the settings on my phone.
There have been some connection issues reported over the last couple of days. Despite the Apple status page reporting no problems, many report problems in both iOS 6 & 7, while some say that iOS 7 seems to work. It is unknown if Apple is addressing this or not.

Well that was it. My Wi-Fi just says connecting but never connects. I've rebooted the router and the phone. LG G2
ETea,
Sorry to hear about the trouble with Wi-Fi. Let's get you connecting again. Are other Wi-Fi capable devices able to connect without issue? Go to Settings and touch Wi-Fi. Touch your network and select "Forget." Touch "Search" on the bottom. Once the phone detects the network again, touch the network, enter your password and select connect. Let us know if you get connected.

A message pops up saying no connection was found when boot up any internet-based app. It shows the bars and everything. We have laptops and iPhones at home as well, and they're running the web fine. (Well, one laptop is perfectly fine; the others are not, but that's to be figured out.)
I have tried:
*rebooting the iPod
*restoring it (I've done it twice; once using a backup of the previous backup, and the other completely new)
*turning the wifi on and off
*doing the "forget this network"
*clearing history/everything then rebooting
I've pretty much done all I can. I have an appointment in two days, but I'm trying to find an answer. My iPod is no longer in warrenty (it's merely of how long I've had it, I never jailbroke) and I believe it costs to get a new one. I don't have the money to purchase a replacement, and I'm sure my parents wouldn't be pleased. My iPod is about a year and a half old. I used it very frequently, and would charge it every night. I used the Wifi all the time.
At a recent Apple visit, the associate told me my iPod had a corrupted software and to restore. I did restore, but mentioned above: I did it when my Wifi was being odd and then backed up to a previous saved backup of the iPod. The next night, I completely restored it and made a new "iPod profile" thing instead of going for a backup file.
Any ideas? If i understand what you are saying then you are seeing the WiFi indicator after connecting but Apps are saying that they are not connected to the internet?
Your router may not have given your iPod a valid IP address. Go to Settings > Wifi > your network name and touch the ">" to the right to see the network details. If the IP address starts with 169 or is blank then your router didn't provide an IP address and you won't be able to access the Internet.
Sometimes the fix can be to restart your router (remove power for 30 seconds and restart). Next, reset network settings on your iPod (Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings) and then attempt to connect. In other cases it might be necessary to update the router's firmware with the latest from the manufacturer's support web pages.
If you need more help please give more details on your network, i.e., your router make, model and version, the wifi security being used (WEP, WPA, WPA2), etc. -
I'm trying to look at my past photos in my camera roll but all that's there is a block and when I try to click on it the photo says "Loading" but nothing ever shows up. I can't click edit or anything. When I plug my phone in to my computer and open the photo folder they're not even there. It's like I never took these photos
I notice that the home page redirects to a secure (HTTPS) address. I wonder whether there is a setting blocking this? What if you go directly to a secure page -- will it load?

Your add-ons list shows AVG, ZoneAlarm, and McAfee products. Could one of them be blocking this site? See whether you can add exceptions or just disable them temporarily and test whether that helps. -
FaceTime says connecting but never connects on my iPhone 5.
I have iPhone 5 and all other members on plan have iPhone4. I still cannot connect to FaceTime with anyone except my iTouch (under a different Apple ID) and have done ALL of the updates, trouble shooting, and followed every step to anything related to FaceTime the Apple Community suggested. I am at a loss as to what the problem could be...it says it is connecting but it never does and I have to end the call to get it to stop. They all can connect and FaceTime to each other but not to me or from me. I am running the latest iOS system, latest update on all Apps, checked restrictions, push notifications, you name it. Is any one else having this same issue after all the fix suggestions?? Help please. The closet Apple store is 63 miles from where I live. Thank you.
Hey allielli21,
Thanks for the question. I understand that you are experiencing issues with FaceTime on your iPhone 5. It also sounds like you have already attempted a good amount of troubleshooting. I wanted to provide the following resources to you just to double check that any and all troubleshooting has been attempted:

Hi, I'm trying to download apps some new, other that I had erased, but get stuck on the wheel and a sign that says waiting and nothing happens. Can't even erase the sign. What can I do?
If there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Try this. Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it should resume the download.

Another thing to try - Turn the iPad Off & then back ON.
If that doesn't work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
• Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
• After restart, the Waiting should be gone.

What could be wrong with my facetime
Hello Iluvme1981
The first thing to check is to make sure that your iPad is up to date on its software by going to Settings > General > Software Update. If all looks good, then go through the troubleshooting in the article below for more options on resolving the issue. Also ask the person you are trying to reach is up to date on their software as well.

When I click on links on google to go to search results, the computer often freezes or is misdirected to sites like "video cop." I've never had problems with firefox before, it's always been the most reliable browser - but now I'm getting pop-under ads too. I ran spybot, adaware, AVG, and a bunch of other scans but none of them detected any problems.
HELP!!!!!!Your issue may be caused by Malware. You can run and update the following '''free''' anti virus software:
1. Malwarebytes (Free version) - http://www.malwarebytes.org
2. Spybot Search & Destroy - http://www.safer-networking.org
3.Spyware Terminator - http://www.spywareterminator.com
