TS4207 Unable to use websites that require cookies while on cellular data
I cannot use my iphone4 while on cellular data when trying to use websites that require cookies. Keep getting enable cookies messages even thou they are enabled. Once I am on wifi this issue completely disappears.
Just another great apple mystery gone unsolved. Thanks apple you're swell.

I am trying to use a website that requires that my computer have the latest version of Java, which I have updated and installed Java 7 Update 51 (64-bit), however Firefox does not recognize that I even have Java on my computer. My computer is 64-bit
When I run "Verify Java Version" it show nothing is installed... but it is, I know that for a fact because it shows in my "Control Panel/Programs/Programs and Features".
When I go back to the Java Download page, the following message is visible:

No, you can't change Firefox from 32-bt to 64-bit. There is a Nightly 64-bit version (alpha) of Firefox, but it is used only to test for regressions until development is resumed. -

Now for the intersting bit: TenFourFox, like Firefox, does not support most plug-ins. Unless you are prone to headaches (in which case don't) you can read about that here:

But there is a workaround!
Open TenFourFox and type in the address bar: about:config (no spaces) and click return. This gives you a warning that it might harm the application. Ignore that and click on 'I'll be careful, I promise' and you get the config file that you can edit - with great care.
Look/search (scroll down) for: tenfourfox.plugins.enabled
Set it to true. (Double click it to toggle it)
Now close TenFourFox, open it again, and Flash will now work, as it now uses the plug-ins that Safari has stored.
With SilverLight, Microsoft attempted to create their own version of what a replacement for Flash could be - but not to universal acclaim. You can read more about it here:

So, if you go to any sites that have been designed for this new Silverlight stuff, you can download the plug-in from here (but make certain that you are downloading SilverLight v.1.0 for OS X (10.4.8 upwards) if you are using a PPC Mac, but even this will not work with Safari 4. Version 2 only works with Intel Macs and does work with Safari 4/5. The solution is to download and install the latest version of Flip4Mac, which now includes a Silverlight component:

HT1444 I cannot access website that requires Java plug in. I could before I upgrade to OS X Lion.
How do I access a website that requires Java plug in? I keep getting the same message that I need a Java plug in. My software is upto date. I was able to access the same website before I upgraded to OS X Lion.
Lion no longer includes Java by default. This is a good thing, as Java has become a huge security risk lately. If you just need to load this site for fun, I'd advise against it. Java simply isn't worth the risk. However, if you really need or want to load that site, just go to the Utilities folder, which is in the Applications folder, and try to open the Java Preferences app. You will be asked if you want to install Java... choose to do so.
Note that, even after you have installed Java, Lion will disable it if you don't use Java for about 30 days. (Again, a security feature.) You can re-enable it in Java Preferences. -
when i go to a website that requires a security code be typed in, the web site appears but the security code to be typed in is blank, however it works fine with Internet Explorer

Can someone help me download Explorer to my Macbook Air? I am trying to visit a website that requires Explorer as my browser.
Microsoft has not written Internet Exporer for Mac for years but you could try this work around.
With Safari open, from the menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Advanced tab.
Select: Show Develop menu in menu bar
Back to the menu bar click Develop > User Agent then select Internet Explorer 10.0
Then try that website.
No guarantees that will work. -

Wifi is on and connection is properly established with correct log in information? Mobile data is set to ON? No restrictions on background data enabled? Strong wifi or mobile data signal?

I need to complete forms on a website that requires adobe reader, when I go to the website it prompts me to download adobe reader & then click here to complete forms. There is nothing you can do after the fact. If the device is attached to the Internet then it can be tracked. It makes no difference if it's WiFi or Cellular. -
I am receiving a message that iPad could not activate cellular data network and you are not subscribed to a cellular data service. Have signed with carrier, entered sim card and carrier with service bars appearing on top left corner? Any ideas?
