Probably you have never experienced this, but I have lost the ability to iMessage.
When I try to turn on iMessage, it tells me that "an error occurred while trying to turn on iMessage."
It's not a huge deal, but people with iPhones can't text me back unless they try to re-send after finding out that their message wasn't delivered.

I think I have gone through every support option available, short of
Scheduling an appointment at the Genius Bar. But I have been to the store three times in the last three weeks.
To solve a different problem, the folks at the store replaced my iPhone 4S.
I came home and loaded my backup onto the new phone. Everything EXCEPT iMessage seems to be working great.
I would really appreciate any feedback...

I have the same problem. Here is the screenshot of the error and I am using Windows 7 and Adobe Reader XI version 11.0.10.

No one else uses my Macbook Pro. A "Genius" at one of my local Apple stores spent over 2 hours trying to fix this and could not do it. His last suuggestion was to go home, back up all the data an take the computer back to the Apple store to reinstall the operating system. Any simpler ideas to solve this problem.???

I would be concerned too if I was not able to gain access to my iPad. If you are unsure what your Apple ID is, you can find the steps in this article:
Apple ID: How to find your Apple ID

You can reset a forgotten Apple ID password by going to the following link:

https://iforgot.apple.com
Also, you may be able to skip the step of entering your Apple ID if you are setting up the iPad for the first time.

Then it gives me options under drop down menu but Master Collection CS6 is the only one not appearing in a drop down menu.

Your CS6 must have been purchased as an upgrade. What it is asking you to select/provide is the name/serial number of the previous version you purchased that qualifies you to install and activate the CS6 upgrade version... this would be likely be one of CS3 thru CS5.5.

Have you gone through the typical drills of
1. Latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer with Premiere Elements?
2. Running program from User Account with Administrative Privileges as well as from Run As Administrator applied to the desktop icon
with right click of the icon, followed by selecting Run As Administrator?
3. Does problem exist with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
4. Even though the Premiere Elements 12 Editor will not open, can you open the Elements Organizer 12?
If Yes to all of the above, please review the following for a possible solution...

I'm sorry but your post seems vague as to exactly what version of what you are running, therefore, it comes as a surprise that you mention that "it" won't let you update iTunes. Did you run Software Update or try updating from within iTunes?
If you are running a Mac under Mac OS X 10.6.3, then if you should be able to update that by using System Update to version 10.6.8 - first and foremost.
Then, assuming you can run Mac OS X 10.6.8; I would think that you can (secondarily) update iTunes to Version 10.7 or Ver. 11.0.5.; IMHO 10.7 is better as it has Coverflow. Nonetheless...

Do you receive that error when you try to sign in via Reader? If so, try signing in via the web interface. Did that do the trick?

I have signed into adobe reader and I am trying to convert a PDF to a word document. All I get every time is, "An error occurred while trying to access the service" My account is active and paid for. Please help me with this. I have tried a number of different documents. I pay to use this service!

I signed up to convert PDF to word, paid my money and have spent over an HOUR trying to get it to work and reading forums. I have tried EVERYTHING listed and just want to convert. I get this message on the program:
An error occured while trying to access this service
And this message online:
The file you are trying to access could not be found. The file may have been deleted or moved in another session.

Are you trying to convert your files from within Adobe Reader? If so, please make sure that you have the most current version by choosing Help > Check for Updates. Earlier versions of Reader could cause the specific error that you're reporting.
