TS4268 How I can block sending message to # 00447786205094

I have been charged for international SMS and these SMS are been sent to # 00447786205094, without my knowledge, I am not sure how this has been happned from my phone. Is there someway i can block this particular number?

This SMS is an SMS to the Apple server in the UK for the purpose of activating iMessage and FaceTime. If you are using a supported carrier for the iPhone, then those carriers normally do not charge for that message if they support iMessage and FaceTime.
Is it possible that you are not using  a supported carrier for the iPhone?

  • AS2 Sender adapter..  How we can receive 2 messages from same partner??

    Hi all,
I have to receive 2 AS2 messages from my partner like ORDERS and REMADV information.
I kept Message Subject as * for both my AS2 Sender adapters.
I configured both the scenarios and i ask my partner to send the messages and he got the error as
    "403 : FORBIDDEN" .
But these two scenarios are working when i delete one scenario and run the other by keeping message subject as *
I felt like the messages can be diffferentiated only with Message subject when we are dealing with AS2 adapters.
    Questions :
Is there any option in AS2 sender adapter where we can differentiate the messages apart from Message subject because my partners are sending the messages without any message subject.
Kindly let me know.. its urgent.
    Regards
    Seema.

    Hi Swarup,
    Thanks for the reply.
I think you totally misunderstood my question.
    Here i will explain clearly..
    Sender Party : PartyA
    Sender AS2ID : A-AS2
    Recevier party: PartyB
    Receiver AS2ID : B-AS2
PartyB will be receiving messages from PartyA.
Say it is receving ORDERS and REMADV messages. Both are XML files.
So PartyB will be configured with two complete new scenarios and 2 AS2 sender adapters to receive the messages.I kept Message subject as * in both the sender adapters.
The messages are not coming in and clearly there is a confilct in selecting the correct communication channel.
Actually i read in one of the thread that the messages which are coming to XI will be picked up based on two things:
    1) AS2 ID of the partner which is dicussed above and the second one is
    2) Message subject
But from my partners we are receving the messages without any Message subject.
So in this situation how we can differentiate each messages and how the messages will go to correct communication channel.??
    Regards
    Seema.

  • I have problem with my contacts.  I can't send message if the contact didn't send me a message before.  How can I add new address?

i have problem with my contacts.  I can't send message if the contact didn't send me a message before.  How can I add new address?

    Hi tizac,
You will want to add them to your Contacts.
There's a "+" button at the bottom of the contact list on the left to add a contact.
If you need to add the email address or phone number to an existing contact, there's an Edit button at the bottom of the contact info (on the right).
Once you have the contact email address or phone number you want to message to, scroll all the way down to the bottom of their information and there are options to:
    Send Message               FaceTime
    Share Contact             Add to Favorites
Of course choose "Send Message" to send an iMessage to them and you will start a new chat.  You will be given the options of how to contact them, via phone number (if they are on an iPhone) or email (if they are on an iPod touch or iPad).   They do need to be signed up for iMessage or it won't allow you to send.

On ipad3, wifi only, how can I send messages to non iOS users?
I have MacBook, and iPhone 4 as well

Your're wrong on the overly sensitive part. I couldn't care less about android or some other stuff that you are comparing, what i do care about... enough to take the time to explain, is that your view on things colors the choices you make.
You clearly state your decision making process and the marketing is doing their work on you.
You think in terms of comparisons and competitors and that will always get you. The truth is, I'm glad Apple finally focused on how "something makes you feel" with iOS 7. There is so much truth in that one sentence!
There is so much noise out there about screen size, n core processors and price comparisons you can never get a good feel of what the product really is. By the time you figure out you were taken on a marketing hike, a new model comes out and the story starts all over again. (think of the nokia 40 megapixel camera, or the quad core samsung, those are exagerations to impress the consumer) Imagine the size of the jpg's on that phone, all those megapixels with the quality of a phone camera, ridiculous. Soon we will have 12-core phones with 7 inch screens, and people being led into thinking you can do everything on it, "one thing to rule them all", buy now! I saw a woman on the metro the other day with a 6' phone, I swear the thing was almost half the size of her head.
It's almost 2014 and you are complaining you can't send sms(which is a 25 year old technology by the way) with this new device. All your friends are using outdated tech and because you want to talk to them you want outdated tech too. Sms is insecure, easily snooped upon and recorded, the carrier charges for it and charges more for international sms, and so on... and on... internet chat has been free since the 1990s and it's about time it got free on our phones too.
Just forget about it. Enjoy other people taking the decisions, you can't take yourself, for you. Trust them, see if it fits, care about life, act emotionally when you "feel" like it. You deserve that, you are human, take the feeling home with you, share it with others.
Who cares if it's the 2014 edition or quad core... I gave my old iPad 3 to my grandmother so I could call her on Facetime. I bought the iPad Air on a whim, I just "felt" I wanted it. After a couple of weeks she thought about asking me if she could call my brother in the UK too, and how much it would cost. I said it was free, and she looked at me in disbelief. She is now calling my brother weekly by herself... she is 78. Can you imagine that... all I did is give her my "old" iPad.
Buying the iPad Air was the single best decision of my life, not because of the size or the weight or even iOS 7 (i do enjoy them by the way) but because it made me give my old iPad to my grandmother.
She doesn't even understand how it works, I figured it would be too much useless stuff to mention... it just does! Here put your finger here and here, then tap the name... wait for him to answer. Unbelievable!!!
PS. I figured the best gift I can make is give my old Apple devices to people who would never in a million years buy one for themselves. You see them in shops, they are our mothers and friends... they look at the huge prices and they would never give that much to themselves, they feel they don't deserve it. They gave me money to buy all the useless cr@p I ever wanted in my youth, the least I could do is gift them my "old tech" to enrich their lives. Going to buy a 5S soon and give my 4S to someone for free, but it's going to be someone I care deeply about, deeply enough to change their lives.

  • Can I send message in byte format

    hello
Why no one is answering me

And Can I receive mail in byte format from inbox.
    String dis = new String((String)messagePart.getContent());
    plz resolve my problem

Obviously you have a very skewed view of the world
based on what you want to do. The most common thing
people want to do with email is not send raw binary data.
The most common thing people want to do is send text to be
    read by a human.
Nonetheless, it's very easy to send binary data. Again, the
most common case is sending text. The thing that's important
with text is that it appear as the same text at the other end.
That's easy. But if you have text where every CR, LF, and
space has to appear absolutely unchanged at the other end,
that requires a bit of extra work.
The demo program sendfile.java that comes with JavaMail
shows how to send a file as an attachment. That's the core
of the program. Here's the 6 lines of code you need to add
to that program to do what you want:
    ------- sendfile.java -------
    100c100,104
    < FileDataSource fds = new FileDataSource(filename);
    FileDataSource fds = new FileDataSource(filename) {
    public String getContentType() {
    return "application/octet-stream";
    };113a118,119
    msg.saveChanges();
    mbp2.setHeader("Content-Transfer-Encoding", "base64");Is that so hard?
If you don't want to send the file as an attachment, but rather as the one
and only body of the message, it's even easier. Let me know if I need
to write that program for you as well.
And if you already have the data in memory in a byte array, that's even
    easier still.

When I send messages to someone in bbm they can receive it , I tried security wipe then after the security wipe it worked but after 24 hours I can't send messages again , always with the red x , I'm a bit frustrated now.
    Solved!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (step 1 should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
    1) Register HRT
KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network
Please wait for one "registration" message to arrive
    2) Reboot
Pre-BB10 Devices ONLY. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes.
BB10 Devices. Hold the top button down until the counter reaches zero. Wait for the device to be fully shut down (e.g., nothing at all displayed on the screen, no LED lights, etc.). Hold the top button until the red LED is lit. Wait through the full boot-up process. IF this fails, you can attempt the battery-pull method above, but it is normally NOT recommended unless nothing else works.
See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
    Good luck!

  • Mail can't send messages

I have AT&T Yahoo DSL and my imac mail can't send messages. It says the smpt server has timed out trying to send the message on port 25.

Open Connection Doctor in the Window menu
Double click on whatever is showing as red.
    Check the following settings.
    pop.att.yahoo.com
    smtp.att.yahoo.com
Click Advanced to enter the SSL and port info.
Both incoming and outgoing mail use authentication
Use (SSL) and SMTP port 465.
Use (SSL) and change the POP3 port 995.
Confirm the above settings before clicking OK.
    Then check connection doctor again.
There is an incoming mail server and an outgoing mail server for each account.
So for each account there should be 2 servers.
Count how many servers there are set up in connection doctor.

  • I can't send messages but I can receive them

I can't send messages but I can receive them, is it an iOS 7.0.3 issue or Verizon Wireless? Also not receiving data

    Hey Bonaccio,
Thanks for the question. I understand you are experiencing issues with Messages on your iPhone 5. The following resource may help to resolve your issue:
    iOS: Troubleshooting Messages
    http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2755
I also understand you are experiencing issues with your cellular data connection. These two issues may be related, so definitely give the steps in this article a go:
iPhone: Troubleshooting a cellular data connection
    http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3780
Follow the instructions below for assistance with troubleshooting cellular data issues on your iPhone. After performing each step, please test to see if the issue is resolved.
    1. Toggle airplane mode: Tap Settings, turn airplane mode on, wait three seconds, and then turn off again.
    2. Restart your iPhone.
    3. Ensure that your software is up to date:
              - Check for a Carrier Settings Update. Tap Settings > General > About.
              - Check for an iOS Software Update. Tap Settings > General > Software Update. Note: Some updates may require a Wi-Fi connection.
    4. Remove the SIM Card and reinsert it. Allow the iPhone to acquire the network again.
    5. If your SIM card has SIM PIN enabled, try toggling it off: Tap Settings > Phone > SIM PIN.
    6. Try another location. If a different location works, but the original location still does not, contact your carrier to report the issue.
    7. Reset network settings: Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
    8. Restore the iPhone as new.
    9. Contact your carrier to:
              - Verify that the iPhone is properly set up on the account with the appropriate, current data plan.
              - Verify that there are no account-related blocks.
              - Find out if there are specific error messages in the carrier logs that could help determine why the issue is occurring.
If none of the above steps resolves the issue, contact your carrier, make an appointment at an Apple Retail Store, or contact AppleCare to troubleshoot further.
    Thanks,
    Matt M.

  • SMS - How do I block unwanted messages...

I received a SMS message Yesterday morning From: Duane Hutchison. Subj: Arnold
MSG: Get a business money loan then the web site.
Anyone have an idea how I can block spammers?
    Mark

Ok, I called AT&T/Cingular, the 1st person I talked to was not aware there was spam coming into the iPhone. He connected me to a product specialist, he said that I should call AT&T directly, and there was nothing he could do because he just supports the iPhone not the carrier. He did give me the number to call. I will try to call them tomorrow evening; I have run out of time for today, (just got back from dentist).
Anyway, he did confirm that even though I have unlimited data plan, if I go over 200 text messages in a month AT&T will charge me for the messages over 200.
I also mentioned to him that I live in CT and I have my house phone and cell phones on the CT "No Call" list, and that the CT attorney General has stated that it does not matter if the phone is a land line or cell, No Call is No Call. The product specialist added that since the SMS is coming over the phone via my "No call" phone number I should be sure and tell AT&T.
Of course if these spam’s are coming from out of the country, which many do. There is probably not much we can do.
But I will call AT&T tomorrow and update this post. Thank you everyone for the suggestions.
