TS4268 I updated my i phone 4s to IOS 6.0.1 and now i dont have face time and the icon in setting is gosted so cant actived it

I updated my i phone 4s with the new software iOS 6.0.1 and i have now losted facetime and icloud, they are both gosted so i cant select them.
please can any one help?

Close All Open Apps...  Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset  ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.
