Oh no! I am saddened to hear that you are having troubles with your MMS pictures. I know that this can be an important thing to be able to do. I appreciate you working with us to get this matter resolved as well. I see that you have spent time working with us, and I know that can also be frustrating. There are a few things we can check though. Are these to any specific numbers or all? A factory reset certainly should've resolved this. I'm going to assume the consolidating files does not work due to hard drive space limitations.
Since you're moving to Windows 7, have you tried using the Windows files and settings transfer utility? That will move everything for you to the same location on the new computer, it also allows some control over what actually gets moved.
Alternatively, if you know the location of all of the media, it can be manually moved by copying it from the old computer to the new computer in the same location.
Also, using the Apple article on moving the library, take a slight twist on what it says. Move the iTunes library to the external drive, update the settings in iTunes to reflect the library being on the external drive, then consolodate it.
The options are endless for moving the library... it simply takes a little effort to make it happen and possibly a twist on existing "standard" methods depending on your unique situation.

There are two kinds of storage messages that appewr on iOS devices. Your question seems at odds with your description so there might be some confusion here.
If the storage refers to not enough for an icloud back up then you need to purchase more icloud space or turn off iCloud backup. You can backup using iTunes on your computer with paying for additional iCloud storage.
if the storage refers to that on your iOS device as in there is not enough storage to update, then you have two options and neither option involves adding more storage since the amount of storage on an iOS devoce is fixed. One option is to delete stuff from your device to free up more space. The second option is to complete the update while your devoce is connected to your computer running the latest version of iTunes. When you do that the update is downloaded to your computer and extracted there so it doesn't require as much free space on your iOS device.

There are several prepaid plans,they have the Daily prepaid, %50.00 prepaid and $80.00 prepaid. With a smart phone you would need the $80.00 plan.

My Office for Mac 2008 disk has a scratch in the paper on the top. When I load it in my MacBook Pro the drive makes a low pitched beep? Can I repair the surface ( the bottom is fine and it is not cracked). Are there any other options.

I have a 2009 MacBook Pro which has been working fine. Had to reformat HD and reload software. Am using Mountain Lion which MS said supports Office Mac 2008. When loading it the drive ran then began making a low frequency beep, then ejected the disk. Upon inspection I see a scratch in the paper on the top of the disk, but there is no crack and the bottom surface is clean without scratches.
I assume this problem is from this damage. If so what can I do to repair it so it will work in the drive.

DVD drives read the bottom of the disk, not the top. Smooth out the paper & try again.

I appreciate your input but it realy does not answer the question. iDVD will soon not be able to work with newer versions of Macs as it has been left behind by Apple!

If the phone is turned off, doesn't have an internet connection, or has been restored preventing "Find my iPhone" from being able to work, there is no other way to track it.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

the list counts 160 languages!Ah well... looks like I was rather wrong then :-(I'm not so sure you were. When I first started with Java I expected a number of other languages to appear that would compile to Java byte code. To me it seemed an obvious way for toolmakers such as Powersoft (PowerBuilder) to get into the Java market yet still keep customers tied to their toolset but this hasn't seemed to happen.
There may be 160 languages/tools on that page but how many are in widespread use?

Sorry no, if you don't knnow the encrypted password, then you can't use that backjup.

Apple cannot help you locate the original owner. If you have no way to contact him/her, and you purchased directly from the seller rather than through a site that offers buyer protection, then the iPad is useless to you and you have wasted your money. The iPad is quite probably stolen and you should turn it in to the police.
This is why it's very risky and usually unwise to purchase out of a car boot from someone you don't know.

I have the same issue myself. Not sure if it's b/c my fingers are too big or if I'm really missed the letter on the keyboard.
