TS4268 Please help! After updating Apple ID info. FaceTime & iMessage are not recognising my Apple ID?!

After updating my Apple ID info. FaceTime & iMessage logged out of my Apple ID account on both my iPad and iPhone and are not logging back using the same Apple ID claiming that my user name or password was incorrect?! Surprisingly, it's logged in on both Messeges and Facetime on my Mac. My Apple ID is well and running on my iOS devices for the Appstore and all of my emails are verified with my Apple ID when checked online. I tried logging through a different account, which worked for that account but it didn't allow me back to my initial and primary account, I even tried to edit again some of the information on my Apple ID hoping that it'll allow me to sign in afterwards but with no luck, I tried both WIFI and cellular to connect and it also didn't work. Please help me! I need to sign my iPhone's and iPad's FaceTime and iMessage to my Apple ID again.

Maybe your location is not supported. I know it might have worked before but with the iOS 6 update there seems to be a conflict. Try changing your location on both your account and iPad using this guide. It might help you.
1) Go here: http://www.apple.com/support/appleid/manage/
2) Click on Sign in to manage your Apple ID
3) Click on Manage your Apple ID
4) Type in your Apple ID and Password and click Sign in
5) Select Addresses from the left hand side
6) Click Edit
7) In country region type United Kingdom
8) Click Save at the bottom of the page
9) Go to your Apple Device Settings - General - International - Region Format - Select United Kingdom
10) Press the Home button
11) Log into Facetime and iMessage with your CORRECT APPLE ID AND PASSWORD
Worked for me.

    The same thing is happening with my wife's iPhone 4 and we can't figure it out. When placing a call, the screen freezes and she needs to restart the entire phone.
    She upgraded to 5.01 this morning over the air while it was plugged in. Immediately afterwards, this problem started happening. We've tried restarting the phone several times and plugged in to iTunes but there's nothing she can do do to fix it.

    Hi Can anyone help.  My iPad 2 has been updated with ios7 and now when i try and sync it with itunes (vs 11) I get this error:  "the iPad cannot be synced because the computer is no longer authorized for purchased items that are on this ipad".  When I try to authorize the computer it says its already authorised as one of the 5 available.  I have tried many times and now at a loss.  It worked 100% before updating.  Please help!

    Try reset all settings
    Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
    Note: Data will not be affected but settings will be reset.

    so yesterday I went to the Apple store (yeah, again) and they said that iOs 6.1.2 made the wifi chip overheat and that iOs 6.1.3 was supposed to fix this wifi problem (but once your wifi option has grayed out your phone has to be changed)... So they gave me a new phone and I've no problem so far. The wifi works very well, as before!

    we did a update from 11.2.3 to 11.3.1 a few weeks ago. All works fine but there is one problem. A lot of users are not logged in to the ZAA. If i try to start a remote session with the username i get the message the user is not logged in to any device.
    If i connect me to the device and look at the ZAA the user is not logged in and i can not log in because i get the error message that the username or password is wrong.
    The solution is to go to the registry -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Novell\ZCM\ZenLgn\Hist ory\Cache\domain.local and i have to delete the user.
    After that the login works fine
    Sometimes i have to delete the user in this registry key too -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Novell\ZCM\ZenLgn\Hist ory\CachedUserZenNames
    Is that a known bug? What can i do to solve that problem?

    I would recommend an SR.
    You should not have to do that.
    There were some similar bugs in the past, but were fixed in 11.2.x and
    should not exist in 11.3.x at all.

    When i go to ipod music player in my iphone4 it says "no content" no songs? But they still show in settings>geberal>about it shows over 500 songs bu they are not in ipad library? Anybody knows how to fix this?

    I'm having the same problem and before I try the syncing, I have a concern.
    After going into setting: general Information: about. It says my songs are still there. All 1600 of them, and my current space available is 2.9 GBs. Can I still sync my songs back and with enough space, or will everything reset including the GBs.

    Exactly the same problem for me. I installed 7.7 today to use with my new iPhone. When connecting the iPhone and my iPod classic 80g I get a
    "Cannot install this Hardware
    Apple USB iPod driver
    An error occurred during the install of this device
    The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request"
    Have subsequently successfully connected the Classic to an earlier version of itunes running on a laptop, so problem would appear to be linked to install of 7.7.
    Hopefully someone at Apple is monitoring this thread as it's clearly a problem affecting multiple users.

    After updating to 5.0 my ipod is not recognised in iTunes and I lost everything on it. I have attempted several restores but it just freezes and now all I have is a usb plug on the screen and can't use it!! I have tried the holding button thing, uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes, using a different usb port and nothing works. I have even left it to restore over night and it hasn't moved. iTunes is enabled in my firewall and I am running an iTunes diagnostics atm. Help!

    This sounds like your Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes Store.  Here is an article that I would recommend going through when experiencing this issue.
    Use your Apple ID with the iTunes Store
    Open the latest version of iTunes.
    Choose Store > Sign In.
    Enter your Apple ID and password and click Sign In.
    Click Review when asked to review your information.
    Enter your billing information.
    Click Continue after you enter your credit card and billing information. You can remove or edit your credit card information at any time. Learn more about updating your iTunes Store account information.

    You're not talking to a team of Apple employees poised to jump on your question.  We're all just users here, and we might be doing something else...
    You cannot delete the App store App. It is somewhere on your Home screens, or you have dragged it into a folder. Any folder. If all else fails Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout.

    Where did you get the phone? If it was previously locked to a carrier and was hacked/jailbroken to use it on a different carrier, updating the phone has re-locked it to the original carrier. ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize and unlock.
