TS4334 Ca not find iCloud icon on ipad

I cannot find an icloud icon on my iPad. I know it is setup correctly. I ALS want to know if I can go to www.iclod.com on my iPad to get my backup. I seem not to be able to get toa y of my backup material

You cannot log into icloud.com from an iPad, only from a computer, and you cannot "get to" backup material unless you are performing a restore.  There is no icloud icon (except for Settings>icloud - but that's just to set up an icloud account).
Note:  you cannot extract one or two files from a backup - it's all or nothing.
TO RESTORE FROM A BACKUP:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US
Go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings.  This will erase your phone.  Then you will go through the setup screens again as you did when your phone is new, and when given the option, select Restore from iCloud Backup.

  • Lost iCloud icon on iPad

    Can't find iCloud icon on iPad.  Can I re download app?

    You don't get a separate iCloud icon on the iPad, if an app that you want to re-download is still in the store then you can re-download it via the Purchased tab in the App Store app.
    Similarly you may be able to re-download music, films and tv shows in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app.
    There is also a Settings > iCloud option if your iPad is on iOS 5+

  • Please help! I just sync my notes to icloud of my ipad mini but after that all notes has been covered by iphone's and all notes are missing from iPad,how could i restore it?

    Please help! I just sync my notes to icloud of my ipad mini but after that all notes has been covered by iphone's and all notes are missing from iPad,how could i restore it?

    It's very possible that you did just as you suspect. One of the later Note file over wrote the one stored on your iPad when you synced.
    When one does a sync of their iPad a backup of the iPad is created first. If that backup was still available you might be able to find the Note file there. But more than likely, if you are letting the iPad and iPhones sync on their own over Wi-Fi you have over written that back up as well.

  • I have iOS 5 and I have purchased iTunes match, but the iCloud icon in iPad settings is not activated what do I need to do to get it to operate

    I have purchased iTunes match and iCloud icon appears in my ipad2 settings, but it is not activated. What do I need to do to get it to operate?

    On the MBP, in iTunes, switch to Song view and enable the iCloud Status column by pulling down View > View options and selecting the option for "iCloud Status." Close the small window. Look for any tracks that have a status of "waiting." If you see several of them disable iTunes Match while holding down the Option key. Quit iTunes, wait a few seconds, then open it again and turn iTM back on. Let it compelete the scan. Wait until all tracks that are "waiting" have a status of either "matched" or "uploaded."
    On the iPad, turn off iTunes Match then launch the Music app and let the contents clear out. Power cycle the iPad for good measure, then re-enable the service once all the tracks in iTunes have been processed.

  • Do not find download icon on your website

    maybe stupid
    but on the mac I can not find the download icon on your webpage

    Firefox 3.6.x (Mac OS X 10.4 and later) can be found here:
    * http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
    * http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/3.6/system-requirements/
    Firefox 4 requires at least OS X 10.5 and an Intel Mac, so that version doesn't work for you.

  • I can't find icloud icon

    On my MacBook Pro in Syst Preferences, I don't see an iCloud icon.  Where would it be?

    Welcome to the Apple community.
    If your profile is correct, then you won't find iCloud in system preferences. iCloud only comes with OS X 10.7.2 or better, your profile states that you are using OS X 10.6.8, if so you need to upgrade your operating system.

  • I downloaded two rentals and can not find them on my Ipad

    Downloading a rental on the Ipad takes more time. In addition I can not find the rented documentary.
    Is there a way of re-download the rented documentary and movie on my computer or apple TV? I already recived the confirmation charge for the rentals but I have not been able to see both rentals.

    Unless you are in the US then films are currently a one-time only download - and even in the US not all film studios are allowing their films to be re-downloaded (re-downloading). Did you not copy them off the iPad first via File > Transfer Purchases ? If not then you can try contacting Apple, but they are under no obligation to let you re-download them : http://www.apple.com/uk/support/itunes/contact/

  • Can not access iCloud drive from iPad

    can not access iCloud drive from iPad

    iOS 8/8.1 does not have an iCloud Drive app (that works like OneDrive or Dropbox, etc..). Instead you have to open the application first (ie. Numbers) which will show you your iCloud drive files that you can open and work with.
    This is the exact reason I am currently migrating all of my documents BACK to OneDrive. If I don't know what the filetype is of a file that I am looking to open (ie. Word document or PDF) then I'm screwed. At least with OneDrive (or DropBox, or Google Drive, etc.) I can browse my files from my mobile device.
