The iPhone 4s is a multi carrier 'world' phone, it works on CDMA and GSM based networks.
Check out what system the carriers in Qatar operate on and check the technical specs of the iPhone 4s.
The chances are the iPhone 4s will work fine on their network.
You will need to make sure the carriers in Qatar offer Micro SIM cards to use in the iPhone 4s. If the carriers don't offer Micro SIM, you will not be able to use the iPhone 4s with a standard SIM (without a bit of SIM card surgery).

Apple says that a minimum of iOS 5.0 is required. See the support document below. Look for Requirements on the left hand side of the page about half way down.

You have to have music in your iCloud account to do that...when you open the Music app on your iPad, for example, you can access all music from iCloud that you have already placed in the iCloud or associated with iCloud. That is not for downloading music you have not already purchased or downloaded.

This is a shot in the dark, but try this:
log-in to your iCloud account with your Apple ID
change your password
ensure your billing information is up-to-date
attempt to re-enable your Keychain (again)

"Using the Filter HUD to Search for Referenced Files" (and "Locate Referenced Files")

I am trying to follow the Help Documentation item "Using the Filter HUD to Search for Referenced Master" (not sure if there is a way to post a URL to this) and I am not seeing what it is telling me to do.
I am going to Edit > Find and it is telling me to "Click the Filter HUD button beside the search field in the Browser". Is this referring to a browser in the Aperture UI or is this in the Filter HUD display? I am not finding this.
Also, it saying that in the Filter HUD I should "choose File Status from the Add Filter pop-up menu, and select the 'File Status' checkbox." and I am not seeing this either. Does anyone know where this is at?
Lastly, I see that there is a command called File > Locate Referenced Files and when I run this I get a "No Referenced Files in the /current/ selection. I have realized that I don't quite understand whether I am running this search for a specific Project and/or whether I have to make a specific selection in the left hand pane when I run a FILTER HUD or whether this automatically defaults to search the whole database. Does it matter what I have selected in the current Browser View when I run either of these commands?

1. Just copy and paste the URL from the on-line User Manual. Very helpful. Are you on this page?

The instructions specify ONE of the following. Your question indicates to me that you are trying to do both.

I understand that you cannot use the Touchpad and the key functions at the same time. Here is a document on how to troubleshoot the mouse and Touchpad gestures. In the document, it shows you how to change the settings by clicking the settings icon to adjust the button actions on the Touchpad. Sometimes this is caused by an update that is needed. Here is a link to the HP Support Assistant. Just download and run the application and it will help with the software and drivers on your system that might need updating. I understand how a large bill can be unexpected and unwanted. Does the bill advise as to the reason the bill is higher? Does it say how much data you went over on your plan? What plan are you currently on?

Just got same problem.
#1. There is no Box, under Label or anywher to uncheck or check.
#2. The device I want to use does not have an update driver. What I really need if for the Box to check or uncheck which should be there according to Apple Help.
#3. I tried this, resetting the whole computer's kernal extension by using a Terminal command (although I don't like doing that). It didn't work. sudo systemsetup -setkernelbootarchitecture i386
So I reset it to: sudo systemsetup -setkernelbootarchitecture x86_64
But emphasize, again, I don't like doing SUDO commands in Terminal.
So...Anything else to try?

Can I use the same external hard drive for time machine and storing other files

My mac hard drive is now starting to fill up and I am looking to move audio, video and picture files to my external hard drive. How do I do this without messing up my time machine backups? Can I do both on the same external hard drive? Do I just make new folders on the external hard drive to move the files I want? Thanks for the help.

If you move the files you will need to get another disk to back the files up to. You don't want to have only one copy of certain files (personal, professional etc.).

You need 10.6.6 or later for the App Store. You need 10.6.8 or later for Mountain Lion. Make sure you have these other requirements for Mountain Lion so you can be sure to have Facetime support when you are ready to upgrade to Mountain Lion:

You have to import the music into your iTunes library and then sync it to your iPod
