TS4463 I have just installed office 365 and now icloud will not work. It says that I need to open or install outlook. Before I installed 365, ICloud worked and I believe I had Outlook loaded yet it is not there any longer. I am lost.

A message comes up that says I need Outlook on my computer (I had it before the 365 was loaded). I checked on-line and it says that windows 7 does not support outlook and that I cannot download it (don't know how I got it before). I am totally confused as what to do. Really upset as I needed the new office package as Windows 7 wouldn't support the 2010 started edition any longer without my buysing that. Figured it made sense to get the newest version. Packaging says that it contains outlook. I don't know what to do at this point.

Did you remove the existing installation of Office before installing the new one?

Outlook is part of Office 365, and Windows 7 supports all versions of Outlook back to 2003.
I am totally confused as what to do.
You need to correctly remove all versions of Office on your Mac, you need to remove their settings as well. You need to save your Office Userdata from removal by moving it temporarily. I would also uninstall iCloud.
Then reinstall Office 365 followed by iCloud.

You must only have the required sim. All the information should be on your box.

Your only way is if you have the version that was compatible on your computer such as in the recycle bin/trash or in a computer file backup. In that case delete the current version that is in your iTunes App library and replace it with the older version. Then sync.

Yosemite still saying that I need to download it even though I've installed it twice

I just bought my Macbook Air yesterday, and I was told to update the software. In "Purchases" it still says that I need to download Yosemite after I've already installed it twice. When I click on "About this Mac," it says I'm running Yosemite. I don't understand why I need to download it again and again.

You do not need to download again if About This Mac shows you are running Yosemite.
What the App Store, Purchases is showing you is that Yosemite is available for download, not that you need to do so. You can just ignore that button.

I was using iTunes on a PC forever and never had a problem. I recently bought a macbook and now I get an error message saying that it cannot connect to iTunes store. Secure network was rejected. Any ideas?

iTunes match is a subscription that you have in when you were still in the UK. According to the terms & conditions you'll need to wait for the susbcription to end before you can change your country to iTunes Store USA.

My ipod touch stopped playing music in the middle of a song and now stops playing music. It says that it's playing a song but i don't hear anything. I've tried turning it off and on and restoring it's settings.

So like the title (which i thought was suppose to be a question to tech support) suggests, my ipod touch has stopped playing any audio sound. I've turned it off and on and restored it to it's default settings and still nothing. If it helps, it stopped playing music a few minutes after i accidently had some water on it.

- First place the iPod in a sealed container/bag of rice for a couple of days. Change the rice daily. Do not turn on or charge before it is dry.
- The try the standard fixes, reset and restore, including restoring to factory defaults/new iPod.
- Try both headphones and speaker.
- If no usccessful then the water caused permenent damage to the iPod and service is required.

If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it.
This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup).
If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.

Usually it's because you are not making internet connection via wifi.

Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

I can confirm the problem you are hitting. The XML test trace does not get recognized at all, and it defaults to Eclipse's basic Open File behaviour. I am not sure if it's because the format definition is missing, or if it's because something prevents the trace type from being recognized. I will open a bug about it.

Generally, it's ok to install on two machines as long as they are both yours and you only use one version at a time.
