TS4471 Aperture APP started installing after I purchased it then stopped. How do I get the installation to complete?

My Aperture APP stopped installing. How do I get it to complete the installation?

I found the Aperture APP icon in the appliction folder. When I click on it, an icon opens on the bar at the bottom of the screen and the application opens and is workable. However, when I finish working with my photo editing, and close the application, the bar icon desapears and I need to to back to the application folder to click the icon there to open the application again.
I know you suggested I delete the app from the folder, reboot, and reinstall. But I'm embarassed to say that I don't know how to proceed with the deletion.
Can you help?

What I ended up having to do was open up the Font book & remove duplicates. I knew it was Arial that was causing the problem, so I deleted the duplicate of that font. Inadvertantly I deleted all the Arial regular font, so I had to reinstall one copy. That was the solution. Thanks!

Thanks to Dave Sawyer for posting information about re-downloading an app which has been deleted. I deleted the app from iTunes. Then, when I synched, iTunes asked me if I wanted the items on my ipod touch copied back into iTunes. I said yes and then synched.
Readdledocs is now working again. It is no longer frozen. However, I have learned my lesson. I will download only pdf's from now on. I don't think it works so well with epub files. The text reflow feature of Readdledocs is exactly what I need to use for my work documents on my ipod touch.

I would do a transfer of purchases from the phone and not sync. If you sync then it will want to start over and sync music that is on the MacBook Pro. If you want to transfer the music, check out the article below that will give you multiple options on how to move. I have also provided on how to sync with multiple computers.

Delete the broken links in iTunes then look at your purchased list to redownload.
If this happened because you were deleting files from the iTunes folder in Finder, don't. You have to let iTunes do all the deleting and moving or you will end up with broken links.

Often when people think they've deleted an application, what's really happened is that they deleted its icon from the Dock. In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Applications
from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-A to open the Applications folder. If the application is in that folder, drag it to the Dock (not to the Desktop or anywhere else.) The other Dock icons will move out of the way to make a place for it.

The Mac Pro is not a laptop. If you're talking about a MacBook Pro, you hold down the eject key at the far top right of the keyboard until the disk ejects. You can also drag the disk's icon from the desktop to the trash.

I cannot install apps on iphone 3gs. It shows that app is installing after entering password and then it quits. I can still update apps

After I enter my password, it shows that it is installing app then it goes back to the install app screen. I can still update apps though. I updated my software to iOS 6.1.3 and that did not help. I do not receive any error messages.

Did you find a solution for this? I have a user at work with this exact issue but on their iPhone 4S.

It's not my interest to explain to you how to do something but I do feel obligated to tell others that what you're telling them is not completely safe. Yep, that's basically what I told you over a year ago. I know that some have been using your email script to inject mail through the headers for sometime now. No one is sending you emails through your contact form anyway since the spry validation is broken, so injection of your server script is the only way to send emails from your contact page for users who have javascript enabled anyway. Perhaps you will now realize that your suggestions may be hurting others rather than helping them, opposite of what my posts regularly achieve. That should also let you contact iTunes Support and see if they will credit or refund you (we are fellow users here on these forums). If that page doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
In terms of not asking for your password, if it's been entered within the previous 15 minutes then it does't need re-entering - unless you have Settings > General > Restrictions > Require Password set to 'Immediately'.
