If you go to www.realtree.com, they have an "Articles and How-To" spot where when you click one of those buttons, such as "Most Popular", it switches to a different information box while not showing the previous. How would I go about creating something like that and what exactly is something like that called? Is there any good templates that I could download for that?

My wife and I have Iphone 5's. For some reason, we can call each other, no problem, but if we text she receives my texts but I don't recieve hers. Any one ever have a problem like this, and more importantly, a solution? Thanks!

make sure iMessage is turned on, and

Does Something Like This Exist Already (for Window Managers)
I know that one can use idesk to produce launchers for desktop programs in window managers like Openbox, but what about an actual small file manager, that always sits on the desktop, confined to its own little space. Kind of like conky, if this makes sense.
I don't have a great deal of programming knowledge, just basics, but I've toyed with the idea of making a script to constantly reedit the idesk config file to do this, and while it could work, it's messy at best, and doesn't provide the same desired effect that a small desktop folder sitting on the WM desktop would.
If this does exist, I give my apologies, but I did try to search Google for it, but got junk results. Also, would something like this be feasible? (I am looking for a way to improve my programming skills over the summer, and was thinking that this could possibly be a way to do it.) I don't really get what you mean... the Desktop usually is a file manager, isn't it? I'm not sure if Thunar draws the desktop, but Nautilus can even be pretty bitchy if something else (like conky) wants to have a piece. I didn't care enough about rox and its "everything's a folder"-philosophy to take a really close look at it, but there was an option to have it provide a desktop, too, if I remember right. And rox sounded/looks a lot, as it would provide the most "normal filemanager" behaviour when providing the Desktop (didn't try though - maybe I will).

Did my best to try to elaborate by using an example there on a screenshot of my desktop. (A sloppy edit done in the GIMP)
EDIT: What I would be looking for is something contained to that spot, so that way, if I were to right click inside of the rectangle, such as on a file, I would get options with what to open the file, or something else, even copy, cut, paste, or delete. However, if I were to right click outside of the rectangle, I would get my openbox menu. Hope this helps make more sense.

So, the below happened. Essentialy, Sony sent me four broken TVs, forced me to spend about 20 hours of time replacing those TVs, and has refused to replace my broken television. The below is a chain with one of your reps. I would never have expected such a poor customer service experience from a company of Sony's caliber. It has been very disappointing. You insist that you are giving me an "offer" but you have given me no options whatsoever.
I note that you continue to maintain that there is no viable replacement. However, a simple search on your webpage and online shows that there are multiple 48 inch LED televisions still available. I find your representation to be disengenuous. The below chain is only one point in the long line of frustrating communications with your representatives. All told me different things and made promises that were not kept. I can only imagine how my case file looks.
I would like an explanation from Sony how you could allow something like this to happen? This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a electronics company -- and I have had alot. It has been terrible.

How you get away with treating your customers like this is beyond me. I am telling you that I purchased the television at a discounted rate that I am no longer able to obtain. In other words, the amount you are refunding me will not make me whole. I am also telling you that your colleague literally offered me a refurbished TV about two hours ago (apparently your group offers less to customers now). You have already sent me three TVs and wasted about 20 hours of my time. Despite all that, you unapologetically state that your "FINAL" offer gets me to nowhere that I need to be. I just spoke to an individual on the phone who told me that you could send a refurbished model . That conversation is exactly what prompted my email to this email address -- they told me to reach out here because you could provide me a better option rather than the two that were given. Now you are telling me that not only can you not offer me a better option but that you are taking away an option previously given. This is getting more and more ridiculous. I am sorry but this just isnt working for me. I dont understand how there is this much miscommunication between your departments.
I would like to be put in touch with a manager on this case. Your offer to refund me 320 + 50 will not cut it. I am amazed that a company like Sony, which people purchase because of the supposed product support and service, is failing their customer in this way. It's very disappointing.

It sounds like either your hard drive or the SATA cable that connects it to the motherboard are failing. This could be heat related in your case, which is why you see it after it runs awhile. You can take it to the Genius Bar for a free evaluation. If you decide to test it yourself, I usually suggest moving the hard drive to an external enclosure. If it works there for awhile, the cable is probably the issue.

A digital ID is made up of three components; a private key, a corresponding public key, and some identifying information. The keys themselves are pretty straight forward, they are just big blobs of numbers used to encrypt and decrypt data. It's the identifying information that gets a bit tricky. On first look, the identifying information looks like plain text. You'll see your name and the issuer's name, a serial number, some dates for when the validity starts and ends. All pretty straight forward.
However, all of this information is actually formatted using something called ASN.1 (it stands for Abstract Syntax Notation) and then encoded using BER (Basic Encoding Rules). When someone creates a digital ID they can put just about anything in there. Per specifications (RFC 5280 if you wanted to look it up) some items are required, and others are optional. Each piece of information that goes into the public-key certificate (the PKC is basically the digital ID without the private key) is contained in an extension. These extensions are identified using an OID (Object ID) and conform to a specification which may either be public or confidential.
There are two possibilities in the case you are seeing. Either, some of the information that Acrobat knows about was formatted or encoded incorrectly, or, there is an optional entry that Acrobat doesn't understand how to decode. My guess is it's the latter possibility. There is a rule that states if an extension is marked as critical, and the application using the public-key certificate (in this case the application would be Acrobat), doesn't understand the extension, then the application is supposed to reject the certificate. It could be the former case (badly formatted data), but without seeing the certificate all I can do is guess.

Okay, Let's assume that Apple is indeed THAT foolish.......How does one get the photos from the phone to the PC and still use them?The photos are still on your phone, and if enabled in your Photo Stream. They are not automatically transferred to your computer when syncing.

I really want my Apple TV, iPad and iPhone to sort them in date taken like in iPhoto on my iMac. How do I do that? Sorting on date modified seems so stupid to me, why would anyone need this? Date taken gives a timeline in your event.

There is no need to download anything to solve this problem.
You may have installed one or more of the common types of ad-injection malware. Follow the instructions on this Apple Support page to remove it. It's been reported that some variants of the "VSearch" malware block access to the page. If that happens, start in safe mode by holding down the shift key at the startup chime, then try again.
Back up all data before making any changes.
One of the steps in the article is to remove malicious Safari extensions. Do the equivalent in the Chrome and Firefox browsers, if you use either of those. If Safari crashes on launch, skip that step and come back to it after you've done everything else.
If you don't find any of the files or extensions listed, or if removing them doesn't stop the ad injection, ask for further instructions.
Make sure you don't repeat the mistake that led you to install the malware. It may have come from an Internet cesspit such as "Softonic" or "CNET Download." Never visit either of those sites again. You might also have downloaded it from an ad in a page on some other site. The ad would probably have included a large green button labeled "Download" or "Download Now" in white letters. The button is designed to confuse people who intend to download something else on the same page. If you ever download a file that isn't obviously what you expected, delete it immediately.
Malware is also found on websites that traffic in pirated content such as video. If you, or anyone else who uses the computer, visit such sites and follow prompts to install software, you can expect more of the same, and worse, to follow. Never install any software that you downloaded from a bittorrent, or that was downloaded by someone else from an unknown source.
In the Security & Privacy pane of System Preferences, select the General tab. The radio button marked Anywhere should not be selected. If it is, click the lock icon to unlock the settings, then select one of the other buttons. After that, don't ignore a warning that you are about to run or install an application from an unknown developer.
Still in System Preferences, open the App Store or Software Update pane and check the box marked

3. Install any updates that are found.
If the Amazon issue continues after these updates, then do this:
1. Open Safari
2. Erase any web address you have currently showing (for example www.apple.com or www.google.com)
3. Type in www.amazon.com
4. That should take you directly to amazon.com
