TS5376 wanted to add a cd to my i-phone. told me to update to 11.1 version. I didn't and want to now. can't figure out how to do it. help

i am totally lost. all i want to do is upgrade itunes to 11.1

If you have iTunes installed on your computer and want to update it, use this option from the menu in iTunes:
Windows: Choose Help > Check for Updates.
Mac: Choose iTunes > Check for Updates.
