TSS Document Tracking - Time Stamp Analysis CRM

Hi,
Can you please provide me some inputs on Document Processing Life Style/Time Stamp Analysis in CRM, i have included the transaction in TSS Tracking of document in SBIW still the records are not getting captured in CRMD_TSS_DTRACK table. do we need to do any other setting to enable tracking.
Thanks
Akila. R

Finally I am able to find a solution to this problem and now my system is tracking all status changes and providing me detail conveniantely on duration and time between status changes.
There are some table entries that need to be created plus a couple notes that will help.  This applies to people who are not getting any data whatsoever in their CRMD_TSS_DTRACK table or 0CRM_TSS_DTRACK extractor.
Goto transaction --> SMW3FDCUST and make the following entries:
BDoc Type BUS_TRANS_MSG
Context mBDoc Notification (additional calls)
Sequence 50
Service Function CRM_UPLOAD_BW_TSS_DTRACK_SRV
and
BDoc Type BUS_TRANS_MSG
Context mBDoc Notification Multiple (additional calls)
Sequence 50
Service Function CRM_UPLOAD_BW_TSS_DTRACK_SRV
and
BDoc Type BUS_TRANS_MSG
Context mBDoc Initial Load (additional calls)
Sequence 50
Service Function CRM_UPLOAD_BW_TSS_DTRACK_SRV
To also ensure your statuses are being captured after all your configurations have been made, be sure that for these 2 key notes you have the approriate corrections existing in your system:
1024652 - This ensures your custom statuses groups are captured in table and extractor (once you have enhanced it of course)
1239530 - Ensures that all status changes are captured according to your configurations

The time stamp in Document Properties (such as this one "07-08-08 17:04:50.338") is based on Eastern Time Zone. Is it possible to change this to reflect my local date/time as seen on the bottom of the Crystal Reports XI application? We are in Hawaii, and we don't observe daylight savings. Therefore, our users must remember to calculate a difference of 5 hour or 6 hours depending on Fall/Winter or Spring/Summer, respectively. Quite tedious.
Also, can you change the 4-digit year instead of only the last 2 digits? When viewers see xx-xx-xx, they tend to first think mm,dd,yy which is not correct. Thanks.

Thanks for your suggestions.  We may provide features for end users to set the default timezone and date format in future releases.

  • Document Library Time stamp

    Hi,
I have a document library and I have a folder and then the folder contains some files and folders. When I look at the Top parent folder Modified Date, it is always equal to its created date. Is is possible for parent folder to show the latest Modified date
    of its containing children?
    Thanks

    Hi  ,
According to your description, my understanding is that you need to sync the modified time of child items to its parent folder when the child item updates.
By default, the modified time of child items cannot be synced to its parent folder when the child item updates. For your demand, you can create  an event receiver to update the parent folder’s Modified
value when any its child item updates.

  • Remove the time stamp in a PDF document

So.... I'm hoping that there's a way to remove the time stamp from a PDF document I'm working on. I can't find it in preferences and a search has been less than fruitful. Any ideas??  Thanks!

If you use the redaction tool to redact white space and then apply the redaction, it will give you the option to remove all hidden information. That should do what you wish.

  • Remove the comment time stamp in a PDF document

Does anyone know what's the best way to remove the comment time stamp from a document?
    thanks

Do you mean that you want to remove the timestamp of a particular comment? If so, there are two timestamps associated with a comment, the creation date and the modified date. The modified date is what's shown in the comments list in Acrobat/Reader and can be altered by a script, but the creation date will still be present though unseen and unmodifiable directly with a script. It's possible to export the comments to a data file (FDF/XFDF), edit the file to remove/replace any timestamp info, and re-import the comments into a copy of the file that doesn't have comments. So the best approach really depends on what it is you're trying to accomplish.

  • Remove time stamp in track changes bubble

Is there any way to remove the time stamp from the Track Changes bubble? I can't seem to find a way to do it. Maybe it just can't be done?

It seems that time_stamping the changes is a logical feature.
As far as I know, we can't disable it.

  • I have an iPhone 4S, iPad and MacBook Air.  I'm looking for an app or program where I can track time spent of specific projects each day and also document details of each project.  Is there anything available that is synced through iCloud?

I have an iPhone 4S, iPad and MacBook Air.  I'm looking for a program or app that I can sync though iCloud that will allow me to us all of these devices to track time spent on projects each day along with the ability to add specific information about each project.  Any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks!

I recommend you consider Omnifocus.  It is a task management program which runs on the Mac, Iphone & Ipad. I use it for task management and project management.  It let's you store additional information as well.   I sync all three devices through a Mobile Me account and I can enter data on any device and it is available on all devices.  I believe you can also sync through Dropbox.  I'm not sure that you can sync through iCloud yet.  The link to their website is:  www.omnigroup.com.  There may be less expensive alternatives, but this one meets my needs and syncs very well across all devices.

  • Time Stamp Tables

    Hi Gurus,
Can you please tell me where we can check the time stamp for the perticular data sources (For Generic, Business Content, FI and LO Data Sources) and can you answer to my few questions.
    1. For example if we are extracting data using Generic data sources (Delta may be due to date, time, pointer), FI and other CRM Related Data sources etc.... i think we have to refer some tables please confirm.
    2. Can you please tell data flow if we are extracting data using LO Extraction, Generic, FI and CRM related Data sources. i.e., if any Document changes in Source system (might in R/3 or CRM) how exactly the data flows till CDM (RSA7 in Source), once we get data to RSA7 after that i think we need to trigger the info package to get the data to BW Data targets.
So i need to know the flow till RSA7 (CDM) for different extraction methodologies.
I know it's take time to answer the above questions. Please can you answer the following questions.
    Millions of thanks in advance..
    Regards,
    Reddi

    HI XYS,
You can also use the below table for Generic Data Source Delta Management.
    Table - ROOSGENDLM
The above table uses the fields DELTAID and REPEATID to keep a track of the DELTA.
    Hope this helps.

  • Video start and media end time stamps get lost

Premiere Pro CS4  is not keeping the tape's media start and end times as well as the Video In and Out Points.
It never was a problem with earlier versions but this began the on the very first use of CS4.
I use these time stamps to keep track of the chronilogical order of the clips.
    Anyone ever had this problem.
    Thanks

This problem occurs after mini DV tapes have been loaded in.  It has happened with both my older panasonic AG-DVC30 and my newer AG DVX100.
It is really annoying because I count on using those time stamps to coordinate the addition to the clips into the editor.
It seems that I've lost some of the time stamps after they have all been loaded in.  Like when I start up Premiere Pro CS4  a second time on the, the next day, I find even more of the time stamps missing, over in the project pane.  I probably should carefully document that to be sure.  Could be significant in the troubleshooting process.

  • Displaying time-stamps on comment balloons

    Hi,
I am a contract negotiator and often send a document back and forth several times with the document locked and "Tracked Changes" enabled so I can see all additions/deletions that the other party makes. The trouble is that after a few back-and-forths
it gets very, very hard to keep up with when a comment was made.
From browsing forums and searching solutions, it looks to me like the Mac version of Microsoft Word displays this information by default. The closest I can get here in my Windows machine is if I hover the mouse on top of the balloon/bubble it displays a
time/date. However, that time-stamp changes every time I send/receive the document. (I'm not sure exactly why but my best guess is that the time-stamp displays the "Last Modified" time, and the comment is considered "modified"
if a new comment is inserted above it, thereby changing the ordinal numbering of the original comment.)
NOTE: In the picture you can see that when I hover the date displayed was 4/18 (the date I had recieved the document back from the other party), BUT I actually made the comment on 3/20 (this is how I've been working so I could remember when my comment was
made, but I can't tell the other party to do this. This seems absurd to me and it's endlessly frustrating.
The result is that I end up having to have the last 2 or 3 versions of the document pulled up, side by side, so I tell which comments are new to the current draft and which ones are just left over from the
last version I sent to the person.
This seems like a very basic/simple thing to me and I have searched the settings/options/forums/etc and I cannot figure this out! Thank you for any help you can offer!

    Hi Hal,
Yes, the screenshot in my last reply is from Word 2013, but the result are the same in Word 2010 (yes, the "X minutes ago" is added in Word 2013). And I run the test (modify/add the comments) in Word 2010.
I upload the screenshot from Word 2013 because as you've noticed, the time stamps are displayed more clearly. (sorry for the confusing.)
I'm not sure if it is a know issue that has been fixed in the later version of Word 2010, but it still worth to keep your Office up to date, and I suppose you also need to encourage your co-workers to do the same.
And after you have update your Office to the latest version, try create a new document and see if you can still reproduce this behavior,
    if no, then we can consider it has been fixed in the update;
    if yes, please provide more detailed steps, so I can try to follow your exact steps to reproduce it;
    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
To keep your Office up to date, enable the setting under:
Control Panel -> Windows Update -> Change settings -> Microsoft Updates -> Give me updates for other Microsoft products when I update Windows
Also you can mannually download and install the Service Pack 1 for Office 2010 from:

  • Date/Time Stamp Display

When watching my movies I almost always wonder "when was this shot"?
One of the things I miss the most about burning my videos to DVD instead of playing them from the tape is the ability to push a button, see the date/time stamp on the screen and then push it again to make it go away.
I know this is a long shot, but is there anyway to get similar functionality in iMovie & iDVD?
Right now I am playing with putting a title at the beginning of every clip in the movie with the date info and that is A LOT of work. Still it won't help me when I am viewing the middle of the clip.
If there is no way to get the date/time stamp to appear/disappear during playback by pushing a button, is there at least a way that a title can get the date/time info for me? Maybe some variable I can type in the title (i.e.:%DATETIME%)? That would at least save me a couple steps.
Or is there a plug-in that does something along those lines?
I think that would be a great feature if they don't have it already (and not to hard I would think).
    Thanks

    17" iSight iMac   Mac OS X (10.4.3)

    Hi Tj
I've wrestled with this problem ever since VHS went out of style. The old VHS would pick it up and you couldn't get rid of it. Digital got rid of it when transferred to imovie. My Sony camera can show it or remove it on it's own remote screen. I found the best way to keep track of the time stamp is when I'm done with a tape is to review it and create a data base on a hard copy. It's a hard habit to get into but once it's done it saves a ton of time. I physically number the cassette and use categories in a columnar format: NO., REAL TIME, EVENT, DESCRIPTION, COMMENT DATE, YEAR. Being a data base document I can arrange in any order I want.
There are other advantages. By reviewing and entering the information it stays fresh in my mind. I can also add comments like: Add music and effects to this clip.
Gee Three/slick has numerous titles of with some look like time stamps or you can create you own directly onto the clip. There is no need for a separate (title over black) title.
Part of the fun in editing is picking the title, what font to use and be able to dazzle your viewers with special affects. Slick has one called Far far away from the Star Wars movies where the titles slowly disappear into the distance.

after serval months of rebuidling and creating new identites for Outlook for mac2010 any reasons why this is constantly happening?

I am not sure what you mean by this.
is it ok to delete outlook ID's copy/backup as running out of space?
If you mean you have several identities in the Office Identities folder then yes. You can delete whatever you don need\want except for your current.
Are you updated to the latest version of Office?
After the restore, navigate to ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2011 Identities/your identity and delete the file called Database. Then rebuild.

  • Change documents or logs for Analysis authorisation access changes

Is there a way to review the change history or table logs in BI 7.0 to show who assigned analysis authorizations and when it was assigned or removed?  I presume there should be a SUIM change document that shows the Analysis authorization access changes that are assigned directly to users via RSU01 or RESEADMIN when these analysis authorizations are not included in roles.
An example area of concern is with the assignment of 0BI_ALL, having an accurate log or mechanism to track the assignments to users.

    Hi Srinivas,
you can activate in DDIC that your entry changes will be logged.
Go to SE11 -> Your Tablenname -> CHANGE
Button TechnicalSettings -> Activate checkbox Log data changes.
