Tube pro app hang in Lumia 520

I recently reset my phone and downloaded 'Tube Pro' app. It worked for 1 day and after 2nd day it started to close just after displaying its logo. I uninstalled it and again installed, but also the problem didnt solve. Before resetting my phone it had worked perfectly.
RAM: 512MB
Phone storage(free) is more than 4GB
SD CARD storage (free) is more than 10GB
I installed in both memory but it didnt work.
Please suggest what to do.

Hi, shree_bhandari. I believe you've performed the reset by going to Settings > about, correct? Which connection are you using, Wi-Fi or mobile data? Does it also happen with other web-based apps? You may try the tips provided on this page: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/mobile/support/faq/?action=singleTopic&topic=FA143572. The given link will work regardless of your location. In case that the issue only exists with that app, best to contact the app developer at support.fscode.net. Let us know if you have any other questions.

  • Deployment of Apps on Nokia Lumia 520

    Hi Guys,
    I have been trying to get an app build onto my 520 but to yuse the deployment tool i need to use Zune. Withe the 520 not being compatiblewith Zune, does anyone know how i do it with the windows phone app preview software or other method?

    You need a developer unlocked device to be able to install non-store apps on it. You don't need zune but you do need the SDK.

    So, you need to wait till the application is made available once again

  • Gmail with a non-Gmail account on a Lumia 520?

    Hi,
    I’m considering getting a Lumia 520.
    When using an internet browser on my laptop, I use Gmail with an email account that is in my own domain (rather than a Gmail account). I think this is achieved through Google Apps, but I don’t know the details behind this.
    Would I be able to do this with the Gmail app on a Lumia 520, or is the app for Gmail accounts only?

  • LUMIA 520 MUSIC APP FAILING TO UPDATE

    Can anyone please assist me on getting my Lumia 520 music app update itself on wifi. For a long time now it always gives an error message. Other apps are updating whenever there is a new update.

    What is the exact error message that you're getting when you try updating the Music app? Have you tried downloading the app update via mobile data connection? This is the default Music app and not a downloaded one, correct? 
    Make sure that the phone's SW is updated. If you're phone is already running the Lumia Cyan SW, make sure that Update apps automatically and Only get updates over WiFi are both enabled under Settings > swipe to applications > store.These settings will allow automatic update downloads for all apps you've installed in your Lumia 520, though some apps have their own inbuilt auto update features.

  • Lumia 520 hangs on regular basis and needs battery...

    It's a quite new phone and not much installed on it, however a few days ago it started to hang on a daily basis. When it hangs nothing can be done, no button works or screen and the phone become basically useless. battery must be removed in order to reboot it. 
    is there any known issue with the lumia 520 or would that be my phones problem warranty covered?

    have you tried to hard format the device through the settings?
    if it still continues to do this after a hard format, then i would bring it in...frozen and request a replacement device, especially if you just purchased this device. you should not have to deal with this issue if it is that new.

  • Lumia 520 wont download apps

    Just got a Lumia 520 yesterday and have spent 24 hours unsuccessfully trying to download apps from the store, always gettingthe message that "can't connect to Store at the moment - check data connection or try later"
    Phone is connecting to internet and email both on wifi and 3G, so working OK - anyone else had this problem?

    At some point you may need to reset device and try setting up again to see if this issue remains.

    I have a Lumia 520 which until the last few days has updated apps OK. Now when I tap Update, it goes through the This app will need access to your... etc screen, then just sops on 'waiting'. Any idea what's wrong?

    It seems Apple is having some issues at their end. There have been hundreds of posts on the forum with the same problem.

    "I hate neither Windows 8 nor Nokia. But I really do hate their combination - Nokia Lumia 720. I own this phone for more than a month and now I really want to get rid of this. I want to dicuss only the cons of this phone, as all the pros (if there is any) will be ignored with the intensity of the cons.
    1. No dedicated folder structure. Nothing like a "Gallery" or "My Files". So there is no question of copying files from one folder to another because there is no folder at all.
    2. Its true than you can use a external memory card. But the only action you can perform on the files in your memory card is delete. No copy , paste or even "Rename". If you have to do any of these you have to connect the phone to a Computer.
    3. Yes, Bluetooth is there. But you cannot rename your bluetooth. Ok fine. What is there in a name! But what happens to the files you recieve via bluetooth. If you are lucky, you will find them in your "Saved Pictures" . But in most the cases you wont see your recieved files at all.
    4. You cant download a video file. Its true that there are you tube downloader applications. But you can view these videos only within these apllications . You cant save them to your SD card. Some may ask what is the big issue in it. But guys, these video applications use the phone's internal storage memory and eventually the phone begins to hang.
    5. The most funny thing I found in this phone is "File multiplication". Suppose you took a photograph or downlaoded a music file today. Tommorrow you can see 2 copies
    of it in your phone. The next day 3, then 4 and so on. But if you delete any one of these, all will be gone Dont think that any virus has affected my phone. Bacuse form day 1 its so.
    (Combining points 4 and 5 together and a previous comment. Somebody said its possible to download videos using UC browser. First thing , UC Browser for windows itself is a piece of **bleep**. It hangs every 1 minute. Second, if you download a video and export it your phone, sometimes it gets exported and sometimes not. If luckily it got exported, it begins to multiply as I said in point 5)
    6, The battery. With the internet and all the background tasks OFF, and with no live tiles on the home screen, the maximum time I got with the battery is 11 hours. If i turn all features on, it drains in 5-7 hours.
    7. You cannot open the PDF or .txt files present in your SD card. Only those PDF files you download via internet can be opened. Again you cannot PDFs you download in your SD card.
    8. Applications can be saved to phone only, not in SD card.
    9. I still dont know what is happening to my internal memory and what is occupying it. Anyway its full now. And only thing I could do is to uninstall the present applications.
    10. These comments are from my experience for more than a month. Today I dont have this phone to experience not bacause I sold it, but because its dead now. For any other phone you can try removing the battery, re-inserting it and restarting. But what can you do with this internal battery?????
    Again I want to tell you an awkward experience with this phone. I am a techie and has a habit of listening to music while coding. One day in office, I connected the Nokia headset and started the music. But music was playing via loudspeaker only. It was not recognizing the headset at all. I tried to stop the music. But none of the keys worked, Not the pause button, not the volume keys, not the back button. I tried to switch the phone off. But it didnt work either. I had to cover the loudspeaker with my fingertip for about 10 minutes helpless and suddenly the phone switched off. With relief I removed my fingertips and I couldnt believe what happened . Music was still being played from the Switched Off phone. Again for the next 2-3 minutes I had to cover the loudspeaker before the music stopped. I switched it ON again only after reaching home. If I had sold the phone that day itself. I wouldno have to keep a dead phone now in my hands."

    my new nokia lumia 520 hangs. 
    its been only 20 days i brought my new lumia 520.
    Case : I just completed call. the screen got blacked out. we can still get incoming calls.
    we have the option to switch off. when it asks to slide down. it never happens. not able to slide it down.
    Solution - i removed battery and replaced. (This is very bad solution but i had no other option)
    tried - done power off and also volume down button with power off. it dint work.
    So disappointed!!

    hi mate, as a precursor to taking your phone to nokia care, you can check that you have the latest firmware updates for your device, and that you are up to date with the latest Nokia system app updates from the Store. also try performing a soft and then a hard reset if that doesn't work.

  • Settings function does not work in my lumia 520

    I have lumia 520. when i update Lumia Black  in my Setting some of the settings apps does not  work. when i click this its return back the settings. i can't update it . how can i update or reinstall it. 
    Or  How can i re-update window for work properly my system.

    I had the same problem with a feature. It showed share instead of update and I knew there was an update out there. 
    I turned my phone all the way off, let it sit for a minute of so and turned it back on. The update then showed up with the updater.

  • Can't play the video in my Lumia 520

    I always love the work of nokia and this time trailer app is just Nice but there's a problem.
    I have downloaded 6 trailers and only 1 is able to play.
    Rest of them says "sorry we can't play this video on your phone".
    I have no idea what's wrong with my phone.
    Please help.

    What is the error message displayed when you try playing the video? Have you tried using mobile data? If yes, does it show the same issue? What fixes have you tried so far? By the way, are you using the same phone model? 

  • Amber update is not working in my lumia 520

    sir,
       i have installed new update in my lumia 520 .it installed fully and successfully but i cannot find of new features in my phone !!?? features like call+sms filter ,radio and so on.., how can i solve this problem. 

    Perhaps a more helpful answer is to install "Lumia System Updater". That app will allow you to check and update all the system apps on your phone (such as "extras+info", "about" etc.) that are required for the Amber/GDR2 update to be "seen".
