Help with "greyed out" option for Publishing a group of Parameters in Motion 5!

How do you group published parameters in Motion 5, so that you don't have one giant list of published options for Final Cut Pro X?
My main goal is To publish a compound parameter (a parameter with nested subparameters)
Looking through Motion Help, it should be as easy as clicking the little disclosure triangle on the right of the inspector, but the word "Publish" is greyed out...

I know I've looked at rigging, but based off the Motion Help Online Manual, It should be as simple as clicking on the option for publish and have nested subparameters...
Rigging is excellent, but more steps would be needed to do the same thing i believe...

Why doesn't the customer support menu-driven system offer an "opt-out" option for cases where none of the available options meets the customer's need?

I have called customer support several times to get problems with my service plan corrected. None of the menu-driven options meets my needs, but the system does not offer a way to connect to a live rep. The only way to get to a live rep is to hit the "invalid selection" O key several times. Good customer service would include an "opt-out" choice.

why have apple still not updated the iphone to have a tv out option i am getting so annoyed as before i upgraded i had this option now nothing!!! can anyone help me with this as i have some cool videos i would like to watch on the BIG screen!! come on apple!

Does anybody know what full working custom roms are out there for the Xperia z c6603 that are out of this world and look great and improve much better than the stock rom .

I like the Honami design theme, with minimal modifications so my prefered choice of ROMs would be the ,

I did try a lot of different ROMS intially on the Z and alot more on the S. But I realised that while it's fun to try out different roms, not every little functions will work. And since then, I've prefered stock based custom ROMs. As a designer, I find the stock UI to be very uniform and pleasing. Although I still feels tthat they're using too much black.

That's where I would begin, too, with
Repair Disk
Insert Installer disk and Restart, holding down the "C" key until grey Apple appears.
Go to Installer menu (Panther and earlier) or Utilities menu (Tiger) and launch Disk Utility.
Select your HDD (manufacturer ID) in the left panel.
Select First Aid in the Main panel.
(Check S.M.A.R.TStatus of HDD at the bottom of right panel, and report if it saysanything but Verified)
Click Repair Disk on the bottom right.
If DU reports disk does not need repairs quit DU and restart.
If DU reports errors Repair again and again until DU reports disk is repaired.
If DU reports errors it cannot repair you will need touse autility like TechTool Pro,Drive Geniusor DiskWarrior
First we need to determine if the issue you are experiencing with the computer is software or hardware based. Once we have gotten things sorted out there should be time enough to make you decision about keeping or returning it.

Depending on how you created your account, "None" may or may not be an option. I believe it has something to do with whether the account was made through an App Store request or the regular iTunes Store. For example, my account allows no card but my father's doesn't allow there to be no card.
To change the card, go to your account settings and change the information to your new card, and hit save.

you'd have to point +iTunes media folder location+ back to the external via preferences > advanced > iTunes media folder location, then file > library, organize library > consolidate files

in that case it might be best to copy the entire iTunes folder to the external. then, on each machine, launch iTunes while pressing option on your keyboard. when prompted, click on +choose library+ and navigate to the iTunes folder on the external.
note only one iTunes can access the iTunes library @ a time !
also, make sure the external is mounted on either machine before launching iTunes.

Correct, you'll need to move it to your itunes library and then sync it to your phone.

So I tried generating the same PDFs on two other computers that have Acrobat 9 Pro. Results were reproduced. The verdict is:
- complex PDF files (that is, containing cross-references, tables of contents, and bookmarks) generated by Acrobat 9.x Pro are roughly 2-5x larger than the identical file generated with Acrobat 8.x Pro.
- different PDF conversion settings make a negligable difference (less than 10% rather than 70-80%).
- using the "Reduce File Size" or "Optimize PDF" option cuts the file size roughly in half, almost always resulting in a "image downsampling mask" warning message, which requires acknowledgement (that is a problem for batch processing or automation).
- adding an Acrobat watermark to the file cuts the file size roughly in half.
- just using Save As to another filename has no effect on file size.
- generating the PDF in Acrobat 9 with links but no PDF bookmarks still results in the inflated file size.
- generating the PDF in Acrobat 9 without any links or bookmarks results in approximately the same file size as the Acrobat 8 PDF with full links and bookmarks.
It appears that Acrobat 9's manner of adding links is what's bloating the files, and in my case it's probably not related to images or image resolution/print quality. It's a shame, because Acrobat 9 seems to have made some improvements to the Review Tracker interface, and a few other bells and whistles which I haven't really gotten around to exporing yet. But unless I find a way to keep my links and the PDF file sizes comparable to what I was getting with Acrobat 8 Pro, it looks like I'm going to stay with Acrobat 8.

I am using the Function Modules FREE_SELECTIONS_INIT and FREE_SELECTIONS_DIALOG to create the select-options dynamically on the selection screen.
My problem is that I am passing a field list of 10 fields in the FIELDS_TAB of the function.
Now it creates the select-options for all 10 fields. I want to create select-options for only 5 fields initially and let the user select out of the remaining 5 fields to create the select-options.
How to achieve this.?
I tried by passing the 5 fields in FIELDS_NOT_SELECTED table but they get hidden and once hidden I am not able to get them back in my field list.
Please help me out.
Useful answers will be suitably rewarded.

Uninstall Option for a package is grayed out in Software Center 2012 Client side but others have it available

Hi,
I created a deployment for an application that will use a Custom CMD to Install / Uninstall. Locally executing those files works perfect. The deployment installed the application and shows perfectly installed but:
Since this application is a user Self Service Application they should be able to hit to Install or Uninstall by themselves. The problem is that the Uninstall button is grayed out.
I noticed this problem for other applications too but some of them has this option available.
My question is if only the MSI Native Installer will get this option available or also the Script Installer can have it available.
I do have a Uninstall Program listed on the Deployment type as: "uninstall.cmd" before it hasn't had the quotes but even that still doesn't active the option Uninstall. I don't know if there is an option inside the UDI Wizard that I missed
to activate that will activate this option for this kind of deployments.
Please any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

I have the same problem like Joel, But my deployment is available and does not have a query to detect installed users. we have used direct membership in collection, still the option of uninstall is graded out for one of the application.
So far we have tried all the below options.
Created a new application and deployed to the targeted audience – Still not worked
Changed the detection method to Product code – Still not worked
Change the uninstall script – Still not worked
Refreshed client policies – Still not worked
Reboot is not pending – Still not worked
Policy Reset – Still Not worked
Client Repair – Still not worked
WMI Repair – Still not worked
Let us know any other solution/though to resolve the issue.
