Tv out probs

i have a geforce 4 mx420 video card and im trying to connect it to the tv so i can watch a movie. i connected the svideo cable into my digital reciever because that is the only way i can connect that cord to get the signal to the tv but then that is where im stuck. i tried looking for options to clone or something like that of what it said in the manual but cant find those options. i noticed in the device manager ( im useing win xp pro btw ) that i got a yellow sign next to the wda capture driver adn i tried installing the software from the cd that the card came with but i still get that error.
any info would be greatly appreciated

Profiled w/out Probes on

Good afternoon,
MAC 00:0C:29:24:15:72 was entered from CWA through Device Registration by an AD user. Eventually, this MAC address appeared in the Endpoint database as "VMWare-Device" (which it is) and static assignment FALSE (because it was entered via CWA).
How is it that ISE was able to profile it as a VMware, when there are no probe turned on ISE? (profiler is not turned on)

Missed your last response. Because the endpoint was added through device registration it must be present so that if the device is lost it will get assignrd as to the blacklist identity group.
The reason the device appears as a vmware device is that it still goes the profiling policies to see what type of device this. However this device was not profiled by any of the probes. However did the user end up connecting to the network and then accept the aup? I am curious why it didn't end up being statically assigned as registered device.

Extigy HELP!! Optical OUT prob !!?!

Hello. Any help here would be GREATLY appriciated. I cannot seem to get a optical out signal !! I have treied TWO identical extigy external sound cards; with no luck on either. I'm using a 50' cable WITH a TOSLINK optical amplifer.My qustion is: Is there a toggle in the software or something in windows that has to be turned on or?I can't believe 50' would be too long while using a TOSLINK amp. THxBarry

Using it with Windoze XP. Trying to get from the optical out of the extigy to an optical in on a roland audio workstation. Tried two identical cards with no luck. Have verifyed the roland is fine. I mentioned it's a 50' cable-actually it's a 25' cable. Bought a TOSLINK optical amplifier (Radio Shack) and it didn't help at all. It's a real drag; I'm just trying to play music from my computer on a big audio (band) system thru the Roland. Any other idea's?Much thanx for the response!!!Best Regards-BarryCanada

MuVO N200 512M: sound 'drop out' prob

I recently acquired 52M N200 MuVO. After trasnferring a few CDs and playing them back I noticed that on certain tracks there would be a brief 'drop'. This appears to happen intermittently but often enough to be annoying. I've tried recopying the music to the player but this makes no difference: the 'drops' would just occur somehwere else. I've used MS Media Player to copy the CDs on P4, Windows XP system.
When I play back the tracks straight straight from the Media Library there are no drops at all. I have turned off anti-virus software and other background tasks and tried the whole process again but with no success. Surely you shouldn't have to do this to copy CDs?
I'm currently trying to resolve this with Creative tech. support but I thought I'd post it here just in cas anyone in the community has come across this and has any ideas as to how to cure the problem.

MSI Media Live: TV-Out Probs in HDMI-MCE-Fullscreen-Mode

Hello Folks,
maybe anybody has a hint: my MSI Media Live @ Toshiba Regza 42X3030D loses video-output after switching to full screen mode.
The screen supports acc. to manual via HDMI following modes: 1080p, 1080i and 720p
In Windows mode everything working fine in 1920x1080 interlaced and non-interlaced - but after pressing the green button i got a no-signal-blue-screen (not a BSOD). Hitting Windows-Key i can go back and kill the wmc-task.
Does anybody know in what resolution at which frequency runs mce-fullscreen interface?
Is there any possiblity to edit a config-file to set a resolution/frequency-mode to avoid auto-testing/ajustment?
I would be grateful about every hint.

I just installed the Screensaver ver 3.0beta on my ML and it performs without any hickups or troubles at all.
I'm using the following:
Athlon X2 4200+
2x 1GB DDR800 cheapest I could find
Onboard video 1680*1050*32
XP SP3
Standard MSI supplied drivers.
I did notice you are using 4x memory sticks at DDR800, you should know that the AMD CPU you use doesn't official support 4 (dualsided) sticks at DDR800.
Have you tried running with 2 sticks or reduced speed to DDR667 and 2T commandrate?
Or tried with Vista32 bit?
It's strange you have to put another card in there.
Also, I have altered my CPU-fan direction as the box gets way hot, my CPU fan is now blowing out instead of sucking air in and fill the box with hot CPU-air.
That way the box stays very cold.
It's very easy to change the direction, simply take the top of the cooler off (put a screwdriver in the 4 holes and it comes off) then slide the fan out and turn it around.
Maybe it helps you too.

N96 tv-out prob

Hi there, when i connect my n96 to my tv nothing happens... It only says, microphone of the phone shall be used or something like that. I swtiched the tv off and on, restarted the phone but nothing happens, either on the tv screen nor on the phone screen. Tried to find the answer in previous topics but couldn't find anything that could help. Can someone of you guys help me please?

Win 7 installation probs

Info, first.
Toshiba Satellite L775-S7114 (big box v. of L775-S7111). Win 7 installed.
Now, onto the history (condensed version):
Had HDD probs (laptop kept shutting down out of the blue). Tried to restore HDD to factory defaults (on board recovery). During recovery laptop shut down. Started getting "bootmgr.exe missing. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart." Would restart in HDD recovery mode and continued getting same message.
Ordered the recovery media from Toshiba. Didn't work until I installed Win 8 (free OS only version from MS with purchase of this laptop), then used recovery media to factory default back to Win 7. But found out prob was a bad fan. Fan replaced. Found out, then, bad sector on HDD. Bought new HDD from Toshiba (correct P/N for this model). Installed....
Now the bigger picture/problem:
New HDD will not install either OS. Win 7 (recovery media) or Win 8 (OS only). Been trying for months now.... all kinds of workarounds and tricks I can find/think of to get it to install. Been on the phone with Toshiba support toooooo many times with ZERO help or satisfaction. Sooooooo....
Got a wild idea and curious if someone can help me figure out how to do it. Was thinking that if I can connect the new HDD externally to the laptop, that I can somehow manage to install Win 7 (recovery media) to it. Hell, I'll even accept Win 8 (OS only) installation, because I can then install Win 7 in it's place.
I may not be relating this thought in a clear way to the forum, so I'll explain further. Currently the bad HDD is working on this laptop, albeit in a very limited fashion. Every so often it dies, and I have to use the onboard HDD recovery to get it back to running. I would like to externally connect the new HDD (correct one for this laptop model) to this laptop, use the CD-ROM drive to transfer the Win 7 (recovery media), or the Win 8 (OS only) to the new HDD "THROUGH" this laptops CD-ROM drive.
Can this be done? Or would I have to transfer all the data from the Win 7 recovery media disks -or- the Win 8 OS only disc to a USB to transfer it? I'm really not sure how to accomplish this task. But, I am at wits end, as I have sunk a TON of money into trying to repair/rework this laptop (I really like it) to no avail. I can't find a new laptop with the features this one has for anywhere near a reasonable price.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The above code is compiled fine,
I create it as demo.jar by using jar -cvf demo.jar com META-INF,
After that i deployed then i got above errors,
I deployed same app into glassfish then it works fine with out prob.
I configured DATA SOURCE properly,
But why i got these error and solve it..

You are correct, between the higher numbers of users with multiple devices the bandwidth requirements keep increasing.
The limitation of three non-overlapping channels in the 2.4 GHz space is driving more customers to 5 GHz, it is important to have both bands when high density deployments are needed. While many older devices only support 2.4 GHz, we are now seeing far more devices with 5 GHz as well.
The recomendation of 20-25 clients and 8 voice calls on a given 2.4 GHz channel is still a good "rule of thumb" with actual customer data requirements driving those numbers higher or lower. You are right when you say "throwing Access Points" at the problem can degrade the wireless quality as co-channel interference and overall noise floor can rise with multiple Access Points that can all hear each other.
A better approach to the problem is to throw more spectrum at this issue (using 5 GHz channels) and elements of 802.11n (20 MHz) bandwidth on 2.4 GHz.
What we have been doing in high density deployments is to try to minimize the propagation of a cell and focus it in a given direction. This can be done by
1. Managing the RF power of the radios (Access Points) and in some cases the client's power (using elements of CCX).
2. Using the right antennas to shape both Tx and Rx cell size to help isolate, we have recently introduced a new high gain antenna for stadiums that does this well.
3. Limit supported rates, obviously the higher the data rate the less sensitive the receiver is and the smaller the cell size becomes.
4. Enable 5 GHz (that adds far more channels for data throughput)
5. Limit the number of SSIDs in use as each requires a separate beacon (adding to RF utilization)
6. Co-locating access points with non-overlapping channels
There are some challenges, for example; many dual -band clients prefer to connect to 2.4 GHz, and 2.4 GHz is more likely to be busier and subject to interference, so we also enable Cisco "Band-Select" which basically "nudges" those clients off 2.4 GHz and pushes them to 5 GHz so as to free up the 2.4 GHz band when we can determine the client has 5 GHz capability.
So how is this done? well, we do this by listening to the clients and if we detect that the client is sending out probe requests on both bands we know the client can use 5 GHz so we essentially make the 5 GHz band "appear more attractive" to that client.
Note: Client load balancing and Band select are features in the Cisco Unified controller menu.
Also enabling client link (intelligent beam forming) helps direct the signal directly at the client and reduces same channel interference.

N80 and Serious Video problems

I am so not impressed with the Nokia N80 Video Function.
I am having major problems in playing 95% of my videos from my old K750 which plays them with out problems.
Real player opens. Then stops for s few seconds starts again plays about 4 seconds, stops and starts again.
It doesnt matter much on the videos.
Its like the phone cant handle them or real player has a major problem.
The 4 second dealy or the major problems is when i use the memory card.
The phone still cant handle the video correctly when on the phone memory, The video stutters, Musics goes of and on.
This is such a let down in other wise a great phone.
I just cant beleive that my K700, K750 and K600 can play all the vids with out probs.

Yes same here.
The stutters are dreadful and sound keeps going of and on.
This is a Smart phone, But so far my K700 which is over 2 years old is smarter.
I just dont understand why, Nokia if you are reading this then please fix in your next firmware, Real Player is either Rubbish or the phone some how cant transfer the data / details over fast enough.
On some occasions opening up a video can take the phone over a 1min which i then think the phone has crashed.
Its like my computer when running more than 1 programme at a time, They start to stutter.

Error code 2400 issue

I can read library e books on myipad w out probs but when I tried downloading e books on my husbands iPad I cannot authorize w my user name and pswd w out getting error MSG 2400

All VI have creat a task and close the task ,so I think there is no conflict . I think we need not use "LoCK" function , when two task visit DAQ card, they will be a queue and work one by one, am I right?

I am having the same problem. I have just tried this. Unplug iphone > open itunes > delete all music from itunes library > close itunes > re-open itunes > add music from original folder > plug in iphone > select songs > press sync > unplug iphone using eject button onscreen > checked phone .... still nothing in music folder on phone. On itunes the "On this iphone" tab the songs remain there but greyed out.

You don't say which version of iTunes you are using, but the symptoms you describe have been encountered by some users with the 64-bit version of iTunes 12.1.
There is an alternative version for 64-bit editions of Windows here:
iTunes 12.1 for Windows (64-bit — for older video cards)
that seems to address the most of the playback issues that some users have been reporting with the full 64-bit version of 12.1.0.77 - including problems with Bluetooth speakers where either sound is degraded or completely absent. The alternative installer here is the same architecture as most previous "64-bit" versions of iTunes, i.e., a 32-bit application with a 64-bit installer. The "for older video cards" label appears to be something of a misnomer as some people have reported that this corrects problems found on current / high-spec systems.
Some users have reported that after installing this alternative version it is necessary to adjust the "Play audio using" selection (normally to "Direct Sound" rather than "Windows Audio Session", though this may vary based on your audio hardware/drivers) in Edit > Preferences > Playback to restore glitch-free audio (one part of the reported symptoms is that the "Direct Sound" choice isn't available, usually in Windows 8). It may also be necessary to ensure that your Bluetooth speakers are active and selected as the default audio device before you run iTunes.
If this doesn't address the issue, you may want to think about reverting to iTunes 12.0 - see Turingtest2's notes on Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates for steps needed to completely remove all installed iTunes components, and for links to the 12.0 installers.
