TV series purchase issue

Hi,
I purchased 'Celebrity Juice' series 10, but can only download eps 1-4. 5 onwards state I need to purchase.
Support tell me I only purchased eps 1-4. However if this was the case why does the series purchase button state "purchase", and I have no option to "complete series"...?
The only reason I purchased was because it said "series for £6..."
Any help would be great!

Are the other episodes available in your country yet ? If it's a new series and the episodes haven't aired yet then they may not be in the store.
If they are then try the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option to see if that downloads them, or see if they show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes for downloading (TV programmes won't show there in all countries).

Audigy 2 series - Memory issues? Hello,
after mailing the support my problem and asking for a driver update I just got this semi-automated "we dont care"-notice, saying my audigy 2 (zs) was older than 3 years and not supported anymore and therefor would not receive driver updates. Thing that keeps me wondering is that the last driver version got released july 2009, which is also WAY past the "3 years"-mark, so is there still hope to complain again about this very issue or has Creative really abandoned this great card?
The issue im experiencing is whats also described in this unofficial FAQ I found within these forums saying the drivers don't support more than 4 GB of RAM (Windows XP 64), which I just figured out myself the hard way as well. Lowering the memory amount to 4GB is DEFINITELY NOT an option!
Are there possibly any unofficial drivers tackling this issue or is this now Creative's way to force me to buy a newer sound card and hope the driver developers didn't fail as hard with them drivers as they did with the audigy drivers? (I mean really? Not capable of "real" 64bit support? in 2009? Hello?)
Any feedback is greatly appreciated

I had first search, find, and use Danel's drivers.
As for being old, my old Audigy 2 ZS Plat. card died last month. Knowing how much I love that sound card, my girlfriend bought me a new one from an online store and gave it to me for Christmas along with Windows 7 64-bit and more memory.
She is a computer nerd like me.
Anyway, the fact is they are still being sold new today.
No support for a newly purchased producted?
Now I hear these problems have existed since Vista.
What gives?
By the way Audigy 2 ZS Plat was (still is if creative fixes the drivers) the best sound card on the market. For $70 you can get virtually the same hardware. As far as I can tell X-Fi hardware is the same as the Audigy 2, only rebadged. Most the features you do not get are dependent on the sofware, features are turned on or off depending on the card's hardware ID, not that the card can not support the features. The extra $25+ is not worth it in my mind.

Apple TV - No Sound on Recent TV Series Purchases

I am experiencing a weird problem. I have sound problem only on the recent TV Series purchases. The video plays but there is no sound. Previous purchases work perfectly, music plays without a problem. There is no problem with the connections. The same videos run perfectly fine on my laptop. Does anyone have an idea how to deal with this problem.

A series of issues with my new G580

Hi,
I bought my new G580 I5 (Ivy Core), in July.
In the past few weeks I've exerienced a series of issues. I don't know if they are connected - I was wonderfin if anyone can tell me and the causes.
1) On boot up I received a message each time saying that dsk chck failed due to newly installed software (I hadn't installed anything new before this came up). I tried to reseach solutions but nothing worked for me and as I was told it wasn't essential to fix, I left it a while.
2) A message popped up saying 'IAStorIcon' has stopped working. (Don't know what that is or what it does)
3) I turned on my laptop a few days later to say that boot up had failed and that windows needed to repair itself. It then did it's thing and rebooted and windows opened. However, with absolutely no sound. I tried everything to get it working but it wouldnt work. It said the drivers to the sound card were working but it appeared that they weren't.
The bluetooth function also stopped wrking at this point.
Nothin I tried restored the functions.
4) I tried windows repairs etc. With no success I did a system restore and the above functions resumed. However, the system seems slower and less responsive,
Can anyone help me with what's going on here?
I bought my laptop in the UK but I live in the Dominican Republic, so access to warranty services are not so easy. 'll be back in the UK in February so if I can keep it going til then at least, I'll be happy as I rely on the laptop for work.

THE most extraordinary thing happened.
I installed iTunes on my laptop, hooked up my iPod, checked the box for manual music handling. And nothing appeared to be wrong whatsoever! I tried it with my Dimension, and there were no complications there either.
I mean, what the F??! :D:D

Yes, they can. You can view them either through Home Sharing via your iTunes library or you can stream them from the iTunes Store buttons on the ATV home menu (Movies, TV Shows).

G570 INTEL CHIPSET SERIES 6 issue?

Hello,
I have been experiencing problems with booting sometimes it takes literally hours to boot, sometimes I gave up. I then used the onekey system to reinstall the operating system, I have updated the OS, Win 7, with latest patches.. It now boots provided there is no disk in the DCD drive. However the DVD is only recognised occassionally for short periods. The DVD does not show in the device manager. There are no references to upper or lower filters in the registry.
I read somewhere this may be a symptom of chipset series 6 issue. Here is a link which shows that my laptop has this chipset. http://mobilesupport.lenovo.com/us/en/documents/ht036727 .
How can I tell if this is the case?

Purchased Samsung 63 plasma 8000 series ghosting issues

I purchased a 63 Samsung 3D plasma 8000 series in 2/10 and the picture is fantastic, but I seem to be having ghosting issues when people move on the screen or with fast moving scenes. I had a pioneer 50 plasma that was 5 years old that did not have this problem with people only blurring with fast moving scenes like sports. The people and scenes are clear it's just the edges seem to be blurring or ghosting. Is this normal or is there something I can adjust? It is really irritating to me. I thought this TV was supposed to be an improvement with blurring or ghosting but at present it seems to be worse. Please advise.

For each frame displayed on the TV the Sub-field drive flashes the dots 10 times or more, meaning that the dots are flashing 600 times per second (600Hz) or more. However it tends to have mixed results. Sometimes it works sometimes it completely fails and sometimes it overcompensates.
I personally have a Panasonic plasma and I keep the blur reduction off.

What is this? It's the most frustrating thing, and I just wnt to scream 'I DIDN'T'. 23 days ago I did because I was unaware of the new 90 day rule.

I was watching a TV series, and I was purchasing the episodes one at a time (in hopes that this would encourage me to stop and go to sleep after i finished the next one). Anyway I had just finished watching episode 3 and purchased 4 and it had begun to download, when I left my laptop to go get something to eat came back n it had obviously gone into sleep mode. so had to continue the download BUT when I try to continue the download the 'message' pops up. I haven't signed out, it's purchased under j_akale, so I don't understand.

Frist tip, after installing software updates (I assure your machine started off with 10.4.2 and when you first used it, you were promted to update to 10.4.4.), go into the utlities folder (under applications) open disk utlitity and verifity and repaire disk permissions, this will greatly boost preformace and may fix your problem. (In fact do this once a week) Go ahead and run the Techtool (Applecare hardware test CD) and check for any problems. If these come up with nothing, I'd call Applecare and tell them what is happening. Applecare will cover you at any Apple dealer and some Apple resellers as well. Going elsewhere will kill your warrenty BTW.

How to resolve itunes app purchase issues in India

I purchased a package from DailyYoga app which I got billed for via itunes, but the package is not enabled on my ipad after 3 days of when the purchase amount showed up in my credit card. I've contacted the DailyYoga folks directly via their website as well as from my email, and haven't received any replies after 2 days. I've been trying to escalate this via itunes support, but I find that online support isn't available for India, so how do I formally complain and escalate this to Apple support in India so I can move towards resolution of the particular issue?

Its not clear what is your current issue with IDOCs, but here some tips.
If you have idocs that are not being processed, you should first check your partner profiles
WE20, check the inbound and outbound parameters in each system. There you define processing routine for inbound.
For status check you may use WE02, and get status code and if there is any, the error code and message.
A good tool is to use the context menu (from initial screen, go to transaction WEDI, cannot be called from other transaction using /N) There you will find the transactions for administration, and also test tools. These test tools are very helpful to follow inbound/outbound processing function modules.
You will find documentation, and inbound and outbound process codes. These process codes are those you define with your message type in transaction WE20.
Be aware that standard function modules (inbound/outbound) may include user exits allowing you to perform additional checks/conversion (i.e. if you are receiving idocs from a legacy system and your plants are defined with a different naming convention, you may include a cross reference routine to change values in segment fields)
In have to identify also the action code you need to inform in the corresponding segments.
It's very difficult to give you a direct answer, without knowing the error message you are having. If you give us more information about your issue/scenario, you will probably get better solutions.

Vertex O Series- memory issues

We are working with Vertex and are increasing our databases the longer we work with Vertex. Recently, we have had several hard stops with increased usage (such as testing, training, and data loads all at once).
Our SAP implementation is going in this year and I am looking to learn from someone who has O series with SAP stabilized.
Do you have it loaded on same partition in SAP?
Are you running reports on it?
What memory have you allocated to it?

I do not know "O Series", but I guess you are talking on the Vertax tax product, perhaps the report feature for the tax office ...
Do you have trouble with the Vertex RFC client or do you have trouble with the report feature "only" ?
btw: Vertex is RFC attached to SAP => you can run it on ANY platform like windows etc. -> as vertex iSeries skills are limited, I would strongly at least think on, moving the vertex interface to Windows or Linux, whatever you prefer. I wouldn't be surprised when this "heals" all your current issues.

URGENT: Oracle 10g License Purchase Issue

Dear All,
I have a small environment of around 50 desktops with Compaq Proliant Server. The Server machines are normally coming with dual processor. Now I am looking for Oracle Processor Based license as we are going to deploy our in-house built application (in D2K) there. I want to purchase processor-based license instead of per user base license keeping in view our possible future expansion. Due to my Server machine that has two processors, I have to purchase two Oracle 10g processor based licenses that cost us too much.
Can I use one processor-based license for my Server Machine? Kindly advise.

Thanks for response, actually we have recently purchased that Server machine and now a days every server machine is coming with dual processor. So, offcourse we have paid for that but in Oracle case, they are charging per CPU that is why it is becoming double cost for me.
Anyway I have no idea about it that is why im asking the legal issues over it if it is illigle then I have to go for per user licenses or licenses for two CPUs. Thanks
