TV shows care categorized by show. Can you do movies by genre or ?

I have downloaded the fan episodes of Star Trek New Voyages and Star Trek Hidden Voyages. Except for the video quality they play well in Front Row.
The problem is that there are a lot of episodes and they are listed under Movies and not TV Shows. I can't find any way to have the movies grouped be genre or anything else. Is that possible? If not, how do I made the fan created episodes of Star Trek show up under TV shows instead?

A simple solution is to sort your content into sub-folders within your movies folder. You can even use aliases to access content from anywhere else on your network.
The only issue is that they are all under "Movies" in Front Row. Works great though.
eg. I have
Movies > TV Shows > Prison Break > Season 2 > Episode 06
Movies > Movies > Sci-Fi > Enemy Mine
Movies > Home Movies > 2005 > Paris
You can really organise it any way you like, and use aliases to organise by genre.

Your iPad is physically out of storage space. Purchasing space in iCloud dosen't magically give your actual iPad more physical storage space.
You need to delete content off of your iPad.

The iphone and ipad must be connected to the same icloud account. Are you by chance using different IDs to connect from each device?

Can you watch movies you buy on the itouch?

I bought and downloaded a movie from itunes.It shows up on my itunes and i can watch it on the computer..but i want to watch it on my itouch.Can you watch movies you buy from itunes on the itouch..(i thought you could) but the movie wont sync to my itouch.It is set up to sync all movies.This is the first movie i have bought from itunes,,tho not new to ipods of itouch..but am having trouble with this.Thanks for any help

I got it working...for anyone who runs it to problems i`ll post what happened..may save you a headache..
What happened is...the movie never was fully downloaded.After checking things over and over. i checked downloads and sure enough there was still 10 mins of downloading.For some reason it didnt download the whole movie in one shot.Not sure if that is common..but now i know to check it.

Can you import movie videos from SD camera card

Can you import movie videos (MP4) into an Ipad from an SD camera card on a Lightning cable ... or can you only do this from a laptop via Itunes? In other words, is Itunes the only way to get non-Itune videos to the Ipad? Hope I havent made this sound confusing.

To import the videos must follow a very strict naming convention.
All file names must have 8 characters for a name and be located in a folder named DCIM
for example
DCIM
MOV_5789.mp4
You can't watch the videos off the cart, they must be imported into the iPad. They'll go into the camera roll, when you tap on them it'll open the video app and you can watch from there.

If you want to watch on your iPad screen, you don't even need airplay.
If you want to watch on a television screen, you need an AppleTV.
In both cases...
If the movies are purchased, there is no need for an Internet connection to the outside world. If they're rented, you need an Internet connection for the first minute or so that Apple knows that you're watching the movie. I do not know if a rented movie can be stopped and restarted without an Internet connection.

If i find a movie for buy in itunes ( from pc ) i can select the genre (action , comedy ..) for optimize the search. In mi ipad 2 i cannot do this , i can select genre for music , apps , etc but in movies i only see alphabetical order and older / news movies .

ok maybe you have to redownload the software. Don't worry your stuff will still be there. Put your in iphone on itunes and press the restore button. he wil back up your stuff and he will download another software. If the problem is still there then go to the apple retail store.

In the Finder? You probably have a sort selected in the Sort By submenu in the View menu. However, the order of icons in icon view won't have any influence on the order of the images in the slideshow, I think. Use iPhoto, this is one of the things it's made for, the Finder is not.

Can you stream purchased movies from Apple Time Machine to Apple TV?
I have both an Apple TV and an Apple Time Machine. Both great devices BUT my internet connection is not great and apparently, the telephone exchange needs to be upgraded in order for it to improve and right now, the phone company has no plans to upgrade the exchange . So, I've bought movies from Apple TV and have downloaded them (using Apple TV) and watched them. They seem to stay on Apple TV for a few days before they need to be downloaded again if I (actually my kids) want to watch the movie again. Problem is, it takes about 15 hours to download a regular movie due to the poor internet connection. My kids don't have that much patience. I know I can download a movie onto my Mac and stream it from there to Apple TV but that means I have to have the Mac available. Since I work at an office and take my MacBook to use at work, it isn't always there for the kids to get their daily Frozen hit. See the issue I face? Apple TV and Apple Tme Machine are great devices. Can they be used in conjunction with one another?

Time Machine is an application.
Time Capsule is hardware (what you have).
As suggested, you download them to iTunes and they will work fine on the AppleTV.

Yes but you need a computer running iTunes.

Can you add Movement to a Photoshop PSD?

I haven't tried it yet, but I was wondering if you add movement to a PSD (Transparency), with Keyframe Animation?
Let me explain:
I have some PSD's (Transparencies) of the inside of a WWII Landing Craft.
I'm going to place them (superimpose), them over some rough open water ocean footage, which makes for some interesting shots.
What would make it even more interesting is if I could ADD additional Effects to those PSD's creating the illusion that they too are ALSO moving - rocking back and forth - up and down.
(know what I mean?)
Keyframe may work - but personally I don't like some of the results from keyframe - they don't come out as smooth as when working with iMovie's Pans and Zooms, or with 'Photo to Movie' Pans and Zooms.
But this is all a mute point, because the idea here is to maintain the 'Transparency' with a PSD within FCE while trying to create movement. So I guess Keyframe may be my only choice?
