Twitter Favorites and Retweet number count/button missing

When I go into a tweet (any tweet not just mine) that has clearly been RTd by someone I follow or is from a big account like a news org that would certainly have both favs & RTs the button w/ the # count is invisible. I say invisible bc if I press in the area it should be it will turn grey and take me to the list of which ever one I manage to find. I just did the update to iOS 7.3 could it be that or is this a problem w the twitter app in general right now.
I did contact Twitter's help and have not heard back so I thought I'd try here. Many thanks.

I am having the exact same problem with my twitter feed. There is a space available for where the favorites and retweet count would show up but they are "invisible". If I tap where they should be then I am taken to a screen which lists all the people who have either favorited or retweeted the tweet. Not sure what is going on. Iphone 5s 7.0.4

Outlook Integration Tool - 'Send and Add to CRM' button missing

Hey Folks,
We have an interesting issue with the Outlook 2003 - SP3. On some of our machines the button 'Send and Add to CRM' does not appear with you hit 'New Email'. The tool is installed and the 'Add to CRM' button is there as expected.
If we install the tool (downloaded from an R16 environment) is still does not appear? Any ideas? Seems strange that some machines with the same version of Outlook have it and others don't?

I would also check to see if the OEI Add-In is present and selected within Outlook. You may need to reselect it. If it is already selected you may need to manually register (they need to be present) the OEI DLL Files:

Missing favorites and inbox folders - security?

I applied a custom access level for users on the root folder within the CMC, went to logon and test, however, the users favorites and inbox folders are now missing.
I went to return the security by removing the custome access level, however, remove is not an option at the root level and when I try to change the everyone access to full control (which is supposed tom be the default) still no change, uses cannot see their favorites or inbox.
Please help?

We are on XI R2 platform. I went into the CMC as Admin, but cant find Favorites folder.
Actually this Favorites folder is not a public folder, this is the personal one each user gets when their profile is created.
But for one particular user this happens to be missing while the "Inbox" is available. Not sure why??

My toolbar is missing and there is a button where it used to be that says "Please re-install the Toolbar" but when I click on it nothing happens? Also when I start Firefox I get a script running error how do I solve these issues?

what version of iPHoto do you have? Of the OS? is the iPhoto icon you are speaking of in the Dock?

Somehow my "IPhoto" icon now says "Preview". When I click on "Preview" nothing opens up except the bar says Preview. When I click on the Preview on the bar, a box opens up with different items, except when I click on any of them, there is nothing there. The only thing that work is the "quit preview". However, it is still there where my IPhoto icon should be. I can't get into my IPhoto. How do I get rid of this "Preview" and how did it end up taking over the IPhoto icon???

What's wrong with the built-in keyboard on my macbook? The caps button does not work rite, no matter what letter button i push they all come out capitals and the number keys when pushed display the special characters instead of the numbers!

It seems it somehow got relocated to the "0" button because if you push and hold the zero button down the keyboard seems to operate normally, the number keys display numbers when pushed the letter keys display lower case when pushed but release the zero button and your back in the twilight zone!! Can anybody help me resolve this issue? one more thing im using an external usb keyboard right now and it seems to function properly if that helps any.

If you scroll the list to the bottom, there might be a count. I haven't figured out why you sometimes get a count and other times you don't.

Missing Bcc: functionality in Tiger Mail--and worse: no Bcc: button!

Pre-Tiger, if you wanted to include a bunch of Bcc: addresses from your Address Book within Mail you could double-click each one from the mini Address Book window IF YOU HAVE THE CURSOR in the Bcc: field.
Even worse is that since Mail's inception in 10.0x, only To: and Cc: appeared as buttons! Conspicuously absent: a Bcc: button!
With ever-increasing spam, and privacy needs, anyone who sends to groups of people who may not know each other in the To: field is committing a terrible breach of privacy (exception: friends & family, etc.). Hopefully, one or more of those recipients would have have taught the "offender" how to use Bcc:.
Anyway, I was on the phone with Tech Support from Apple and they are finally "on the case." Level II and III techs actually had to fiddle with Jaguar and Tiger Mail to reproduce my problems, which is amazing that nobody [here] has escalated the issue very far. Their database was devoid of these problems!
Let's hope a Mail update is on the way shortly! We shouldn't have to wait for 10.4.5 for such an easy fix (the Bbcc: button at least).

If you have a problem, think about it. There is a wonderful little menu item on almost all applications called "Help". I have found it gives me the answer to about 99% of my problems. Mail "Help" provides the answer to your problem:
"To send email to more than one recipient, type the addresses, separated by commas, in the To or Cc (carbon copy) fields.
To send someone a copy without other recipients knowing, type the person's address in the Bcc (blind carbon copy) field. (If the Bcc header is not showing in your email message, choose View > Bcc Address Field.)
To have the Bcc or Cc header appear in all emails you send, open a new message window, choose Customize from the Action pop-up menu in the lower-left corner of the address area. Select the checkbox next to the items you want to appear in your new message headers.
To send to a group of people, create a group address in Address Book, then use the group address in your email instead of the individual addresses. See Address Book Help for more information on creating a group.
If you want your recipients to reply to a different address from the one you are using to send the email, choose View > Reply-To Address Field, then add the address."

Favorites and Contacts Missing from Phone App

When I go into the Phone App on my Iphone 6 I only see Recents, Keypad and Voicemail at the bottom. I used to see Favorites, Recents, Contacts, Keypad and Voicemail. Favorites and Contacts are missing.
I still have the regular Contacts app and can see my contacts are in there so the issue is just related to the phone app.

If the reset does not cure the issue, check Settings > General > Usage and make sure your available storage is at least 15% or so of your total storage.

I have not been able to get to the Firefox Sync setup page. I can't find the right Firefox button to push. A number of buttons and Can't see "Set Up Sync"

I have tried every Firefox home page and web page I can find and there is no button that gets me to the "Set Up Sync" page. Please help me. I just want to set up the Sync page on a number of computers I own.

I want pull-down menus of 'action', 'edit', 'query', 'block','record', 'field', 'window' and 'help' to display.

If a Friends and Family number is set to forward calls, does it count as a Friends and Family call?

I just want to make sure this is correct and that I'm not misinterpreting what I'm seeing on my call summary (I just started doing this, so haven't gotten an actual bill yet).
I have a non-Verizon Friends and Family number that I set up to forward to my Verizon cell phone.
The on-line call summary list is showing these as coming from the originating number.
I thought that since the number is actually going to my Friends and Family number, and then being forwarded from there, that it would show up as a Friends and Family call, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
If anyone could verify how calls going to a Friends and Family number and then being forwarded to a Verizon phone should be categorized, I would appreciate it.

In Support Message T-Code Details and Screen Number details missing

We have configured Service Desk in our landscape. When any message is raised through Service Desk we can track the message through CRM_DNO_MONITOR but when we double click the message to see the message details we go to Transaction Tab but here in the Overview Tab we could not see the details regarding Transaction Code details and Screen Number Details for the Support Message.
Kindly help in the case.

One thing I have had trouble with is the authorizations for the user in the RFC destination in BCOS_CUST of your satellite system; give that user SAP_ALL temporarily in your SolMan system and try to send again. Also, just to be sure make sure the user on the satellite system creating the ticket as SAP_ALL on that system. Then of course remove SAP_ALL.
I still strongly recommend biting the bullet and installing 7.1 now if you are just starting to use Service Desk. Good luck,
