Two (2) Workitems received instead of only One (1)

Hi All,
I was able to successfully set up the PM workflow in the system. However, the approver reported that he received 2 workitems with the same content.
I tried to look at the workflow log in SWi1. The only unusual thing I saw there was that the Persistence Profile of the workitem contains a value of '2'. The other workitems that are error-free have no value for the Persistence Profile column.
Could this be the reason why the workitems are sent twice into the approver's workflow inbox? If it is, then how could I control the workflow to send the workitem only once and not twice?

The reason of coming twice workflow is of course event is getting triggered twice but also bad workflow design, I would suggest you to write down check FM for that, Inside the check FM you need to make sure that for the given key field there is only one instance is active.
You have to take help of workflow tables SWWWIHEAD for workflow tables and transparent table of your business object.
Check FM can be enetered using SWE2/SWETYPV.

You have to follow the process outlined here to recover contacts from an iCloud backup: Recovering deleted iCloud contacts from an iCloud backup.. Otherwise, as you have noticed, the recovered contacts are overwritten when your device reconnects to iCloud.

Virtual IPs in a zone (two interfaces in a zone, but only one real NIC)

I would like to give Solaris10 zones a try for our project development, where I need to simulate a network of computers:
C1 <----> C2I1 C2I2 <---> C3
i.e. machines C1 and C3 does have one NIC and machine C1 does have two NICs connected to C1 and C3. On C2 there will be running our testing application firewall software, hence this configuration.
Now the question is: I have amd64/solaris10 box with only one NIC available. Is it possible to use some kind of virtual network device (like dummy0 in linux) in solaris to simulate a needed interface? Or is it simply possible to configure one zone (C2) with two independed IPs bound to one NIC?
In my example zones will simulate all three: C1, C2 and C3 machines and the issue come from C2 zone configuration.

an instance number to the physical interface. So if
the interface is hme0, a virtual interface could be
hme0:1.
If you're using zones, then you just need to
configure a new IP address and the physical interface

Two SSL Certificates when there is only one

I am getting my server set up with third party authentication. Everything is checking out except that when I do a check, my server is reporting two certificates that are completely identical. However, there is only one in the certificates section and only one in the keychain. I am lost as to why it is responding with two certificates. Because of this, my third party SSL certifier is stating I am improperly configured.

OS X Server will create a self-signed certificate on initial setup. For example, let's say your server is mini.cpnea.com. A self-signed cert will be created on initial server setup. Then you purchase one with the same host name, mini.cpnea.com. Once you install it, the server has two, the self-signed and the 3rd party trusted one. To get rid of the self signed, follow these steps.
1. Launch Server.app
2: Select Certificates from the sidebar
3: Reveal the popup "Secure services using" and select your purchased cert (the icon should be blue as self signed are brown).
4: This will release the self-signed from being in use
5: Click on the Gear button and choose Show all Certificates
6: Select the self-signed (brown) certification and then press the - button to delete it.
That should do it.

Receiving emails in only one folder(personal) intead of all three (favorite,personal,archive)

I just installed Outlook 2013 and am frustrated with the send/ receive feature. it receives the same email into the 3 folders instead of just one as the old outlooks did. how do I change that?

Are the three folders (favorite, personal, archive) custom folders you created under your Inbox? If so, please first check if you have set any rules to copy the emails.
Besides, you can try to create a new mail profile in Control Panel and reconfigure your email account in the new mail profile to check if this issue continues. To do this, please refer to the link below:

Two events getting trigered even though only one is being raised !

I am creating a workflow for TRIP approval. In Start events I have added following two events :
1. CREATED
2. CHANGED
Whenever a trip gets created or changed both the events get triggered thus two workflows start.
I can customize my workflow for only one event but the issue is why two events are getting triggered ?

not dealt with TRIP object,
but the CHANGED event, is it created by you thru SWEC?
If yes, check if the entry has OnChange and not Create.

One Apple ID, two phones, diff amts of storage (only ONE user)

Sorry for getting shout-y, but all the 2 device/1 account questions I'm reading involve how to manage/share/hide between two users and that isn't my issue.
I have an iPhone 4. I recently got an iPhone 5. The 4 has 32g of space, the 5 only 16. I'm an app junkie. I don't use iCloud (and would prefer not to if possible), don't use photostream (at the moment). I always sync by cable, directly to my computer.
I couldn't pass up the 5 since I got it for a great price, but the lack of storage is an issue for me until I get my storage/charging case in a few months. My plan is to use the 5 as my "phone" and keep on it the apps I use most often. The 4 will have everything I use, including the memory-hoarding games and podcasts and music. Plus as I come across more apps/games I can dl them to the 4, try them out, and then if I decide to keep them, load them onto the 5. My IP/SIM is going to be transferred to the 5, the 4 will be wifi-only.
I just synced the 4 and updated/backed it up. I am currently syncing the 5 to the same Apple ID on the same computer/iTunes account. I have already gotten the warning that there is not enough room to install all the apps, which I expected. My 4 is 1 G short of being full.
These are my questions:
- will I be able to get my iMessages on both? (I assume yes to the 4, when in wifi)
- if I was to turn on photostream, is there some way to be able to have pics/videos I take easily transferred between the two phones? Since one has more storage, if I could send stuff to the 4 until I get a chance to sync/backup, then delete it from the 5 to save space, that would be cool. (Also handy if I need a pic on the other unit which isn't with me).
- what happens when I sync? Besides the two phones having different content, one has half the memory of the other. I'm worried that each time I sync it will overwrite with the other phone's content, etc.
For that last one- I have debated transferring my Apple ID to the 5, and once everything is set up properly, creating a new Apple ID for the 4, and then putting all my **** on there. That way I can sync each one without cross-contaminating each backup. But I really like the idea of being able to go into the app store and just pulling in whichever apps I already bought on whichever phone without having to log in/out.
Which is the better way to do this?

Also, I'd prefer to keep the same ID on both so I will keep access to my calendar/contacts/etc on both devices. Would I be able to share reminders and voice memos and the like as well? And how often would they update each other? If I edit a contact on the 5, and the 4 is in wifi, assuming they're both on my same ID, will the contact update on the 4?

I can't receive emails from only one sender

In last month I have not been able to receive emails from one sender...in my address book.

So just one person can't send you an email but everyone else sends to you and you get them? Then perhaps that sender isn't sending to your correct email address.

Today started Thunderbird and nothing newer was added (except the same email dated 12/16). When I click Get Messages - I get another copy of the 12/16 message. I can see newer messages via my server (comcast.net). I am running another account on another computer with TB program without problem. HELP!

Can two ipods share music even if only one has it?

i just got an ipod video for christmas. i originally had an ipod mini. i went to my friends house and got a couple songs on my mini a while back. my computer is authorized with account as well as with mine. i know that i have to go to the one that purchased it, but is there a way that i can plug my mini and my video in and then drag the song from one to another? thanks

No. iTunes doesn't support this for obvious reasons. Your best option is to transfer the files from machine to machine using flash drive, CDs, DVDs, or hard drive.

Why won't my iPhone 4 receive pictures from only one person?

You can enable separate servers for authentication/authorization, and use separate servers for accounting.
However that is the way the protocol was designed there isn't a clear explanation what drove that decision.

Two laptops in the same place - only one connects to a wireless network

I share a room with the guy I'm working with, and his computer (older MB) easily connects to the wireless connection for a fast connection. He has full bars on the Airport icon. My older MBP took several tries to even connect to the wireless network and it doesn't get many bars. It is very slow. Is there any fix to this problem?

Have you run the network or router Diagnostic test for example? Check your network and router settings?
