Two Apple IDs Why can't you fix this?

Why can't you fix the problem for those of us who ended up with multiple Apple IDs and permit us to merge just once? I understand that IDs are tied to software updates but surely you chave the capability tod o this?

These are user-to-user forums, they are not monitored by Apple (there are too many forums/threads/messages for that to happen). Thanks a million for your input. I really appreciate it. I found the fix though in the troubleshooting section in the book I purchased from Dr. Smoke from the Forums. It's his X Lab for Tiger book. Dr. Smoke is THE BOMB! :~D I have to thank him again for his guru abilities!
There was a plugin that was afoul. The Xerox Accounting plugin was causing my print option not to respond along with the other buttons in the print window. I removed it from the plugin folder and now I can print. I'm glad that's all it was.

Can't merge two apple IDs and can't download purchases from both onto the same iMac

Some time ago I discovered that I had inadvertently created two apple IDs. One that I had used many years ago as a student and then the other I created when I bought my first iPhone. These days I only use the newer account I created however I still own a few songs which were purchased on the older account back when I was a student. SO recently I logged into the older account to get those old songs that I'd purchased and download them onto my work iMac - GREAT! ...Right up until I wanted to now download some newer songs I'd recently purchased directly onto my iPhone using the new account - UH-OH! NOPE! I'm not allowed to download those songs for 90 days! Are you frickin kidding me?! They're both MY accounts! They're both linked to me - use the same details, same address, same credit card, same everything else!!! But apple won't let me download songs that I now own for 3 months onto my iMac because I happen to have two accounts. This is insanely ridiculous! I would happilly merge the two accounts if it was possible but of course there is no way to do this either. I understand that the intention is to stop people from sharing songs by linking to a friends apple ID and downloading their songs, however I am in no way trying to do this. I just want to have access to all the songs that I own on all my machines. I want to listen to songs that I have legitimately purchased on my work machine as well as on my iPhone, my iPad and my home iMac. Surely this is not too much to ask? C'mon apple!! Can't you find a way to either link/merge my two accounts or to verify that they both belong to the same person so I don't run into this problem? I don't think I should have to wait 3 months to get access to songs I have purchased!

No, Apple does not allow to merge AppleIDs. You can just stop using one of them.

Forget the Store.
In my iTunes Library there are some songs I purchased (with ID2) along with those from ID1. There are a few songs with a "!" in the first column on the left of my songs listing. When I click on those songs I get a message which says "can't play this song as itunes cannot locate the file, then it gives me the option to locate it. Once I take that option I am in finder but cannot find the song. it is not in the location other "playable songs" are.
somewhere in frogging around i did see a location that looked something like //file/xxxxx/xxxx/user/etc. but I cannot find this location. somehow a few songs from a specific download have been sent to this eroneous location which itunes cannot find. I want to get them moved to where itunes can find and play them.
I can later deal with ordering music with two different IDs.

CC Bridge encountered a problem, why can't i fix this?

Opening bridge brings up
Trying to purge the cache in preferences makes Bridge lock up, it shows "Building criteria..", is totaly unresponsive to any klick commands, and can only be shut down in Task Manager.
Ever time I open bridge, it opens the last folder I encountered the problem with, and I have not found a way to fix this yet.
I can't get into the application folder where the cache resides, because Windows 7 has a default tendency to lock you out of certen places in the operating system.
Please has anyone an answer on how to fix this.

I am just grasping for straws, to get to the bottom of this. Right now CC Bridge is useless, because I never know when cache can't be accessed and freezes the whole operation.

As for Cache, if you double check you have deleted the cache file manually and followed other remarks Curt made you should be able to run a Bridge CC with a clean cache file. Also double check for hidden cache files in your folders (menu view / show hidden files) and look for Bridge CacheT files. They can be conflicting and are the result of the setting to write cache to folders when possible. A setting that did more harm then providing productivity to my opinion...

Note that the Exchange ActiveSync protocol does not permit saving drafts created on the iOS device back to the drafts folder on the Microsoft Exchange Server.
How is this an Apple problem? It seems abundantly clear that it's a shortcoming of Exchange ActiveSync, which is a Microsoft product.

Video playback slacks, why can't i fix this?

Premiere CS6 pro, once a video is in it and pressed play it plays for about 2 seconds and then just lags out while the audio will still play fine the whole way through. I downloaded quicktime player, no hope, i upgraded to quicktime player pro, still nothing.
Here's my specs of my laptop
HP notebook G56 6.1.7600 build 7600
My harddrive has 158GB free of 281GB
AMD V140 processor, 2300 Mhz 1core(s), 1 logical processor.
Graphics card, ATI mobility radeon HD 4200 series
I've changed all graphics settings all the way to lower quality, better performance still no help.
My memory on preferences says i have 2.7GB of installed ram, it won't let me remove any more than the 0.8GB of ram reserved for other applications leaving only 2GB for premiere pro, now is there a fix for this before i go out and waste money i don't have on more ram?
I also updated the adobe programs i have with absolutely no success?
Any help will be much appreciated

The specs say you should have a more powerful multi-core CPU, and more RAM.
You only have a single core for processing, while an Intel Core2 Duo or AMD Phenom® II processor, or better, is recommended at the minimum.
4GB of RAM is recommended at the minimum, and you have only 2GB.
I would first suspect that your underpowered computer system is at the heart of your issues. Without enough RAM, you're starving your processing power. If you don't meet even the basic system requirements for your computer, I would not expect Premiere Pro to behave normally for video editing. It's great that it works with other video duties, like playing back online videos and game playing. Video editing is definitely more demanding than these other things.
Other people might have a different problem related to Mercury Playback Engine issues, but yours appears to be hardware related.
This all being said, you do seem to meet the minimum system requirements for Premiere Elements. Here are the specs for that: http://www.adobe.com/products/premiere-elements/tech-specs.html

Actually, everyone missed one point, when a device is priced, the cost of icloud storage space for that device is also included in it that is why they are able to give you 5gb each for each user ID, in nutshell there is nothing free coming with apple device purchase, it is paid for. What they are trying by giving only 5gb per user ID irrespective of the number of devices used is pure broadlight looting, they take money from you when you buy each device and give you nothing, This is a case of goods and services bought but not fully deliverd ie apple can be suied for discreminatory treatment towards it's users. I wonder why no one tried this yet in America where everyone sue everyone for petty things..... there is no one to take up this issue? . if tim got any love for the guys who shell out money for the devices his company makes, he should be implimenting this as priority before someone wake up from sleep and sue him.

It depends on what you want to do.
You could, for example, have one AppleID for iCloud backup [and therefore message syncing, notes syncing, etc] and a second one for iTunes [music, iBooks, etc].
But if you are looking for a way to flip everything between different appleIDs, then no.

No, in this case the 2 user accounts with its own Apple IDs would be completely seperated.
If you want to share this things like music and app purchases you will have to to something else.
1. Create two user accounts on your Mac (user A and user B).
2. Create two iCloud accounts just for Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Photos, etc. (one for user A and one for user B):
On your Mac (with Mac OS X Lion or Mountan Lion):
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > iCloud > Create an Apple ID (button in left corner)
On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch (iOS 5 or later):
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account > iCloud > Get a free @me.com address and create a new Apple ID
3. It is not recommended because you shouldn't share your Apple ID account information with other people but you could set up your old Apple ID as an account just for store purchases (Apps, Music, ...) so that everyone of you can manage the purchases in their own library (Access is limited to 10 devices). Therefore you have to setup this "old" ID in Settings of your iOS devices (Settings > iTunes & App Store) and in iTunes on your Mac.
