Two calendars stuck in one

I downloaded the "Phases of the Moon" calendar for my ical and its intermingled with my personal calendar. How can i remove this?

It would be a good idea to export your calendar first in case of problems ...
Type Moon in the search box (top right of iCal's window); all the moon events will be listed in the result panel at the bottom. Select them all and press delete.

OK, here is my problem. I can access two calendars with iCal (one is on Google Calendar and the other one is on a Microsoft Exchange 2007 server) how can I synchronize them the best? I want to keep both in their original place, but I also want things to show up in both.

It seems to me that you have correctly determined that it makes sense to only publish an identical calendar from one of the computers.
After appropriately backing up your calendars, you might want to consider Resetting .Mac Sync. It appears as if both of your computers are using 10.4.6, but just in case..."If you sync between computers with different versions of Mac OS X, try to reset the sync data from the computer with Mac OS X 10.4, if possible."
Make sure that "Synchronize my calendars with other computers using .Mac is checked in the General Preference of the iMac.

Calendar help: how do I get One event to show up on two calendars? For example I want to enter vacation only once but I wanted to show up on the calendar that I share with my husband and the calendar I have with my assistant.

The signature should show up with each account. Usually the complaint is not having an option for multiple signatures or not being able to have a different signature for each account.

Two Calendars - One not showing up in Outlook

Just got a curve - first time blackberry user... I get my email through BIS but synchronize my calendar, tasks and address book through the BB Desktop software. During initial setup of my phone, it seems that two calendars were created in my BB - one associated with my Outlook calendar and one associated with my yahoo account. For a few weeks, all of the appointments associated with both calendars were showing up in my Outlook calendar - so, I never noticed that some of the appointments somehow were associated with my yahoo calendar. During my last synch, over 200 appointments that were showing up in Outlook got deleted from my outlook calendar and now only show up on my BB if I view the yahoo calendar or make the setting to view both. Problem is, all of those appointments were business appointments and are now not showing up in my work Outlook calendar. Is there any way to get the appointments on my BB associated with my Yahoo calendar back onto my Outlook calendar? Help!

Outlook caches the GAL entries, so you might need to download (refresh) your address book. In Outlook 2002, this is done by:
Tools -> Send/Recieve -> Download Address Book.
Depending on your settings, Outlook may get a new address book every time it starts up. This can be configured by:
Tools -> Options -> 0racle Connector -> Calendar:
check "Automatically refresh the GAL when working online".

Syncing one (not two) calendars to Palm

I have two calendars in iCal. One for myself and one for my wife. I only want to sync mine to my Palm, but both seem to merge onto my Palm with a normal hotsync.

If you are using iSync, simply press the Palm icon in the main window to drop down a configuration pane for your device. In that pane, you can choose only the calendar you want to synchronize from the scrollable list in the Calendars section.

Two calendars on iPhone but only one in Outlook

I used to have a single calendar both on my iPhone 3G (3.0) and Outlook 2003 until I had to restore my Windows Operating system with an image I created a year ago.
Now I have two calendars both named "Calendar" on my iPhone and unly one "Calendar" on Outlook.
I have followed every instruction I found on web but couldn't get rid of the extra calendar in my phone.
Any idea ?

Two Calendars on One Mailbox

I have discovered a user who has two calendars on their mailbox. When viewed through Get-mailboxfolderstatistics, the second calendar appears as a subfolder of her main calendar. So the mailbox has a ":\Calendar" folder and a ":\Calendar\Sales"
folder. Both of these appear in Outlook as a fully functioning calendars for her.
The second calendar is shared with another person. When attempting to modify the permissions from Outlook, the owner of the mailbox gets an error stating "Some permissions cannot
be displayed. Permission information for this folder could not be accessed." The entire Permissions tab is blank and grayed out.
I am able to view and modify the permissions using Powershell cmdlets. This is fine for the person who already had this calendar appearing in their Outlook. However, if I grant permission to this calendar for myself, I am unable to add it through the "open
calendar" button in Outlook. Even if I grant myself permissions to the top level Calendar, I can only add that one, not the Sales calendar.
This system was migrated from an on-premise Exchange 2003 system before I got involved, so I'm not sure how or when this second folder was created. Is there a way to fix this so that the user can set permissions to this calendar, and so that it can be added
in Outlook or viewed by others? Or is there no supported method for having two calendars on one mailbox?

ICal sync between two people if only one person has a .Mac account

Is there a way for two people to sync/edit iCal calendars if only one person has a .Mac account? I'd only want to selectively share/sync part of my iCal calendar and not the entire iCal calendar.
Any ideas?

I am trying at the moment with fingers crossed.
One has Leopard the other Tiger. I hope it works.
Oh I turned on airplane mode and disconnected from the internet just to be sure sync doesn't get stuck.
Asked me to resolve 6 conflicts.. that's a good sign. It is taking a long time though. I hope it won't take so long every time I go from one computer to another. Otherwise it is easier to pass the files via iChat.
The file for address book is addressbook data in library/applicationsupport/address book
for iCal I make an export VCal file and then on the other computer delete the calendar and import the new one.
On the computer with Music I set it to manage manually.
OK I think I will have to do it like that because this took forever then it said it would have to modify 836 entries on my calendar for what was almost the same file.
The photo sync is annoying but I just turn off iPhoto when it asks to find my library (or you can make another program be the default program when you attach a camera and that program will come on then you can just quit it). I find the auto photo sync annoying as it takes so long and I would rather do that manually.

1. Create two user accounts on your Mac (user A and user B).
2. Create two iCloud accounts just for Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Photos, etc. (one for user A and one for user B):
On your Mac (with Mac OS X Lion or Mountan Lion):
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > iCloud > Create an Apple ID (button in left corner)
On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch (iOS 5 or later):
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account > iCloud > Get a free @me.com address and create a new Apple ID

It is not recommended because you shouldn't share your Apple ID account information with other people but you could set up your old Apple ID as an account just for store purchases (Apps, Music, ...) so that everyone of you can manage the purchases in their own library (Access is limited to 10 devices). I have two google mail accounts, one is work, one is home. I prefer to keep things separate. On my iPad, formerly had no problem checking each account. Now when I log into either account, my poor iPad acts like its spinning its head.

I have two google email accounts - one is personal, the other professional. I like them being separate. Until a few days ago, my ipad could pull up either account I needed at the time. Now, though, when I try to pull up either account after signing in, the line above the blue line (sorry I'm new to this and don't know the terms) switches rapidly between the two account names and nothing appears below where the mail should be. Hello All,
To anyone with the same problem described above, on THEIR iPad (if it is running iOS 7.0.2):
Go to Settings; Mail, Contacts, Calendars; DELETE your *******@btinternet.com e-mail account, that you originally set up either using 'Other', or the 'BT' option which I am sure was in the list previous to the iOS 7 update.
Then ADD a NEW account choosing YAHOO from the list of options. DO NOT USE 'OTHER'.
Enter the correct details just as you (almost certainly) had already done in your previous attempts using 'other'.
When you see the 'verifying......' and 'the blue ticks' you should be able to exit settings and open your mail app and then receive all your 'old' e-mails again, AND be able to SEND as well.
All my 'old' e-mails, were NOT found in the 'old e-mail' folder though. THEY are still in my inbox.
So this fix worked for me.
After I deleted my account from 'OTHER' and put it in Yahoo, I like other people also ended up with more folders.
I hope this works for you on YOUR Apple devices.

Any calendar app that can display two calendars per day side by side?

Is there any app that can display two calendars (data sync with iCloud Calendars) side by side? e.g. one calendar for planning and the other for actual / diary.

Calendar can have two or more calendars calendars listed at the same time.
Each can be a different color for identifidation.
The first screenshot shows that the Medical and Joint calendars are shared calendars.
