Two Creative Cloud membership  on one Adobe ID?

I've been paying for two Creative Cloud memberships on one Adone ID, thinking this is what I needed to be able to use the products on 4 different computers. I finally got around to trying to install the software on a 3rd computer and it wouldn't let me. I see there is a post about two memberships on a single ID not being the correct way to do it. I've had the two memberships for a few years now (since Dec 19, 2011), is a refund possible?

  • Need assistance merging two Creative Cloud Memberships

    I recently purchased a Creative Cloud membership with my work Credit Card in January 2014. I signed up to be billed monthly because I was waiting on Accounting to approve the volume license we would be purchasing for my entire Creative team in February. On Feb 2nd 2014 Accounting purchased that Volume licensing via Insight Public sector. ( I have the invoice if needed) when this was purchased it did not replace my current CC license but added an additional CC license to my Adobe ID.I was told to cotnact Adobe to have this corrected. I have been trying to get this fixed but am unable to get through on the phones or on chat. The reps on chat keep insisting I have to pay a cancellaton fee. I should not have to pay a cancellation fee since i have paid for my license IN FULL via a volume team subscription for myself and 5 others. I have no need for 2 CC licenses under the same Adobe ID. Our contact at Insight Public Sector has also confirmed that I should not be charged a cancellation fee and wants to see someting in writing stating otherwise so we can clear this up.

    You have two subscriptions under the same Adobe ID. Both are active. You can get the CC purchase in 2014 cancelled & the charges of February 2015 (if charged) also refunded.

    I have had a private, educational membership (that I pay for yet my institution reimburses each month) on my university owned office computer (mac). We have recently purchased a number of CC licenses for our lab, one of which will be dedicated my office computer and so I no longer have my credit card billed each month.
    What's the best way to switch that over??

  • Multiple Copies of Creative Cloud tied to one Adobe ID?

    We have a small design studio with 6 copies of CS5 Design Premium installed on our designer's workstations.  What's the best way to move to Creative Cloud.  For record-keeping purposes, we'd prefer not to have to create individual Adobe IDs for each designer.  Is there any alternative?

    Adobe is preparing a Team Ready offering which will be exactly this. You can currently purchase a TLP volume license to Master Collection CS6 with the ability to transition to Team Ready once available (later in 2012).

  • Do I need a Creative Cloud membership to have Premiere Elements?

    Everytime I download the application Manager that is required to run Premiere Elements 13, it gets updated to Creative Cloud. To have stuff installed to Cloud, I must have a membership. I bought Elements from Amazon and have had nothing but problems with it.

    I am not seeing that you need Creative Cloud Membership. The Adobe Application Manager, you would need that. The Creative Cloud Membership, you would not need that.
    Where are your run ins with the Adobe Application Manager - when you do uninstall reinstall as part of a troubleshooting plan?
    What kind of Premiere Elements 13 problems are you having? Have you updated 13 to 13.1 using an opened project's Help Menu/Update?
    If not, please do so.
    Depending on the details of your problems, you might consider downloading installation files for the tryout of Premiere Elements 13 from
    the following web site and then inserting your purchased serial number into them during installation of them.

    PS is part of the photography plan, so your single app plan is redundant.

    You can have functional installations on two machines.  The machines have to meet the system requirements for the software.

    you can install and use on up to two computers at any one time with your single-user license so you need not sign out from your old computer's cc app.

    You have 3 CC under same Adobe ID out of which one purchased on has expired, you are getting notification due to this.

    The other two are active, however it is advisable to have one CC under one Adobe ID.

    One Adobe ID can be used to activate any CC subscription twice. So you need to have three  different Adobe ID for each of the pre paid subscription so that they can be used.
    If you keep the same ID for three CC, it will not activate the third time & ask you to de activate it from the previous one.
    You can return two of the subscription & buy them under different ID.

  • How do I enter CS6 license key when Adobe Application Manager immediately tries to authenticate against my expired Creative Cloud membership?

    I have CS6 Master Suite installed along side my now-expired Creative Cloud apps (I am evaluating whether to renew my subscription at this time). Both CS6 and Creative Cloud are currently unlicensed due to a snafu with my educational license, but I have a new CS6 license that I am trying to register CS6 with. However, upon launching any CS6 program, Adobe Application Manager then launches and tells me that my Creative Cloud membership is now expired. How/where to I enter my CS6 license key? I have already tried entering my new license on my Adobe account profile > “My products and services”, and reinstalled CS6 applications from my original disk image (MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.dmg).

    Figured this one out from another thread, after which I was able to sign in again with my Adobe ID and my software was ready to use:
    Windows:
    Delete these folders
    SLStore from C:\ProgramData\Adobe
    SLCache from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
    OOBE from C:\Users\(Your Username)\AppData\Local\Adobe
    Mac:
    Delete SLStore and SLCache from /Library/Application Support/Adobe
    Delete OOBE from ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

    I am having extreme difficulty in trying to build a website applicable to the 5 websites offered within Adobe Creative Cloud Membership? I have been told by Adobe Support options that Creative Cloud Membership does not offer hosting for any websites despite what I read of the 5 websites being offered in the Adobe Creative Cloud Membership? I have a year memership and when I call support no one so far can answer me on how to utilize these 5 websites hosting. No one knows anything about these 5 websites offered in the ad! I ask if I use any specific product as maybe Muse and I am being told that any specific adobe product CS6 that I have installed through my Adobe Creative Cloud membership has therir own individual support offered not through Adobe Creative Cloud membership anyway? I am very aggravated after being disconnected with assorted support members over the phone. I don't even suppose what I am talking about? Correct? Anyway, I find I cannot get an honest answer to my problem after all. Is this the place I might find conscientious help and understanding with my Adobe created dillema? Please reply as I am a very nice guy that has patience in learning what my Adobe Creative Cloud really offers now after being sold on it for a year?

    Frankly Adobe Support is some of the worst support I have ever seen. They do have a few shining stars and some do have good experiences. (I have had good and bad) and I will add Business Catalyst Support is top notch and is also separate from regular Adobe Support.

    I just tried to push my FIRST "free" Creative Cloud site live and got the message "Your Adobe Creative Cloud Membership has reached its limit for hosted sites. To push this site live you will need to purchase an additional hosting plan." I thought CC membership was supposed to give you 5 free hosted web basics sites?
    I am a premium BC partner and so far have my partner site and a paid Webcommerce site . In addition to the site I'm trying to put live I have 2 other trial sites (think they are designated as WebMarketing sites) of which one is expired. So where does the limit come in as this is so far my only WebBasics site?
    Please help as I need this live urgently (without additional expense).
