Two days ago my Safari was updated to 6.0 and now it won't open. Heasder says, "Safari quit unexpectedly." Reinstalling OSX10 twice and then updating did not help. Apple support is unable to help.
Open console in Applications>Utilities, check the system log for the date/time of the last Safari crash for clues.
Or just have Console open when you try to open Safari.

Click the Apple () menu top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac.

i tried to download the update to iTunes as prompted by my computer (macbook) now iTunes is completely m.i.a. it certainly won't open with the icon. anybody?

If Microsoft Word is not in the list, click the "Browse" button and then navigate to the folder containing Word.exe. Last night when I turned my Itunes on it asked me to update. There was Itunes and Icloud update so I clicked update as usual etc.
Halfway through an error message came up as follows:-

You click OK to this message and then another message comes up which says:-

So can anyone help me with this.

Thank you for the question. Try uninstalling all components of iTunes in the order specified of the article below. Once this is done attempt to install iTunes again.

I suspect you have a 2G iPod. Those can only go to iOS 4.2.1.

Try troubleshooting extensions and third party plugins.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test. If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.
If it's not an extensions issue, try troubleshooting third party plug-ins.
Back to Safari > Preferences. This time select the Security tab. Deselect: Allow all other plug-ins. Quit and relaunch Safari to test.

hi my name is Aditya. i am using ipad 2. 2 days ago my ipad fall down from my hand and now its screen is not working it is totally blank but shocking thing is that when i take a screen shot the display came back for 2-3 second. dose ne 1 have same problem....?

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
