Two different spanish languages?

Hi,
I've installed Oracle Portal 10g and i've selected English and Spanish as Supported Languages.
But Spanish is installed together with Latin American Spanish, and they are installed as DIFFERENT languages.
The problem is that the content contributors of my portal have different regional configurations in their computers. Some have Spanish, other Spanish(Chile), and other have Spanish(Argentina), Mexico, etc.
When they have a defined territory (country) they publish content in LatinAmerican Spanish.
When they do not have a territory they publish content in Spanish.
And, you know, content in a language is not displayed when another language is selected (and spanish is different from latin american spanish)
How can I force the users to use one of the spanish languages regardless of the browser configuration?
If anyone know how can I do this, please tell me how ... is urgent.

the Catalan locale will be added to the forthcoming IGS 7.00 patch, see note 1105634.
If you use IGS 6.40 you have to install patch 20.

I have a requirement that one my end user wants to login to applications using base language and also in installed language at the same time. but the problem is after logging in for the installed language the first login is which was in english is also changing back to installed language.
I have one thought of using two different browsers, but can i do it using a single browser.

The problem is not in opening multiple form sessions. But the main problem is as soon i login from another internet explorer session with another language. The first login page also changes back to last login language.
Steps.
1. Login to Applications in english: [Forms are not used yet]
2. Open another windows explorer session. Change language to ARABIC and login. Successful [Forms are not used yet]
3. Refresh the login done of step1. Now step1 login page also changes back to ARABIC.
One thing just now i tried is to open one session using IE, and another one using FireFox. This seems to be working fine.

Why does my Finder have two different languages in the Menu?

My Finder seems to be showing two different languages? Most of the menu items, like File, Edit, View, Go and Help are all in English (my preferred language under System Pref, International, Language). However, i am not exactly sure when (or what i did), but some of the menu items under Finder (Shutdown, Sleep, Restart etc.) and under Window (all of the menu items) were in a Chinese language.
So i went to the System Pref, Internaltional, Language and unchecked them. So that only the English variants were selected. I restarted....and all it did was change the same menu items that were in Chinese to a Norwegian (????) type language.
I have reinstalled my OS 10.4 and it was still the same. I then ran all the updates....and it was still the same.
I have run the Optional Install on the OS 10.4 disk, and tried the Language Translators reinstalled....and still the same.
Apart from formatting.....does anyone have any suggestions?

I trashed the /Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/com.apple.finder.plist file ......rebooted....and it didn't fix the language issue in Finder.
I then did as you suggested (show package contents) and found the file path System/Library/CoreServices/Finder.app/Contents/MacOS/Finder
I then did a Get Info....but didn't see any language section tabs.
When i Get Info on the System/Library/CoreServices/Finder.app
I can see the language tab.....but it is all shaded out (i.e. i can't make any changes). I tried under the Ownership and Permissions tab to change the "Owner" section from System to My Name. However, this did not give me access to the language tab. I also tried to change the "Group" section to My Name (was on Wheel????). But i had no success in changing the language.
Are there any other angles i could try?
I have done quite an extensive search on the internet.....but haven't found anyone with the exact same issue. This was the closest... http://forums.macosxhints.com/archive/index.php/t-34796.html
But i tried everything they suggested (except the format option). I haven't posted on any other forums yet either.

E-mail campaigns in two different languages

I have a requirement to allow our users to do e-mail newletter campaigns in the language of the recipient but some of the recipients are English and some German.
I know we could create specific attribute values for each language and assign those marketing attributes to the contacts then build 2 different target groups. Then create two different campaign elements and execute those.
However, is there a way of determining this based on something like the communication language of the contact?
So for example at runtime select the language of the newsletter e-mail based on the recipients comms language.

Hello,
in campaign execution the correspondence language of the business partner (BP) is checked. This means if you have BP's with correspondence language eg EN and DE in your target group, and your mail form exists in languages EN and DE, the people with correspondence language EN get the mail in English, and people with correspondence language DE get the mail in German. The correspondence language of the business partner needs to be maintained to do this.

How to store personal data in two different languages

as usual we're storing employee's personal data in the infotype 0002, but suppose we need to store this information (for instance the name) in two different languages with also two different alphabets (for instance english and russian, chinese, etc.) As far as I know you cannot store data in the infotype depending on the language, and for infotype 0002 there are no subtypes available, so what is the solution provided by SAP if you need to store information in two different languages?

first of all thank you very much for your answer, it's in fact a good idea, but what if I need to store the information both in English and Greek, if I create a new screen for Greek employees (lets say) they are only going to enter the info in greek language, what about the english info?
I don't want to create two registers in infotype 0002, I think it will be a better idea if we had an infotype to store additional info in other languages, take into account that we'll probably need other fields like family members names and so on

I tried my black OS X 10.4.6 CDs on a G4 yesterday specifically to see if an install from disk 1 only is possible. Sadly it is not. It requires about 400 GB from disk 2 no matter how minimal you try to make it. My disk 2 contains the following and the install needs everything except languages:

I'm sorry I just saw the last post. I had two users on my hard drive, one for me and one for my daughter, but I am not sure what you mean by partioning my external????? I have heard the term before, but don't know how to do it. I am having serious crashing issues with this computer and believe I really need to do a clean install. Spanish Language Programming

Where does a person or people add sugestions to improve the service? Like if Verizon wants to attract more Spanish speaking customers, they need to improve their line up. Many channels on DTV are not available with FIOS. Sur Peru being one of them. I think there is a big market share that Verizon is missing. If they would only improve the number of channels. Perhaps if they could offer a rebroadcast of some of the network channels from South America. Many of these are available on C-Band dishes, but most people can not put these huge dishes in their yards. I am sure that the these networks would not mind expanding their coverage, and FIOS does have huge amounts of digital bandwidth if they provide four plus per QAM for standard bradcasts..

You are subscribing to Verizon's lowest tier, you aren't going to ever get more than a token few spanish channels and that is not going to change. You should be subscribing to FiOS TV Mundo or the Spanish Language Package.

Is it possible to add two different audio tracks to a clip which can be selected separately in the final clip?

I'm trying to edit a short clip with two different audio tracks (audio in two different languages). The tracks are not supposed to overlap but rather should be able to be selected individually in the final clip. Do I need special software or is iMovie actually able to accomplish that?

I seriously doubt that this is possible. I think when you get this kind of option on a DVD, the audio and video streams are encoded separately and you run the language of your choice by choosing it from a menu.

Ship-to Address in two different laguages

our client requirement is at the time of sales order creation the ship-to addrss is changed in english languag, they want to have same address in arabic language as well.

as per my understanding that u want the output comes with english and arbic language as well.
Simply you can click on the ship to party on order header level.
System will automatically take the ship to party address tab there you can change the address in arbic language where system will use the arbic language in output.
it will not change the basic language maintain in ship to master. this is only for at sales order level

Bluetooth - Browse Device - Spanish Language Switch and no Browse Capabilit

I am trying to connect a Nokia 6085 and browse the phone (to pull photos off). However, although the iMac recognises the phone, when I click on the 'Browse Device' option the resulting screen is in Spanish language and I can't explore the phone. I asked at my local Apple store and they tried to connect to the phone on one of the display machines without problem, so it is an issue with my setup/software. Any ideas?

so, i don't know if this will help in your situation or not, but i have a wireless mighty mouse that i share between two computers. when i use it with one computer and later try to use it with the other computer, i find it will not connect or recognize it.
a very quick solution that i now readily use and works without fail is the following:
(1) turn bluetooth OFF on computer.
(2) turn mouse OFF (could be bluetooth on your device)
(3) turn bluetooth ON on computer
(4) turn mouse ON
within 1-2 seconds it recognizes and connects to the mouse.
perhaps this ritual might work in your situation?

Ca_ver_num can have any values, not just 2.00 and 3.00.
This will show cases where a value in one of the columns changed to NULL, or where NULL changed to a value.
There ought to be a way to do this without a separate sub-query like got_r_num. According to the SQL Language manual, you can put expressions in the UPIVOT ... IN list, but when I tried
