Two email accounts - iCloud wont let me open the second one!
I have two me.com email accounts. One of them is my main account and I use the mail App to use it. The second account I use only occasionally and I have always used it with a browser. Now whenever I try to open this account in my browser I get a message saying "Your Apple ID must be used to set up iCloud on an iOS or OS X device before you can use iCloud.com" What does that mean? I cant access that email account anymore! :-(
Have your friend ever used free trial Adobe Prelude on your PC before? In general the free trial duration is 30 days totally on ONE PC whatever which account is used currently.
By the way, what adobe APPs he used on your computer? Are thoes APPs expired too? Have you uninstalled thoes APPs? Where did you download the free trial Prelude?

I just set up a second email account on the same iPad but cannot seem to see, read or send email from the second account.
I'm using Windows 8 (not 8.1) and whatever the latest Thunderbird version is. They're both IMAP accounts. I was using Windows Live, but I couldn't get that to work, so I switched to TB. It works JUST fine for the one account, but not the other! They're identical except for the "handle". Both off my local ISP, set them up at the same time.

If your Hotmail account worked previously and it suddenly stopped and gave you that message, then it is likely a problem at th Hotmail end. Did you check the Hotmail website or contact Hotmail directly to see if they are experiencing problems?

I Have an Ipad 3 and it wont let me open the screen,it just comes up with 'This machine has not been backed up for so many weeks' and when you prsss ok nothing happens, its just locked out ,. Any Ideas ??
Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I have two apple accounts that I cannot get to merge as one.
I have two apple accounts that I cannot get to merge. One is a hotmail address and the other a gmail address as primary addresses in the two accounts. I would like to merge them into one account. I cannot verify the addresses of either accounts because when I do it will say that the address already exists. Therefore I can't get them to merge.
Also...
Me.com and hotmail are under the same account., but when I log into me.com some of the accounts turn into the hotmail account. I do not use hotmail anymore and use gmail regularly.
Any insight to these problems would be appreciated.If these are both used as Apple IDs, then they cannot be merged. If they are just two email accounts of which you only wish to use one, then you would need to transfer the data you want to save from one to the other. Since the data are just email you would need to look for a way to export it from one email address as a file compatible with what the other can import.

I set up two identities, the default & one more. How to get mail from the second one?
I have two different e-mail addresses that I want to get mail from. So the main/default one worked just fine. So I went to options, account settings, identities and set up the second one. But this second one doesn't appear on the start page and still when I Get Mail, it only brings in the mail from the default one. So what do I do?
You do not place your second account in Identities.
You go to the Menu Bar and select '''File-New-Existing Mail Account''' and add it there.

I changed my Apple ID two weeks ago and I accidently forgot to sign out of my iCloud on my iPhone 5C. Now it wont let me change the iCloud ID to match my new Apple ID. How do I change my iCloud ID even though it is asking for the old ID?
If the old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

my icloud account on my new iphone does not match the user ID for itunes as it is an old apple ID. There is no password for this ID so I cant change it and it wont let me change the apple ID. Any help?

it there something wrong on my itune?I'm having the same problem on my iPhone 4 and on iTunes 10.3 for Windows. It just began today; I've been purchasing content (music and apps) on the store via my phone and PC for months without problems. I can view products on the Store, but when I try to purchase something or view my account details and subsequently enter my password, I'm told either 'Cannot connect to the iTunes Store' (on my iPhone) or 'We're sorry, we cannot complete your request on the iTunes Store at this time. Please try again later.' (on iTunes for Windows).
After speaking to someone on 133 MAC, I've ruled out my internet connection - I have perfect connectivity to other services on my laptop and phones using Wifi and on my phone using 3G, but the problem remains - and my password: I've reset it to something else, but now I can't sign into my account on my phone at all. I can, however, sign into it on the web at My Apple ID.
iTunes for Windows diagnostics indicates no problems with network connectivity and a successful connection to the iTunes store. Here are the diagnostics results:

Auto-Stack stacks erractically
I have problems with auto-stack -- the stacks are more-or-less random. Unrelated photos are grouped, yet ones take only a few seconds apart are not stacked. This seems consistent every time I've tried it. Adjusting the time slider just ends up with a
