Two great questions, bonus points for solving.

The most important first, I cannot change any info on any of my songs. This is a real problem, since the volume balancer also does not work, and had to balance manually. Related issue, I cannot check the button to "not play while shuffling." Very important if I have audiobooks mixed into my music.
The other problem is annoying, and actually may be a Windows issue. Every time I let the screensaver start, when I wiggle the mouse, all open applications close. I mention this here because it used to be limited to iTunes being affected. Since I re-did Windows, all applications are affected. Odd.
Oh, while I'm at it, a bonus problem; the visualizer does not work.
I have re-installed iTunes enough times to make me dizzy. That has never fixed any of these issues.

It is fairly common for bonus points not to appear as pending; however, they should still post within 20 days if the purchase/order in-question met the offer details. From what I can see, your pre-orders for Noah and Divergent should have qualified for the 100 bonus points. Bonus points for pre-ordering X-Men: Days of Future Past

Hello,
I ordered this blu-ray the same day as I did for Captain America: The Winter's Soldier. I received my 100 bonus points for Captain America a few weeks ago. However, when I checked my account this morning for the bonus points on X-Men, it only showed 1 point (instead of 100). I was wondering what happened to it. Thanks for any info you can offer.

We did have a promotion between 8/31/2014 and 9/6/2014 that was offering 100 bonus points with select pre-orders. This offer was only available on BestBuy.com, there was a limit of 100 bonus points per title, and a maximum of 600 bonus points per member. If your pre-order of X-Men: Days of Future Past was placed while the offer was valid, then 100 bonus points should post to your My Best Buy account within about 20 days. You may not see those bonus points emerge as pending or post until after your pre-order is fulfilled.

500 Pre-order bonus points for Far Cry 4 not listed or pending

Hello,
I'm a Best Buy Elite and GCU member. I pre-ordered Far Cry 4 on November 11th and picked up the game in store on November 18th but the 500 points that im supposed to receive for pre-ordering the game isn't listed on the transaction and there's no points pending.
I would like to know if anyone can help me solve this issue and if so, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It can take 15-20 days for the $10 cert to post and it may or may not so as pending. Based off your Nov 18th time line if your points are there by Dec 8-9 then bump this thread for assistance.

Missing bonus points for South Park?

94 points was added to my pending points...I thought 500 was going to be pending? Do I get both the 94 points and a 10 dollar certificate? I talked to someone yesterday, THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. I called the elite hotline today, the person said they were gonna check up on me, but never came back to the phone and the call ended.
I am getting tired of bestbuy's customer service. Can you tell me how this 10 dollar promo works? I saw a post about the titanfall console bundle, how a rep said they would receive the 10 dollars and the points for the console. If I get a 10 dollar certificate and the 94 points, thats awesome. I just want somoene to clarify. I want to use this certificate towards infamous second son.

For the Get $10 promotion points will post to a customer's account in about 20 days after the purchase. While it is common for these points to appear as pending on a My Best Buy account, they may not.
If for any reason an account holder does not see their eligible points post after the standard time, he or she can reach out to us here and we will be happy to check on that with them.

SIMPLE QUESTION, BROWNIE POINTS FOR ANSWERERS: changing the file path used for an audio recording

After changing the name of an audio recording in the .band Media folder, the .band file continues to use the previous file name to try to find the audio file. I want to update the file path so that it uses the same file but with the new name. I thought I might be able to change the file path by editing projectData, but it appears to be encoded.
This is a common, crucial feature present in virtually all DAWs. Surely there must be a feasible way to do this in GarageBand?

you can't change the names of GB's assets behind its back
if you want to change the name of the region that GB displays: double click the region within GB to open the track editor, then double click the name of the region (in the track editor) to change its name

Missing points for several reviews

I have successfully received 25 points each for 6 reviews in the past. However, I have not been receiving any points for the reviews since then. Previously, the points used to credit pretty efficiently after I received an email about the review been posted. Now, I only receive the email notification about review being posted but no points are credit.
What to do?

I tend to lean heavily on product reviews before I make a purchase, and our My Best Buy™ members can earn 25 bonus points if one of their product reviews is published on BestBuy.com. It can generally take up to 20 days for points to post to a member's account, and there is a maximum of 200 bonus points (8 reviews) per calendar year per member.
I looked over your My Best Buy™ account using the email address you registered with the forum and see that you have received bonus points for several reviews. As long as you have not already received 200 bonus points within the calendar year, then 25 bonus points should post if the receive is published. Question about points earned on gaming consoles

I am confused about how the gamer's club unlocked works. The Best Buy site says that my Best Buy members get 1 point per dollar spent. The Gamer's Club Unlocked details says you get points on gaming consoles.
I purchased an Xbox One Assassin's Creed bundle for $299.99 on 11/8/14 and 299 points are pending in my My Best Buy account. That doesn't seem to me like I am getting any points for the console purchase; it seems like I am only getting points for the dollar amount spent in the store. If this is the case, why even mention that the Gamer's Club Unlocked membership gives you points on gaming consoles?
I purchased a cell phone and received the Gamer's Club Unlocked membership on 11/8/14. I was told the membership was effective immediately. This seems to be the case, since I received the 10% bonus discount when I traded in a video game during the same visit. I purchased the Xbox One Assassin's Creed Video game bundle with a free Xbox live gold membership on 11/8/14 during the same store visit. I actually made three transactions: one to buy the phone/gamer's club unlocked membership, one to trade in the video game, and one to buy the xbox one console bundle. The cell phone/gamer's club membership transaction happened first.
Should I have received additional points for buying a gaming console?

Regrettably, no -- Gamers' Club members do not earn any additional points for video game consoles. My Best Buy Elite and Elite Plus members still receive their respective bonus points for these items though, as do My Best Buy Credit Card holders for purchasing them using their card. It can generally take 20 days for those points to post and there is a maximum of 8 reviews (200 points) per calendar year per member. You want to make sure to enter your My Best Buy account ID # when submitting a review.

Missing "pre order points" for Shadow of Mordor.

I've recently received Shadow of Mordor, I had the game pre ordered, but I'm positive that I didn't receive the 500 bonus points for pre ordering. I can't tell if they're pending or what with the new system, and I can't report those points missing through the "report missing points" menu.
Can I get some help with that?

I can't remember my two security questions on my account. I made too many attempts and got kicked out for 8 hours. I do have a back up email addy that's verified on my account as well. Any resolutions?

Looking for some help please! I just got an iPad 4 and tried to purchase some apps on it and was prompted to answer my Two Security Questions that are on my apple account, and I can't remember them. I do have another verified email account attached to my account besides my @me.com one.
I created an apple account a couple years ago when I purchased my iPhone and now I can't remember what my answers were. Not sure why are you getting this kind of error (which is pointing to a URL with Jpg file) while creating a journal.
Could you please bounce your server once and try..
Please let us know if the error/warning stopping you to enter a journal in GL??
We don't think profile option is a show stopper here.... We assume that you have assigned Sets of Books, MO: Operating unit & HR USer Profile option at Responsibility level correctly....

Are you talking about the "Legend" panel at the right of the window?
Those text are just help texts explaining the reputation points. You can only award points, if you are the original poster of a question. Than I click the forgot security questions than it sends it to my email but that's the problem I do not get any email.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of doing so include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
