Phone A = phone with information you want duplicated
Phone B = phone that you want to copy from A
Backup Phone A.

Phone B should be on the 'Hello' screen. Do not swipe it. Launch iTunes. Plug in Phone B.
When iTunes asks if you want to set up as new phone or restore from backup, choose restore from backup of Phone A.
After this setup, any changes to one phone (i.e. adding a contact, downloading an app) will have to be manually duplicated on the second phone, if that is your desire). Making changes to one phone will not affect the other after setup.

Dear Apple community
My iphone was stolen at new years eve. I've tried tracking it with find my iphone, but it's been offline since i lost it. However, i have an old phone that i immediatly charged the next day to stay in touch with my relatives, but i found out, that icloud is tracking my old phone instead of my new one (which is lost). I suppose it's due to the fact, that the iphones have the same name (or ID).
So my question is, is there a way for me to add my old iphone to icloud while still being able to track the location of the stolen one? As of now, i cannot use the 'my iphone is lost' feature on icloud, because everytime i enable it, it just finds my old one and gives the security message. Is the only solution to keep old one offline?

You need to rename one of them. I would suggest that you backup and sync each device after the renaming.

I have two iPhone 4 handsets. One is for work and one is my private number. Currently I am using the same Apple ID on both phones, as I want to use the apps I've purchased on both devices and get my contacts from iCloud.
As I usually bring both handsets with me, it is annoying to receive the same iMessage to both phones. Is there anyway to create two separate "iMessage accounts" such that I can use iMessage on both phones, but messages sent to my work phone will only be received on my work phone, and similarly, the iMessages sent to my private phone will only be received on my private phone?

My daughter has a Iphone 4, I have a Iphone 5. Because she is to young to have a credit card that allows her to shop online, she uses mine to buy apps. The phone stands in my name and we share the same Iclud. She needs more storage on her phone, so I said yes for her to buy more storage on her phone. But it seems that the storage has been benefitted my phone instead. How can I switch the storage over on her phone?

If the phones share one iCloud account, then the storage upgrade applies to both devices. For example, I have an iPad and an iPhone that I back up to iCloud. Both use the same account, and both use the same iCloud storage.
If you go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, you will see both of your devices, and the amount of iCloud storage that they are using displayed. If you click on either of the devices, you will be able to see the size of the backup and the specific items that are being backed up and how large they are.

If you are using the same Apple ID on both devices, the Game Center profile should be the same.
Check out this information from the iPad User Guide. Try signing out of the Game Center on both devices and then sign back in with the correct Apple ID:

How do you stop your phone from creating two albums with the same photos after syncing?

When I first bought my phone I was able to sync my photos by checking the folder I wanted synced under iTunes. This put all those photos on photo library on my phone. I recently added more photos to that folder and tried to sync them it now put them in the photo library album and also created another album with my folder name. So I have two albums with the same photos. I tried in checking that folder in iTunes and of course they're not in my photo library. Please help. I don't want two albums with the same pics

This is how Apple has always handled photos. nothing has changed at all.
Just as your music is in your library and you can access those exact same songs from a playlist, all of your synced pics are in the Photo Library and those exact same photos (NOT duplicates) can be accessed from the album name that you chose to sync.

Create a new Apple ID for the one you want to change.

Are the photos that you are referring to still in Photo Stream? Remember, Photo Stream has limits which are outlined in this article:

Create a new Apple ID using a new valid e-mail address
