  • Continuation of line item data to next page in SmartForm

    Hi,
    Currently i had a requirement in SmartForm. Iam displaying the line items from bseg table in main window and totals of credit and debit in the total window which comes under the main window.
    If the line items are more and it continues to next page i want to display the total window and created by window only after all the line items.
    Please try to send ASAP.

    You can print total by reading page numbers.
    Ex: IF <current page> EQ < next page number>
      Print total.

  • Two same sections in one page

    Hello Gurus,
    I have a pre-printed stationary that has two same sections in one page with a space in between.
    I did develop a template having one section on it.
    On the pre-printed form the first section data appears fine but the second section starts immediately and so they shift above.
    If I use a little space on template before the group ends it works fine for the first page but the second page starts with that extra space i used.
    how to get this solved.
    Thanks,
    sgupta

    Hi Gupta,
    I have the same issue. I have a check template where I am printing two sections in the same page. AP check template where the invoice part and the check part are duplicated which means i will have the invoice-check(copy) and then invoice-check(original) in the same template. but the limiting lines per page doesnt work in this template. the copy part keeps on printing until it finishes since i did not mention page break after it, as there is original part below it.
    Any other workaround options. so we cannot have a duplicate and original of the invoice & check in the same template and control the no of lines printed for each section.
    Thanks

  • How to display all data on one page in web app

    Hello.
    So I have web app JSF (IceFaces framework) + JBoss all Crystal Report working perfectly. So I have page with Crystal Report tags (e.g.
    <bocrv:reportPageViewer reportSource="#{crystalReport.reportPath}" ...
    in this report I have table with some data (data from DB) and I want to display this data on one page. Unfortunately now this data are moving to the next page and unfortunately I even donu2019t know how switch to the next page (I see only info e.g. 1with 2).
    So how to display this data on one page if its impossible how to torn on pagination.

    So I canu2019t do this, I canu2019t display all data on one page (until Iu2019m using JSF tags)?
    In JSF tags Iu2019m setting only path to file. In my bean Iu2019m using u201CReportClientDocumentu201D object itu2019s easy way to load report file (u201Copenu201D method) and set parameters (u201CgetDataDefController().getParameterFieldController()u201D method) and also connect to data base (u201Clogonu201D method) but I havenu2019t this property u201CsetSeparatePages(boolean)u201D.
    Maybe Iu2019m doing this wrong and there is a simpler way maybe I can use somehow u201CCrystalReportVieweru201D please give my any advice.

    why i am asking this because
    during drag and drop i need one itemrenderer and during application initialization i need another itemrenderer
    any possibilities
    karthik.k

    Hi,
    I think your requirement can be completed by using ViewStack you can pass selected index to it according to requirement.
    See:
    <itemRenederer ...
         <viewstack selectedIndex = 0 ...>
              <vBox id="vBox1" >
                        Your 1st itemrenderer will come here....
              </vBox>
              <vBox id="vBox2" >
                        Your 2nd itemrenderer will come here....
              </vBox>
         </viewStack>
    </itemRenederer>
    You have to just toggle selectedIndex.
    Thanks

  • Two tabular reports on one page

    Hello,
    I've a page with master an two different detail regions.
    For both detail regions I need a tabular form.
    The first is no problem. Because the second one cannot be created automatically by ApEx I created the region with the buttons (other names) and the processes manually.
    When I press the button "add" in the second tabular report region the empty column is added to the first tabular report region. The same problem I have with the "Delete" button.
    Is there generally no possibility to place two tabular reports on one page?
    Thanks in advance
    Regards
    Ulrike

    I have a similar need, where I would like to display two reports within different regions on the same page. Both reports would be linked to a Form, such that the desired row could be edited. If the user clicks on a row within region A then it would go to one form for editing that row, and if the user clicks on a row within region B then it would go to a seperate Form for editing.
    I wondered if I could use two "Forms with Reports" and then create a third page that references these to pages through an I-Frame. Hopefully, when I clicked on a row within the I-FRAME everything would navigate to the proper form with the proper row. Is this feasible, or is there a better approach that I should consider?

  • Two Editable Forms on One Page, Issues / Problems Applying Data

    Greeting Everyone!
    I have a problem and I need assistance in getting this issue resolved (advice).
    I have a page with two editable regions, each editable region references a different table. The two tables are related by a common key value. The first issue is that I am able to successfully load the data from the second region, but the data from the first region is not loaded into it's particular form region. Additionally, I have two sets of buttons, one set per region, and two sets of fetch processes and two sets of automatic row processing dml routines.
    Can two forms coexist on the same form or would it be more appropriate to try and make my changes with a view?
    Thanks,
    Charles

    I agree that when you have pages that are more complicated than 1 form etc you should look at writing the code to populate and process the data yourself. I would ditch the automatic row processing and fetch routines and write your own. More work, but gives more control.
    Something like:
    begin
    if :P1_AID is not null then
    select [your table columns] into :P1_AITEM1, :P1_AITEM2
    from [your table]
    where id = :P1_AID;
    else
    :P1_ATEM1 := null;
    :P1_ATEM2 := null;
    -- same for 2nd form
    end if;
    end;
    Conditionally display the insert/update/delete buttons and you're set.
    Then just add the appropriate handlers on submit, conditionally running them based on button or request. Either build your insert statement in the after submit processing or call pl/sql.
    I tend to use pl/sql packages to handle table API's.

  • Print text on last but one page of SmartForms

    Hello everyone,
       Here I have a very specific requirement in SmartForms which I am not able to do even after trying a lot of options.
       I want to print Items of PO in Main Window and I am printing total on a different window which should be printed at end of all Items.  Again this does not mean total is printed on last page, as the last page has Conditions which is default with every PO.
      So the requirement is to find out the last but one page at runtime and print the total.
    Thanks.

    Hi Priya,
    Even I faced the same problem while creating invoice.
    Soln:
    declare a variable "g_counter" at global definition tab with data type "I'.
    In the main window just after your table and before the command line which you have used, create a program line and give input and output parameters as "g_counter"
    In the body of program line just write "g_counter = g_counter + 1".
    Make sure your total window is placed after the main window in sequence.
    Than in the total window you can put condition as "g_counter = 1".
    I am sure this issue will be reolved.

    Vinit

    Hi
    Which SRM version are you using ?
    Please go through this ->
    If you are using extended classic scenario you can simply delete the line items in the PO within SRM. This will replicate the appropriate changes in the backend.
    You won't be able to change the PO in the backend as this is standard functionality.
    You can also archive SRM PO incase you don't want to delete the same
    PO Archiving
    Once the purchase order is ordered and issued, it is a legal document between your company and the vendor. Only PO line items can be deleted and you can not delete PO header.
    Deleting line item of PO is not enough. Make sure that PR or SC history does not contain any follow on document else system will interpret this a close PR or SC.
    Because the PO was already printed or output exist... You cannot delete PO header.
    Once the PO has been issued to vendor in any form, deletion is not possible at the header level, only possibility is deleting line items of the PO (deletion indicator marked for all the line items of PO). Only when the PO is rejected by the approver (in case any, which will be in the 'release rejected' status) or in held state (before issued to vendor), PO can be deleted at the header level, as the data still exists in SRM and not get transferred to R3 backend. If you want to forcibly delete the PO at the header level, flag DOC_CLOSED field in the table BBP_PDHGP (header tabe) through BBP_PD for the respective PO.
    Try using the Function Modules "BBP_PD_PO_DB_DELETE".
    BP_PD_PO_ITEM_DELETE_LOCAL
    Some other relevant Function modules ->
    BP_PD_PO_DB_DELETE_MULTI
    BP_PD_PO_ITEM_DELETE_LOCAL
    BBP_BS_POD : Spooler, delete PO
    SPOOL_PO_DELETE :Spooler function to delete a po in core
    SPOOL_PO_DELETE_DO :Spooler function to delete a po in core

    Hi,
    Passing params can be done via:
    - navigation->set_parameter (see http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/c2/231779c53011d4990400508b6b8b11/frameset.htm)

  • How can you have two link styles on one page?

    I have one style (formatted link style) for internal links in
    my footer but I want a different style for the external links in my

    on one page? I tried creating a new set for the mainContent links

    mainContent link styles overrode the footer link style. Is there
    another way of going about this?

    Hi Stephan,
    this solved placing both animation on one page.  Make sure all your fonts are called out in the <head> section like for example:
    <script>var __adobewebfontsappname__="dreamweaver"</script>
    <script src="http://use.edgefonts.net/quicksand:n3,n4:default.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
    Dreamweaver does this automatic for you.  If you are having a font conflict I recommend under command  (if you are using dreamweaver)
    Clean up the font Tag and add only the ones that you are using again,  sometimes they accumulate.
    Good Luck.
