We created an Itunes account in the cloud for my daughters Ipod touch. However she already had an itunes account and now the PC will only see the original itunes. How do I sign into the new account to upload music from CD etc and create a new library?

If you can't remember the password for the ID, and no longer have access to the email account associated with the ID to reset it, try contacting iTunes Store support: http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html. They frequently deal with Apple ID password issues.

Are you signed into your iCloud account right now? If so, go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the new ID. This deletes the account and your iCloud data from your device, but not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account, your iCloud data will reappear on your device when you sign back in.
To avoid losing photo stream photos, save them to your camera roll (if not already there) before deleting the account. To do this, open your my photo stream album, tap Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll.

Need help linking old Apple ID to new iCloud account.

I recently closed my iCloud account, which was the same email address for my Apple ID for personal reasons. I was forced to use a new email to open a new iCloud account. Now I cannot link the two because when I try to add my original Apple ID email address to my new iCloud account, it says my old email is already linked to another account.
How can I back things up to iCloud when the system will not let me link my original Apple ID with a new iCloud account?

When you sign in with a new Apple ID you create a new iCloud account, so if you are signed into a new account, your backups and other synced data will be in the new account, not the old one. Also, iCloud email accounts cannot be moved to another account. You can either start using your new iCloud email account, give your contacts your new address and forward email sent to the old address to the new one, or you can add back your old iCloud account as a secondary account on your device by going to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Add Account>iCloud and signing in with your old ID. You can then turn on Mail in the secondary account and access your old email account on your device again. The only limitation of this is that email in secondary accounts is fetch, not push email. Push email is only supported in your primary iCloud account.

The scenario is like this, if a user logged in with the name

I want to disconnect or logoff the instance of application
which is logged in from his Office and allow him to logging from

Actually I want to implement the functionality like
Yahoo messenger.

I created 2 iCloud accounts but I would like to remove my old one from my apple ID in order to add my new one

I have had the same apple ID for years but I had to change my emails around including my iCloud, I wasn't entirely sure how to do this at first so I just set up a new apple ID with the new iCloud email address that I wanted. When I realised how difficult it was going to be to transfer my data onto the new account, I decided to stick with my old apple ID but change the email. The only issue is it is associated with the iCloud/Me email addresses that I no longer wish to use. Is there anyway to remove them from my current account and use my newest iCloud email address instead? Or at the very least create another one to link to my original apple ID? Sorry if this is a bit of a mess, I've been trying for hours and I'm so confused...

You can restore just the files and directories you want by doing a manual type restore.

You cannot merge apple id's. remember that before creating any new ones in the future.
You have two choices. Live with it, or repurchase the apps under the id you intend to keep using.

I have this bizarre problem with firefox and Amazon (com and co.uk)
If I click a link (open in new tab) to an amazon page the page opens in a new tab. Fine.
If I then select that page (click its tab) the page is displayed and then a new amazon page opens in a new tab with the url http://www.amazon.com/?ie=UTF8&*Version*=1&*entries*=0&link_code=hom&tag=skipthemalls-20
If I close the new amazon page and return to the original amazon page the phenomenon does not repeat - not new window opens.
This does not happen in any other browser (IE or Chrome)
This does not happen on any other website.
I've scanned my PC (Malwarebytes and security essentials) and found nothing sinister
All forefox add ons are disabled. To be sure, I've started 'restarted firefox with add ons disabled' and the problem still occurs. I've even reset Firefox to its original state and still the problem occurs.

Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"
If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.
(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site, try either:
* right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
* Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
In the dialog that opens, you can remove the site's cookies individually.
Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

Why is it that the narrative only can be heard in one of the audio channels?

I have the Premiere Elements 8 and use a Vaio 64 bits computer. I am using a separate mike to feed the narrative. The mike which is a stereo mike with two channels passed the Windows test and works fine with other software on my computer. But for some reason the sound can only be heard in one loudspeaker when using Premiere Elements 8. Would be grateful for any clue.

I am using a stereo microphone in the analog port but for some reason PE8 does not reqognize that . Your suggestion to use fill in left (or right) works well. The quality of the sound is OK so I will use that solution.

How do I add a new iCloud account to the same computer?

My wife has a new iPad. We use the same computer so I want her to have her new iCloud account on our computer. I have a iCloud account already.

This solved my problem. However, she has to log in to use her account which means I have to log out. It would be nice to be able to log in and log out with a few clicks of the mouse but that is probably asking too much.

If I keep the existing iTunes account with the new iCloud acct, can I reload my apps without purchasing them again? I understand I can create a new iTunes acct afterwards.

OK, so you can create a separate Apple ID for yourself that you use for your Messages, iCloud, Mail, FaceTime, etc. and keep the one that you have your Apps on as your iTunes "Family" Account.
Before you set up your new Apple ID, be sure to delete your iCloud account from your device: Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and delete the account. Save your Contacts on your phone so you can merge them with your new iCloud account. Your notes, and Photos will still be on your old iCloud account, but if you want to keep any of your photos on your new iCloud account, it would be a good idea to import all of your photos to your computer first, so you can selectively download them to your device. (Note: only your Photo Stream will go away when you delete your iCloud account. Your Camera Roll will stay in place. It's just a good idea to back up that Camera Roll to a computer or to your new iCloud account immediately once you have set it up.
You then would set up a brand new Apple ID for you under Manage your Apple ID: Apple - My Apple ID
Once you get it set up, go into your devices and sign off the following:
Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, click on your "Family" Apple ID and Sign Out
Settings>Facetime, click on your Apple ID and sign out
You will leave your "Familiy" Apple/iTunes ID signed on on the iTunes & App Store, becasuse you willl continue to share your iTunes account with the family. Here is a little more info about using two Apple IDs:

Once you have your new ID set up, go back into Messages and FaceTime and sign back in with your new ID
Also, go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your new ID, and be sure to "Merge" your contacts into your new iCloud account.
