Two memberships now!

Creative Cloud payment didn't go through due to bank card cancellation (fraudulent activity reported on card). Updated the account to new card info from bank. Payment was never run again. Adobe cancelled my membership even though it had the new correct card info. Chatted with support. Said it was not possible to reactivate the old membership. I asked why the payment didn't go through with the new info--they said there was a glitch. And the only way to use CC was to start a new membership. So I started a new membership. After a day, my old membership popped back up! Now I have two!!! I'm getting charged for two. The Adobe payment system is lame. I did a search for this online and it seems that it has been an issue for years. So frustrating. Can someone at Adobe please cancel and reimburse me for one of the memberships without accidentally shutting me out of CC?

You can use all of them but they can be activated twice only for e.g. if you install the photography plan on two computer as soon as you try to activate the illustrator CC , it will ask you to deactivate.
You should contact Adobe Support & get two of the order cancelled, since it is duplicate subscription so the renewals charges will be refunded back. You need to buy them under different Adobe ID to use them.

It seems like I have two accounts now and can buy apps and various things through both accounts depending on which one comes up. One is Pre-MobileMe and the other is a mobile me account and now heading twards iCloud.... so How do I trim them down and in the long run... access the music purchased through the first account and transfer it into the most recent iteration of my world here at Apple? thanks

Hi Virginie,
You need to go under the help menu option and sign out from Muse and then install it on the other computer that you want using the creative cloud desktop app.

My 2 TB Time Capsule's memory is full because it will not automatically delete old files as it is supposed to, so it is giving me zero backup of my two computers now. How can this be fixed so my Time Capsule deletes the old data and saves the new?

Neither my local computer consultant nor I have been ableto change any of the settings in Time Machine to correct this problem. Working with the choices in the TimeMachine, there does not appear that there is any way to change the frequency ofthe backups either, so, after a year has elapsed, the time capsule is full, andmy only choice appears to be to erase all the current data on the Time Capsuleand start over, something that I do not want to at all let alone repeat on anannual basis. My questions are:
What can be done to have my Time Capsule delete old filesas it is supposed to do, so it has memory available to allow my computers toback up?
Is this a software problem that can be fixed online or isdoes this require a mechanical fix of defective hardware?

How much data is being backed-up from each Mac? (see what's shown for Estimated size of full backup under the exclusions box in Time Machine Prefs > Options).
Is there any other data on your Time Capsule, besides the backups?
Most likely, there just isn't room. Time Machine may be trying to do a very large (or full) backup of one or both Macs, and can't. Since it won't ever delete the most recent backup, there has to be enough room for one full backup plus whatever it's trying to back up now, plus 20% (for workspace).

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

It just does't sync. I connect it to itunes, but nothing happens. Where it says how much space I have, it's just on ebig bar that says other. I can play my music on itunes, but not when i unplug it.

Shut down and reboot your iOS (press and hold the wake/sleep button and when prompted, slide to poweroff and then press and hold the wake/sleep button to reboot).
Go look what had happen with your apps. Maybe it's ok. If not, tap and hold its icon and then tap the X to delete it from your iOS device and redownload it from the app store (no charge for that).

I have troubles enabling the cookies, even though I never disabled them, thus I cannot log into my GMAIL account for over two weeks now. What should I do?

I cannot log into my gmail or facebook account, because it says: cookies are disabled, enable cookies to continue. I tried changing my settings in Firefox - Options - Settings - Privacy - Use custom settings. I did exactly what I was advised in the Firefox Help online, enabled everything, then clicked OK. Didnt work. Tried it again and I only found that the settings (custom settings - enabled everything) were not even saved. I am not able to save these custom settings any way, it never saves them no matter how many times I try and click ok, I come back to the setting to find that they are not there. So I tried clearing all the cookies and cache in history (also found this online in firefox support site), guess what? DIDNT WORK. I am starting to be a little bit pissed off as I cannot log into my gmail or facebook account for over two weeks now! Any time I need to check e-mails I have to use someones laptop.

If the cookies are enabled in Firefox and you still have problems then you may have security software that is blocking cookies.
Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
If clearing cookies doesn't work then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted.
Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookie files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox Profile Folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

No, the camera connection kit only supports the copying of photos and videos to the Photos app, it doesn't support copying content off the iPad. For your second camera instead of the SD reader part of the kit, does the iPad to camera cable not work with it for direct transfer to the iPad ?
For Lightroom and Nikon software again no - you can only install apps that are available in the iTunes app store on your computer and the App Store app on the iPad, 'normal' PC and Mac (OS X) software are not compatible with the iPad (iOS). There are some apps that perform fairly basic editing functions that are available in the store, but nothing as sophisticated as, for example, Lightroom.
