Two new iphones set up?

We have two new phones that we would like to set up on one iMac. But we want different calendar info, contact info, and iTunes songs. Is this possible?

I accomplish by making specific folders in each app (iTunes, iPhoto, address book) ie. johndoe's iphone and janedoe's iphone then when you plug each iphone in check the folders in itunes the correspond to each persons phone.

Two new iPhones 1 promotional gb for 24 mos finally added. I have to jump hoops next year for the second gb (also 24 mos) owed to me.

SO they finally added the extra gb for 24 mos on only one of two new iPhones that I bought in September. Count the months, it's been three months.
WHy is my issue only half resolved and they said it's going to stay that way?
BEcause they said that, yes they have documentation from the rep that activated the first phone that it was her fault. She did it in the incorrect order for the promo to work. She was supposed to make sure that the right plan was on the acct before activating the phone. She tried to correct it that same day but she didn't have a way to do it so she advised me to wait for the delivery of my husbands phone (the second phone) and once I receive it, at that time I should try to correct her mistake.
I Knew it was fishy and right away I consulted with a manager at the local store where I had first heard of the promotion. He tried to help me for two months and came back empty handed because as he put it he has even less access compared to the reps in customer service. Eventually I gave him a break and also because promised calls from supervisors were not kept. So I called customer service myself and after one knowlegeable rep and one sympathetic supervisor the end result is a problem half resolved.. A second supervisor after that is the one that explained to me that they have no way of fixing the reps mistake and he suggested that I accept 1gb for a year instead of 2 years and that then I should call back once that expires and ask for it to be added back for a second year.
I Said No. I will not go through this again, it's not fair to me. I said to him its been three months now since I started trying to get this resolved I'm not going to repeat that stress again next year.   As it is it never fails every two Years when I add on a new promotional phone, there's always some mess that I have to spend months clearing up.
SO dissapointed. I told him I was going to give him a bit more time to make things right but I'm beginning to believe it's so hard for them that they prefer not to bother and instead try to fix it best they can within their department. Unfortunately it adds to my inconvenience. So I think im going to have to put a complaint with the public utility commission and the better business bureau.

I have moved to uk from ireland and bought new iphone, set up using my existing Apple ID account and profile but won't let me buy install or update apps??

Until you get a UK bank account and credit card, buy and redeem UK iTunes gift cards for use in the iTunes and Mac App Stores. But you need to switch your region/country to the UK store in your account information, as you can't use UK iTunes gift cards in the Irish stores, the gift cards are country specific.

I used my Apple ID in two new iphone 5s

I used my Apple ID in two new iphone 5s , I downloaded free iWorks (comes free with a new iphone since octuber 2014) with the same Apple ID in both iphone 5s and now only the second iphone have iWorks. How can i recovery iWorks for the first phone that now is being used with an other Apple ID? Thanks.

You would need to use the same AppleID, unless the device in question qualifies on its own.

Two new iPhones. One runs slow

My wife and I both have new iPhones 4s.
Both I phones are set up the same. But her phone runs really slow on Internet. Siri doesn't work very often. Lots of dropped calls.
Is this a bad phone or is this something that apple is aware of?

Do the apps appear in iTunes? If so, make sure Sync Apps is checked and the apps you want are checked. If the apps aren't in iTunes, you can download them again for free as long as you use the same iTunes account you used to originally purchase them. I got my iPhone 5 in November 2012 and when I got it, I got a one year warranty AppleCare on my phone. I got a new iphone in January because the lock button got stuck and I got another one because something was wrong with the camera. I just want to know (just in case) if I break my iphone can I still get a new one?

Two new iPhones. One for the wife one for me. How do we share apps

I have two computers. One is my wife's and one is mine. My new phone is synced with my itunes and my computer and the other phone is synced her to itunes on her computer. Question is that we only by music on one of the two compters and then through our home network we share. How does it work with apps? Will the apps I buy for one iPhone transfer to the other iphone, or do I have to buy it twice?

Each user can select the music and/or apps that he/she wants. Once selected, iTunes will remember which songs an apps each user has selected next time the phone gets sync'd.
Apps that are on either phone, but not on the computer, will be added to the apps on that computer. This allows the second phone to get the app.

No difference between the two. They both just sell you the product and you activate at home. Apple will handle the repairs for the iPhone regardless of where you bought it (before you chime in Joseph I know that was not your experience).
That being said, if you need to make more complex changes to your plan than just adding the iPhone data I'd go to AT&T so they can prep your account for the change.
if you are looking for accessories I'd go to Apple since they have a larger selection.

New IPHONE 5, no sound?

I bought an iphone 5 less than two weeks ago from my local AT&T store (no apple store around). Everything was working fine until yesterday when the speakers stopped working. It vibrates for reminders,calls, etc. but no sound. If I try to play music, my phone looks like it is playing but there is no sound. The speakerphone is not working. The volume is turned up. I've gone through my itunes and iphone settings. I've restarted the phone several times. I have restored it using itunes. I have checked that headphone jack is clear and that the speakers are clean (less than two weeks old and was immediately encased in an defender series otterbox). I rely on the alarms and reminders daily. What can I do?

5 months ago, I lived less than 2 miles away from an apple store. Now, I live 3 hours away from the nearest Apple store so visiting one wouldn't be feasible for a spur of the moment mid-week tip with my schedule (This is essentially why I searched this forum for answers instead of making an appointment at Apple). I didn't realize the AT&T 14 day rule. I had never planned to return the phone. It stopped working on day 12 (day 13 was a Sunday so AT&T was closed). I tried troubleshooting (posting & reading in this forum and elsewhere) for a day before I took in my local AT&T. They do would do absolutely nothing on day15. Apple will only repair the lemon phone I was sold under warranty. The trouble is I bought a new phone and want a functioning new phone, not a refurbished lemon. The only way Apple will replace my new lemon iphone 5 with a functioning new iphone 5 is if I agree to pay for a second new phone and shipping (So I had to buy two iphones in one month plus shipping). Upon receipt of the new functioning phone, I returned the lemon phone. When they receive the return and process the return, then they'll refund $750 for the second phone but not the additional $29 shipping. This is their policy. Within my family we have an ipod nano, 3 ipod touches, 2 ipads, 3 iphones and new 27" iMac. We have always gotten great service from Apple when purchasing directly from Apple. Notsomuch when we have bought from other stores. Apple did ultimately replace my phone but I did NOT appreciate having to buy two new iphones in one month for them to do the honest thing. After all, the fact remains that their quality control should've been better.
I will never buy anything from AT&T again.

New iPhones for the Kids

So we got two new iPhone for the kids and sent them money to their iTunes account for buying apps. However they still cant as the phone wants thier account linked to a credit card. If they have money in thier account why is this? Is there anything that can be done other then putting a credit card in thier account? Should it work off the balance of funds in the account?

So they both have 'no payment' accounts and have been iTunes members for a few years. When I want to allow them to buy music I send them gift cards through email. This adds funds to their accounts and allows them to spend. I assumed this would work for iPones apps too. However the apps store does not seem to see the funds in thier iTunes account when trying to buy an app. Each time they try to buy an app it asks for credit card information but does not see the funds in their account already. All other things work fine... such as downloading free apps etc.
So I was wondering is there account settings that need to change or is there other ways of send funds to them for the app store.

ITunes 10 crashes when I connect my new iPhone 4

I recently purchased two new iPhone 4's from At&t. Now when i try and connect my phones, iTunes launches, then crashes every time. Does anyone have a fix for this? It ***** that after dropping $400, I can't sync it to my MacBook Pro!!!!!!

First you need to update OSX 10.5.8 Leopard to at least 10.6.8 Snow Leopard before you can update iTunes 11.
