Two payers in single invoice
Dear All,
We got a requirement at the time of billing our client wants to debit two diffrent customer in a single billing document i.e. they wants two different payers in single invoice.
Some amount will be debited to 1 payer and rest amount to the 2nd payer
Is it possible in Standard SAP.
thanks in advance
ravi
Hi Ravi
At the time of billing , you cant have two different payers in Single invoice. , as Payer is one of the billing split parameter. So if you have two payers at order level also then billing split will happen and to meet your requirement , you need to go with the User Exit

Single Invoice for two sales areas
Hello SAP Gurus,
I have a scenario that Iu2019ll appreciate if a solution could be proffered
Contractually, a customer requires materials from a company (company code), and these materials will be sold from 2 or more sales areas within the company code. However, a single invoice, which will list the items and their individual prices, is what is required to be given the customer. What solution can I use to resolve this?
ThanksHi luqmon
Say you have material - MAT1 ; Customer - 1000 ; 1st sales area is - 1000/10/10 ; 2nd sales area - 2000/20/20
So make sure that the material MAT1 is available in both sales areas
Even customer (KUNNR) is also available in both sales areas . If you have created in 1st sales area then extended it to 2nd sales area.
Maintain same pricing procedure for both sales areas in OVKK
Maintain a access sequence with the key combination Sales orgn / material . and assign the access sequnece to the Pricing (PR00) condition type
Now Maintain the condition record for the material MAT1 in VK11 , with the key combination of sales orgn / material
Now when you create the sales order and do delivery , PGI and when you do billing then you can see the price of the material maintained in that VK11 based on sales orgn
But yours can be solved either with a LIS report also

Single invoice for multiple orders with different exchange rates
Hi Gurus,
We have a situation where the client wants to bill two orders together but both have been created in different months and have different header exchange rates.
Can someone advise if we can combine these orders / deliveries into one invoice if
(a) pricing dates & order creation dates are different
(b) exchange rate of order header differs for both orders
If standard behaviour is different, can someone advise how it can be manipulated to suit our requirement which is to have 1st exchange rate on those invoice items coming from 1st sales order and 2nd rate for those invoice items coming from 2nd sales order.
Thanks & Regards,
Krishna
SAP SDHi,
the date will not affect the consolidation of orders to a single invoices provided yur bill to party and all other details are same in both the docuemnts. But due to the exchange rate differences it may split. You can try the same in your test system. If it is splitting the invoice then you need to modify the requirement used in the copying control from order to billing to allow the same.

Single invoice for multiple DO & Output for the same!
Dear Gurus,
I have configured an output type for Export & its for Collective billing, where we have a contact,a sales order and multiple Outbound deliveries but have one collective billing for multiple DOs.
Here the issue is :-
1-when i go for collective invoice ,it does not generate a single invoice with all DOs
2-thus due to which output too is not getting generated.
I want the settings needed for collective invoice & output type for this export invoice.

Swati BhattHi,

In copy control at item level DATA VBRK/VBAP assign routine 001(SAMPLE INVOICE SPLIT)
2-Number of foreign trade data is diff again.
Check foreign trade data, It should be same in all delivery document

Single invoice against mutiple sales order for a single customer PO
Hi all,
Customer provide a single order via EDI per Depot. When the order is received into SAP these are split into multiple order based on the Production or distrubtion location of the products. The customer will receive a number of deliveries to the depot from the various locations. Each delivery has his own SAP sales order and delivery note. This creates mutliple invoice against a single Purchase order sent by the customer.
We have a requirement from two customers that they only wish to receive a single invoice per depot per day. This means we need to change the way we currently invoice the customers(no multiple invoices needed). We need to be able to combine multiple deliveries with the same PO to a single invoice. This would mean that the invoice can't be generated until all the deliveries relating to the single PO have been POD flagged or 7 days have passed from PO date and invoicing is due.
how to achieve the above, whether through user exit in billing or data transfer routine in copy control(delivery to billing) or through config and how ??
regards
sachinFor generating collective invoice from deliveries, you can customize the copy control (VTFL) as per your need. Please see the copy requirement 004 and data routine 001.

sachinHi Sachin,
You will have to create a new data transfer requirement on the copy control between the delivery and the invoice. In the new data transfer requirement, you will need a programmer to code when there should be an invoice split.

Order-related billing and Dlv-related Billing in single Invoice
Say in a single order or order type say OR there can be two materials with different item categories say TAN and ZTAN.
TAN with billing relevance as A( delivery related billing) and ZTAN with billing relevance as B (order related billing )
If that happens the billing will be split
In VOV8 we mention for OR the order related billing as F1 and delivery related billing as F2 in the billing tab
Now in billing TAN will pick F2 as it is delivery related billing
and
ZTAN will pick F1 as it is order related billing.
Now my question:
In VOV8, i maintained OR order type for Order-realted Billing as F2 and Delivery-related Billing as F2 as well.
Then will there still be an billing split ? There will be two F2 invoices TAN will pick one F2 invoice and ZTAN will pick another F2 invoice...?
And i want to know whether this an right way of doing things?? IF not, what is the right way of doing things?
Thank you very much.Hello,
Yes that is the right way.
You can create Single Invoice for Order Related Items & Delivery Related Items.
E.g. You are Selling Air Conditioner & also installing the same at Customer Location. Now you will Invoice the Customer for Air Conditioner & Installation in the same Billing Correct? Now Air Conditioner is Delivery Related Billing & Installation is Order Related Billing.
It is in such scenario Order Releted & Delivery Related Items can be Invoiced in same Billing Document.
While create Invoice enter the Delivery Number & the Sales Order Number, select both the LIne Items & Execute... You will see the system will pick items from both Order & Delivery.
Hope this helps,
Thanks,

Required all line item on a single Invoice
Dear Guru's,
My user required all line item (e.g :10)on a single invoice, currently he is getting 4 line item on a single page,he is getting his invoice on 3 pages instead of 1 page.
Pls provide us the solution asap.
Thanks In advance.
VJDear VJ
Sorry not clearly explained. Assuming that in a delivery you have 4 line items and you want one invoice for this. Presently, for u, line item wise one invoice is creating.
If my understanding is correct, go to VTFL, select the delivery type and billing type and choose the item category. There for the field Data VBRK/VBRP maintain routine 007. Of course, you can also maintain 003 or 006, but at a later date, if you want club multiple deliveries to one invoice, then these two routines will not work.
thanks

Multiple sales order with single invoice
Hi !
For the same dealer can we make single Invoice dispatching with multiple sales order ??? and How ?
Thanks.Hi Indrajit
If you want to create a single sales order into Multiple delivery then make sure that the delivery split should take place
The following are the parameters for the delivery split
Ship to party , route , delivery date, Shipping point ,Confirmed quantity date , Delivery priority
Example :
Say you have line item 1 & line item 2 , for line item 1 you have different ship to party and for line item 2 you have different ship to party then delivery split will take place for this two line items

Single Invoice (Normal & Value Contract)????
Hi,
As we are creating the invoice with two different ways e.g. normal and with reference to value contract. Generally, the discount on invoice with reference to value contract is applied higher than the normal invoice. So is it any way to do both invoice of same customer at same time in one process to save time.
means Can we get the one single invoice Normal and through Value Contract? if anybody knows please share T code with me along with process.

How to calculate different tax rates for same material in single invoice.
Dear All,
If the excise rates are changed during the budget and the stock is lying with the client with the existing rate.
After effective date of new rates we receive the good with new rates. The new and the old rate stock is sent to a customer in single invoice. How can we configure such case. The excise should calculate by old rate to old stock and new stock should be calculated by new rate.
Please guide in such case.
Thanks in advance.
deeptiHi Deepti
In copy control you will have to redeterfine taxes whilst billing.
If you want you change this and keep it as copy pricing. This won't change anything. Else use Copy prices and redetermine tax. You can find this setting in VTLA and VTFA in item category Pricing type.
You can't have both of then in the same invoice as procedure is decided for the whole invoice and not a single Item. You can rather have two different item category type. TAN and ZTAN you redetermine taxes for tan and copy them as it is for ZTAN.

Two deliveries in one invoice.
Dear ALL,
we have a requirement where we want to bill two delivery documents in one Invoice. both the deliveries have same shiping point, ship tp party etc.
When we go to VF04 with delivery related as ticked and execute we can see both the deliveries, but when we select both and click on collective billing doc/online invoice we can see both the values of the invoices, but the system is creating as two invoice numbers and not one.
We require both the values to be created as one invoice with the summation of both values so that we just take one print of the invoice and send it to the customer instead of sending two invoices as the staionary is also reduced.
please suggest if something is missing or the steps involved.
Thanks
AJHi
Please go through the below thread

Reg split delivery with single invoice
hello,
myquestion is ,one sale order, two split deliveries and both the deliveries should be posted in single invoice .Hi Vijay,
Please ensure that you should have only one
1) Division
2) Distribution Channel
3) Department
4) Recieving Point
5) Payer
6) Terms of Payemnt
7) Incoterms
8) Bill to Party
All of this data that you enter should be the same if any of this data varies then your invoice will be split and you will have two or more invoices.
If you wish to have only one invoice make sure that the data is the same for all of the above mentioned points....
Reward Points if this helps
