Two rectangles showing on screen at all times

When I booted up a week ago, my screen came on and showed a solid grey rectangle (like the look of a new page in Word), and a dashed grey rectangle on top of it (in the shape of a new page in Word in landscape.) Nothing I have done, including rebooting the system has done anything and it is superimposed on top of every program, and every screen.

DISCOVERED THE ANSWER!!!!!
I recently got one of these fun little squares and I just figured out (what seems to be) a simple way to keep the clock face on. (Though, I certainly agree with the comments about the ultimate impracticality of doing so for a long time, as the the battery in this thing only has so much to give.) I'm running the latest update on it.
This seemed too easy to believe when I did it! No need to keep it empty of music! No need to keep it in Fitness running! I think this works because the clock face, stop watch, and timer are all in the same segment of it's little nano operating system.
If you turn on the stopwatch then switch back to the clock face, it will stay fully illuminated as long as the stopwatch is running. I think the limit on the stopwatch is 24 hours, but my guess is your battery is going to be dead long before that. I'd recommend setting the brightness super low if you're going to do this.
Anyway, problem solved if you want to keep it lit for however long you like. (of course you have to sacrifice the stopwatch)

Save the vi as a template (*.vit), then you can open it (dynamically) as
often as you want. If you make the vi "floating", you get the best results.

It's not possible to have a totally blank iPhone as you describe.
Sounds like she simply restored it as "new".
Try reading the User's Guide so you'll have a better understanding of how the iPhone works.

I was fine with my mobile. My battery had just become empty, and so I put it to charge. When it was finished, so I lit it, which was part of the SMS. I am using Ubuntu OS. I want firefox to open in full screen mode when ever i open it. I don't want to press F11 every time. When ever i open it should automatically go to full screen mode. How can i achieve it?

Caps lock indicator remains on screen at all times

One of my clients has a T410 with Windows 7 64-bit installed. When he turns on his caps lock, the indicator lights up and the same indicator appears on the screen and then stays present until the caps lock is turned off. When caps lock is turned off the indicator disappears in about 3 seconds. My other T410s are not experiencing this issue. What can we do to change the indicator so that it only appears on-screen for 3 seconds? I appreciate your help.

I've got a touch iPod and for about a week now it's almost been permenently zoomed into the screen? I actually cannot get it to zoom back out. I've tried pulling the screen out with my fingers but that doesn't work. It's zoomed in on my home pages, on my music, settings everything! It makes simple things like deleting a number from my password login extreamly differcult. Please can someone help?!?! Thanks.

Double tap the screen with three fingers to un-zoom.
Then go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom and turn this OFF.

How do you get the time and weather to appear on your screen at all times?

I was told you can easily do that just as shown on the photo they have of the Droid Incredible on there wireless phone purchase page.

Trying to monitor an indicator at all times...regardless of program structure. HELP!

I have a complex Labview VI complete with several sequence structures and "for loops" that are necessary to control the logic of the program. I need to be able to monitor, via an indicator on the front panel, an indicator at all times during the program. Unfortunately, the way I have it set up, the indicator on the front panel will only display the correct values if the program is in the same structure as the indicator. How can I monitor an input regardless of where I am at in the program? Thank you!

I apologize for the confusion and thanks for trying to help out with this. The problem I am having is this: I have a high voltage (0 to 10,000 V source) that I need to measure the voltage on at all times - because of safety reasons. The high voltage source outputs a 0 to 5 V analog signal that is proportional to the 10,000V. I measure the 0 to 5 V signal with a DAQ and need to show the value at all times on the front panel. Because the voltage is always changing - even just a little bit - I should always see the value on the front panel changing. However, I only see the value changing and fluctuating when the program is in the same structure (the same part of the sequence) as the indicator (that indicates the 0 to 5 V signal to the user on the front panel). Once the program goes to the next part of the sequence structure, the indicator on the front panel stays at the last value that was collected just before the program moved to the next part of the sequence. I hope this is clearer. Thanks.

HT1414 My ipod touch shows white screen when i turn on. And, it does not register in my computer.

My Ipod touch don't start up as usual. It doesn't register to my PC. It shows white screen and some time other colors like green and blue. I trying restarting, but that did not work. I cannot restore the IOS because my Ipod touch doesn't even shows up in my Computer.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Many people are having this problem for the last couple of days. This is a problem that Apple has to fix. If you look around the forum, you will see many, many discusssions about this and they have been going on for a few days.
According to Fly150 in another discussion, this is a workaround - for the time being.
If you want to update the Apps while waiting for Apple to fix Updates:
1. Go to App Store
2. Select Purchased
3. Select All
4. Scroll down to find the Apps showing update
5. Select update on the Apps
This should update the Apps and get rid of the update count in App Store.
