Two side printing samsung

Hi, I have problem with my Samsung printer (M2070). I can't print any document two sided. Before printing i made all setting properly (checked duplexer and two side printing box) Do have any solution this trouble. Thanks!

According to the specifications for the M2070 on Samsung's web site, this model does not have an automatic duplexer. So that means you will have to manually remove the first printed side and load it back into the paper tray to print on the reverse side.

    Hi,
If you wish to keep print both sides as default, pleae try:
    (a) Double click (or touch) "HP Photosmart 5520" icon (should be one on desktop,
    (b) Click Set Preferences
    (c) In "Lay out" tab, there are 3 options in print Both sides, select "Flip on Long Edge" (normally for Portrait printing)
    (d) Click "Apply"
You can overwrite this default when printing from applications using Printer properties.
    Regards.

my c8180 printer error says two side print module not installed but i have used it before.i reinstalled printer with cd but did not help. Jean

What operating system? The duplexer typically must be enabled (just once...) in the driver to make it available.  Enable the duplexer as shown in the Vista/Win 7 Duplex Printing Troubleshooting Guide here.

  • Convert two-side printing to one-side printing

I have a 6i report printing two-side pages. New changes need deleting back side so I delete the frame and everything on it. But the report still prints two sides, one being the desired and the other one unwanted blank (I know it because HP LaserJet 2100 prints two pages, as if it prints a two-side page report). Our production uses Xerox printers to print two-side pages so I don't want it print the blank, avoid its "overworking".
How can I delete the unwated blank side/page? What propert should I change?
    Thanks in advance!

  • Two side printing out of Acrobat?

does anyone happen to know how to get a two-sided print out of Acrobat X? i have a 295 page numbers help document i want to print out and i can't find this setting no matter how much i look. the Adobe forum seems to be somewhat "windows-centric" but i am going to ask there as well.
i also tried a "two sided printing" search in the Acrobat help and no results came up.
TIA for any help on this.

    hi gents.
    thank you.
i do in fact have a duplex unit the HP 8600 All in One. the driver section for this printer (accessed through the Print + Scan options in Preferences) shows up as "HP OfficeJet Pro 8600" and it has both the Duplexer option checked as well as the "Additional Paper Input Tray" checked. Driver version is 3.3.3. also, note that i DO print on two sides in some of my other software (including docs printing with/from iOS7 on my iPhone).
i guess i need to check to see if i have the correct driver (?) but can you help me with two things before we get there?
    1. when i hit File > Print in Acrobat i get what looks like a "Mac" printer interface. it doesn't actually look like either of your screenshots (thanks) - even though i /think/ i have seen these before either on the laptop or on the desktop.
if i click on "Printer" in my dialog i then get a prompt (in this case with an adobe logo) that i have never understood: "The Print Setup dialog box is provided by the operating system. To ensure that you can use the full print capabilities of Acrobat, please set all print options from the Applications dialog box. Do you want to continue? Yes/No".
does anyone know what this means or what i am misunderstanding in all of this? seems totally bizarre to get the mac print dialog and then get into the Printer button and then get this option especially if i am running a print pulldown option from Acrobat...
    2. i am having to /manually/ put paper tray with the proper paper size into my two tray Espon WF 7520. i want to say that i /don't/ have this problem with the HP 8600 but now that i think about it i am not sure i have ever tried the second paper tray on the 8600. HOWEVER, i /do/ see the Duplexer checkbox option in the Driver settings of the 8600 while i /don't/ see this setting in the Epson WF 7520.
does anyone know if this is likely (also?!) a DRIVER SIDE ISSUE with respect to not getting any of my software to print to the second tray on the Epson? i mean, if i sherlock holmes this i /could/ say that if i cannot print to the second tray it is likely a old or wrong driver issue or even a implementation that they did not build into the good driver - since i cannot get to the second tray from anything on anything? or would this be incorrect...?
    THANKS

  • Does the HP Photosmart Premium Model C310 Series have the capability to do two side printing?

Is my printer capable of doing two sided printing without manual intervention?

    Hi fildawg,
First, check to see that the two-sided printing accessory is showing as installed:
    1. Click the Apple icon on the top bar, to the far left
    2. Click System Preferences
    3. Click Print & Fax (10.6.8 and Earlier) or Print & Scan (10.7.x)
    4. Click to select your printer (HP Photosmart C310) from the list on the left
    5. Click the Options & Supplies button on the right
    6. Click the Driver tab
    7. Look for a line item that says "HP Two-sided Printing Accessory (Duplexer)", and make sure it has a check mark to the left of it.
Next, here are the steps to print two-sided:
The following is an example of the print workflow I use - it is just the order of menus/buttons/settings that you go through when setting up a print job.
    1. Open a document to print
    2. Click File --> Page Setup (If Page Setup is available, Safari doesn't usually have this option).
    3. Under Format For: select the specific printer (Sometimes this will default to "Last Used Printer").
**By specifying the printer, you enable the driver-specific options for that product.
    4. Select the Paper Size, then Click Ok
    5. Click File --> Print
**Depending on the application, you may see a condensed driver window. Look for a down arrow or show details button to expand to the full size driver window.
    6. Depending on which version of Mac OS X you are using, the two-sided option will either be:
    - A check box towards the top of the driver window (or alternately, a selection within the Layout menu where you select the binding style).
    - A menu item located in the drop down menu that is just below Orientation.
    7. Click the Paper Type/Quality menu item, and ensure that these settings are correct for the media being printed on.
    8. Click Print.
Please let me know if you need further assistance with this, or more detail.
    Thanks!

Could this be a driver problem?  They have told me my driver sent with the printer is not correct for Windows 8.  I tried downloading one from the sight.  It did not load.  I can print but stuck in double sided mode even though says OFF.  Any suggestions?

    Hi jessasdad!
In the Mac OS X operating system, you will need to turn off 2-sided printing in each application.  Please follow the steps below:
Click [File], and then [Print] in the application you would like to print from.
Click the drop-down arrow next to [Copies & Pages]or the name of the program.  This depends on the program that you are printing from.
    Select [Layout].
Set the 2-sided option as [OFF].
Click the "Presets" drop-down arrow and click "Save current setting as preset."
Name it "1-sided" or "Single-Sided" and verify that the imageCLASS D530 is the only printer selected.
    Click "OK".
    Print the document.

  • Two sides printing HP Photo Smart C4280 OS X Lion

    Hi folks!
I am just trying to find the HP driver to have my HP Photo Smart C4280 printer to allow the feature Duplex Printing. After doing some research, I just could find the link for Snow Leopard.

  • Two sided print with Mac Mavericks 10.9.3

I had everything reinstalled on my Mac. Since then, I can't make the two sides printing work.
I have a HP Photosmart C7280. Duplexer is ticked.
I choose print two sides on the window options to print. But then the printers doesn't do it.
If I go to show presents from the printing options window, then layout, I see two sided is off.
But there I don't have the option to change it.
Why something so simple is made so time consuming? Does HP care about the environment?
    Thanks.

    Hello Planeta-Aleph,
    Welcome to the HP Forums!
I understand you're unable to print double sided using the Photosmart C7280. I will do my best to assist you! Unfortunately, for this printer and the operating system you currently have, there isn't a full feature software available.
You can only install a basic print driver using an Apple Update. This information is stated from the HP document on OS X v10.9 Mavericks: Installing and Using the Printer on a Mac.
Added features that were included in the full feature software are not included in the basic print driver. This is why the two sided is set to off and you're unable to turn this feature on.
Please let me know if you have any further questions. Have a great night!

  • Printing on two sides on HP1102w

Formerly, when I gave the order for two-sided printing, the printer would start, and a screen would pop up telling me to withdraw the paper and replace it below, and then the printer would print the second sides. Now, it begins to print, the same screen pops up but then disappears quickly, and the printer prints the whole document on single- side. How can I get it back to its former behavior? Thanks.

Hi @norm4,  Thanks so much for getting back to me!
I've got a few more suggestions to get your printer running properly again. First of all, do you have any other computers in the house? If so, install the P1102w software from the previous post and try printing double sided from the alternate computer. This will tell us definitively if the issue lies with the printer or the driver on your Windows 7 computer. Also, do you have the printer connected directly to a wall outlet or is it in a surge protector or power bar? Even if you have been using a surge protector/power bar all this time and you feel it is not the cause, please connect it to a wall outlet just so we can eliminate the power source as the root cause. Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector
In this document you will see, ISSUE: Problems or issues may arise when an HP LaserJet series printer is connected to an uninterruptible power supply (UPS), a power strip, or a surge protector
^ This is not limited to Laserjet printers. If you are able to print double sided from another computer (or don't have acess to an alternate computer), I'd like you to try the steps below.  1. Uninstall the HP printer software from your computer. 2. Use the following steps to delete the printer from device and printers, and the driver from the server properties.
    3. In the Devices and Printers folder (you can access this from the Start Menu)
    4. Choose Print server properties.
    5. Select any printer in the Devices and Printers folder and click Print Server properties above.
    6. Click on the Drivers tab at the top of Print server properties window
    7. Choose the printer you want to uninstall and click Remove
    8. Choose Remove driver only
    9. The next screen will give a warning, letting you know that deleting the driver package will remove it from the system. Click Yes to say that you are sure you want to do this.
If documents are stuck in the print spooler, you may see an error, cancel any documents pending in the print queue, or try restarting the print spooler, then try to remove the driver from ‘Print server properties again. If it still won’t remove the package, restarting the computer and the printer should resolve this ‘in use’ error and allow the driver to be removed.
If the you continue to get an 'in use' message follow the steps in the document here; The Specified Printer Driver is Currently in Use - Source Once all of these steps are completed, we can now re-install the computer by downloading a fresh version of the software here: HP LaserJet Full Feature Software and Driver If you are unable to print double sided from an alternate computer you may need to perform a reset on your printer. Please be sure to respond and let me know your results, so I can sent you the reset instructions if necessary.

  • Change print preference back to one side from printing on two sides

We have an HP Officejet 6500 E7 10n-z with the duplexer installed. I have set the printer to print front and back and when I want to print on just one side I can't seem to get the printer back to single side. I go to layout and printer setting preferences and it appears to be set for one side but then it prints on both sides. I'm obviously missing a step. Does anyone have a solution?

    Hi,
Make sure the Two-sided Printing been set to one side both under Control Panel > Printers and under the Preferences settings within the application being used to print.
While changing from the control panel affect the whole system, changing the settings from any application (e.g. word) will remain as configured by the specific application.
Open the document you want to print, then click File > Print.
Clic the Properties / Preferences button within the print dialog, then verify the setting.
Please let me know of any change,
    Shlomi

  • 8500A Plus prints two sided. Each side prints to edge so neither will align with each other

What setting could I be overlooking?
I have a 8500A Plus with the Two-sided Printing Accessory installed. I'm using it as a wireless printer from a Macbook Pro, using ADOBE Acrobat 9, both 100% and fit to page have an alignment issue.
I want to print a two sided document, one page per side, orientation landscape, both sides same size, align on both sides center (or at least align back-to-back). But whatever I try, it gets printed "binding top"  which renders the header on one side back-to-back with the footer on the other side.
This is important to my production as a graphic designer. Please help.
