Two sided printing when I print multiple pages

Don't know what happened but all of a sudden when I print multiple pages, it prints double sided. Doesn't matter if I go into preferences and click one sided, it still prints double. I have a MAC, vers 10.9.5 and it looks like my adobe acrobat pro looks like vers 8, Can any help this village idiot? Ready to pull my hair out or throw this huge peice of equipment out the window. Oh, and at intervals a window comes up for Adobe updates and it says, not online--while I am online. Apple can't even help me. Thanks a million.

Not sure what type of printer you are using or environment you are in (corporate workgroup) but it is possible someone set the printer defaults to two-sided.

Your logic is working fine when i have a single datagrid.
What i'm doing here is, i took a VBox(playout) and printing 2 ADG's in that,so the column headers of 2nd ADG are not printing when it continues to next page.
Here is the sample code:

I have 1 HP Officejet J6480 All-in-one printer, when I print a page off of the net, it only prints one top line (ex: Page 1 of 1) and it only prints the footer. It does the same with my HP Deskjet F4100 series printer.

Your printer should have a little window on the top for you to set the Language, Power Setting, Paper Size and Print Quality etc.

8500A Plus prints two sided. Each side prints to edge so neither will align with each other

What setting could I be overlooking?
I have a 8500A Plus with the Two-sided Printing Accessory installed. I'm using it as a wireless printer from a Macbook Pro, using ADOBE Acrobat 9, both 100% and fit to page have an alignment issue.
I want to print a two sided document, one page per side, orientation landscape, both sides same size, align on both sides center (or at least align back-to-back). But whatever I try, it gets printed "binding top" which renders the header on one side back-to-back with the footer on the other side.
This is important to my production as a graphic designer. Please help.

Printing large Panel across multiple pages!

We are trying to print a receipt which has master panel consisting of more than 10 components(transaction panels) which are going to spread multiple pages. Is there a way to print this multiple page spanning receipt. I appreciate your response.

I don’t think you want to set the image’s width/height to the page dimensions. I think that will shrink the image to fit the page. If you leave the image as a larger size, FlexPrintJob should chop into enough pages.

Cant quite give you source code, but a fellow named stanislav has created some very interesting examples to do what you want but with JTextComponents. From what I have seen with the examples a little bit of tinkering should be able to get the same thing happening for JTable as well.

I don't have InDesign installed. I'll consider installing it, but it's sad that we have to install an entire app to get functionality for Adobe graphics programs that even browsers offer routinely. Jeez, Firefox spans pages automatically.
If you have a graphic larger than the page and you don't opt to resize it, Photoshop should offer to clip the overflow or print multiple pages. And ideally, to print multiple pages with an optional overlap.
I would have thought this was in version 1. But then again, Photoshop didn't have a thumbnail browser until what, version 7?

"Error while printing" when sharing printer under 10.6

This just started yesterday. When attempting to print from either of two other computers (both 10.4.11) to a printer (HP LJ 1160) connected via USB to a MacBook Pro (10.6.2), the print fails with the cryptic error message: "Error while printing."
I have searched these help forums and have tried repairing permissions on all computers. I have also verified that the /tmp symbolic link is in place on all computers.
I have also tried resetting the print systems on all computers. I am able to add the shared printer on the client computers, but when attempting to print to the selected shared printer I still get the error.
The Console on the client computer generates the following items in the log:
2010-01-18 08:59:49.452 TextEdit[423] PMSessionValidatePrintSettings failed (error code = -50)
2010-01-18 08:59:50.812 TextEdit[423] Invalid PMPrintSettings in print info
Any ideas?

on the wife's g4 powerbook, added a network-shared printer, attempts to print to it result in:

Why does all the header info of an email get printed when I print out an email?

Hi,
As the issue occours with a specific document only, make sure to verify that any of the document settings are set correctly
(e.g. the right paper size, the page margins, etc...)
Additionaly, try copying the entire content of the document and paste into a new blank document, try printing the new document and check for any change.

I suggest you check the various available options to your problems in spool (output controller) administration by means of transaction,
SPAD - Spool Admininstration as well as the test ones by transaction SPAT.
Also alternatively check the transaction SP02.

Problem printing when spool print documents is selected as apposed to print direct

I have an officejet 6500 and I'm having a problem printing a label created using Label Factory Deluxe software. The job will not print if spool print documents so that printing finishes faster is selected under the printer properties. The job appears to be sent to the printer. The printer icon appears in the task tray for less than a second and the printer makes a trill sounding beep but nothing prints. In addition there is nothing in the print que. It will print however, if print directly to the printer is selected. Any ideas???

Well with out any info on versions the easiest way is to check the Not Printer Option on in the Page Setup of the Report.
