Two types of outputs for goods receipt

Dear all guru,
we are making GR for suppose 5 items.
and here we are printing GR document for store record with having all 5 items in single document.
and also we need to take additional printout for 5 items seperately for GR Tag for keeping with material lot.
so we need 6 print outs.
Pl guide me how to use two output types and one is based on collective and one is individually for each item.

Tricky one!!
I belive you can controll it by using the appropriate Output type for eg:
Output type WE03 is for all line items in an GR document.
Output type WE01 is for seperate line item in GR documnt.
The issue is you can mantain only one output type at a time.
The general solution would be mantain WE03 as default output type and later for seperate line item print out go to MB02 and change the output type to WE01 and save it and process the output using MB90 with refrence to Material document.
For other customized solution need to be coded for the output determination procedure, get help from your ABAPER. A customised hard coded routine need to be insert in the procedure for the output type you want to use.

    Hi,In MN21 you need to do the settings for Output types 'WLB1' for Individual Slip or 'WLB3' for Collective Slip for the Subcontracting Mat Doc. for 541,
    Similarly for 101 you need to do the settings for output type WA01, also check in MIGO the 101 document in display, the tick is marked for getting the output. without that tick you will not be able to see & print the Mat. Doc. in MB90.

    u can see the output types for Goods Receipt in Transaction NACE. Application M1
    Output type        Name
    CHKL     Count List ( Program RTCHECKL, form RT_CHECK_LIST)
    GRPL     Pallet Sticker ( Pro RTCHECKL, form RT_PALLET_LABEL)
    The Form names mentioned are SAPSCRIPTS not smartforms.
    Also Bhargava, chk out with ur Consultant wat output type suits ur requirement coz there r multiple options as u can see for urself in NACE under Applications M1/ME.

    1. Use transaction MB03, Enter the material document and material year.
    2. click button 'DETAILS FM ITEM'.
    3. Now Click button MESSAGES.
    4. Here you have to assign a output type.
    5. Click further data, select value 'Send with application own transaction' to field 'DISPATCH TIME'.
    6. Use transaction MB90, give the output type assigned for the material document and year, u will get the printable output format for goods reciept.
    Output type WE01, WE02, and WE03 can be used.

  • To find movement type for goods receipt

    Can someone tell me how to find the movement type for all the special stocks  for goods receipt except 101.  I am searching manually from MB5B tcode  for all the special stock  for specific client but its too hectic process to find manually all the goods receipt in this way .
    Any table / way to find the movement type used for goods receipt  please suggest.

    I don't think MB5B the best report to analize goods movement...
    1. Try MB51 and set "not empty" for special stock indicator. Which movement means GR and which does not...good question...
    You should know what you are looking for...(see point two)
    2. Using SE16 + MSEG you can analize your goods movement: MSEG-BWART (movement type) and MSEG-SOBKZ can be used to select relevant goods movement.
    In MKPF you will find two indicators: MKPF-BLART and MKPF-BLAUM (GR against PO is identified by MKPF-BLAUM""WE") - you can use these somehow...but in my opinion the best is if you collect all the movement types that means GR at your comapny and put them in MSEG-BWART as selection criteria...
    (if you want to use MKPF and MSEG you have to build a query in SQVI or in SQ01/SQ02).

    Factory Output Account for Goods Receipt on Finished Goods Inventory:
    Could someone suggest if anyone has ever been able to separate the variances that normally post to a factory output account into one separate G/L account. My experience has always been that good receipts to finished goods inventory and the corresponding variances have always posted to the same factory output account. My client wants to separate this posting into two separate accounts. Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

    You can use separate G/L account for Factory Output Account for Goods Receipt on Finished Goods Inventory and Variances.
    goto OBYC T.code do the following settings.
    GBB-->AUA-assign gl account
    PRD-->PRD-assign gl account.
    one question from my side.
    If you are using same account for both entries, where do you assing GL accounts in OBYC?

  • Creation of new movement type for Goods Receipt

    Is it possible to create a new movement type same as 101 (goods receipt)?  We need to create a separate movement type of 101 for the purpose of separating G/L account to be used for local and importation purchases.  Or is there any other way to separate the G/L account for GR of local and importation purchases without creating a new movement type?

    You can create new Mvt type by copying Mvt type in OMJJ trxn ..
    Please follow the following steps
    Check whether you can use the preset movement types.
    If not, define new movement types as follows:
    1.  Once you have carried out the activity, the system displays a dialog
        box for field selection. In this, you can restrict the movement
        types you work with to various fields. To copy a movement type,
        select the field  Movement type and choose Continue. The dialog box
        Define work area appears.
    2.  In the dialog box Define work area, enter the movement type you want
        to copy in the From: field. In the To: field, enter the name of the
        new movement type you want to create. To go to the overview of the
        selected movement types, choose Continue.
    3.  Select the movement type you want to copy, and choose Edit -> Copy
        as.
        Overwrite the selected movement type with the new movement type
        (beginning with 9, X, Y, or Z) and copy all dependent entries.
        The system copies all control indicators from the reference movement
        type to the new movement type.
    4.  Check all views for the new movement type and, if necessary, change
        the control indicators. Please note that some views have a detail
        screen.
    5.  Copy the reversal movement type and enter it in the view
        Reversal/follow-on movement types.
    6.  Save your settings.

    You cant use the SAME OUTPUT type for both the MATERIAL DOCUMENT PRINT &  LABEL STICKER PRINTER
    You have to create separate OUTPUTS for these two separately, since you have to assign the different SMARTFORM/SAPSCRIPT to them
    You can use same CUSTOM PRINT PROGRAM for both with logic differentiating these two objects.
    You can find the customising settings in the transaction code NACE.
    Please check the transaction code and let us know if you need any frther details in specific.

  • Print programs for Goods Receipt, GI, ST, Subcont. TP, Consignment TP ...

    Hello Gurus,
    There is a Business requirement to have a separate print forms for every Inventory transactions like Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer, Sub-Contracting Transfer Posting, Consignment Transfer Posting, etc.
    We need to use the Transaction MB90 to print all the Inventory documents.
    While checking the Output types, we find that basically WE03 is for Goods Receipt (Collective Slips) & WA03 is for Goods Issue / Transfer postings (Collective Slip)
    I would like to know that inorder to assign a different Smart Form & Program (One for each of the transactions listed above) to the output types, is there a way around to work with these 2 Output types & have the 5 different Smart Forms - Programs assigned to these 2 Output types or do I need to create a copy of these output types & use them instead, one output type for each Smart form - Print program combination

    First, you can maintain <B>PRINT ID</B> in the IMG for each movement type<BR>
    Second, you can create multiple <B>OUTPUT TYPE</B> - one for each.
    Third, in MN21, create ouotput records using a combination of <B>OUTPUT TYPE</B> and <B>PRINT ID</B>

    Example:
    GR movement types 101, 105, etc, you can have <B>PRINT ID</B> 1 and <B>OUTPUT TYPE</B> Z001
    GI movmeent types 201,261, etc. you can have <B>PRINT ID</B> 2 and <B>OUTPUT TYPE</B> Z002

    Sap script: WESCHEINVERS1 or VERS2 or VERS3 (this is for GR for normal purchase orders)
    I would suggest you use the latest version.

    I used /SMB11/BL_MMGR1_L in my choice and I then searched programs using /SMB11* until I found something that looked like a match in it's text. 
    I can only tell you that after configuring via tcode NACE application ME and output type WE03 (because again the text matched what I was wanting to do) with program /SMB40/M07DR it did give me the results I wanted.  This is a specific answer and NOT the more general answer you might have really wanted.  There is much discussion in forum for that more general question.  Personally until SAP sees the wisdom of maintaining a table to make a more direct search key more possible rather than a full SAPSCRIPT, SMARTFORM, PDF search we have some agony to endure.
    Now if can you tell me where (table & fields) number of containers found on tabstrip Quantity of tcode MIGO is stored and we can call this even.
    GOITEM-ANZGEB is NOT the answer I want to hear as structure names do not count and it is not defined in any structures of the global  settings.

  • No transfer exists for goods receipt reference(From ECC to SNC )

    Hi All,
    We are facing one issue in ECC and SNC while transferring Goods Reciept Information to SNC via ECC.
    We recieved ASN information from SNC and did Goods Reciept against ASN via Inbound delivery.
    Now when we used the report RSMIPROACT to transfer Goods Reciept Information it is giving message
    "No transfer exists for goods receipt referenc".
    I did all setting like
    I ticked check box  for Goods Reciept Reference and Delivery03.
    Source list is maintained and also Message type STPOD is configured for Logical system.
    Please can some one help me in telling me why system is not selecting any PO for transfer of GR information even tough Goods Reciept is done for PO.
    OR
    Is there anyotherway where we can send the Goods Reciept Information from ECC to SNC

    Hi Raghavendra ,
    Make sure in We20 following setting is required:
    Go to your partner type LS (logical system) and create outbound parameter:
    Message Type:STPPOD
    Receiver Port:<Your port number> which connects to PI from ECC
    Transfer IDoc Immed checked with Output mode=2
    Basic type:DELVRY03
    Checked Cancel Processing After Syntax Error.
    No other setting is required in above outbound parameter.
    Go to RSMIPROACT report
    You need enter following data:
    1)Plant
    2)MRP area of plant
    3)If want for all material then enter * or enter list of materials
    4)Enter target system (SNC system)
    5)checked only Goods receipt Reference
    6)In execution parameter select Update run radio button
    7)Log select log complete report
    8)IDoc type DELVRY03
    Lastly main thing is GR date enter GR date.
    When you execute RSMIPROACT report you will get this message "No transfer exists for goods receipt reference" then it will ask whether you want to change your selection click on <b>NO</b>.
    Now check whether IDoc is got triggered or not?

    Please let me know ,how to handle TYPE QUANT fields when i am generating an Outbound IDOC for Goods receipt for message type MBGMCR with the IDOC type MBGMCR03.
    At item level when passing the value for quantity received field ,the QUAN value into NUMC or CHAR before MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE to pass it to data record it is showing correctly in my BADI .
    after generating the idoc , the field value is appended with next field value passed.
    before generating IDOC
    erfmg( 60.000) - ENTRY_QTY(060)
    efrme (EA)       - ENTRY-UOM(EA)
    after generating IDOC
    IN WE02
    ENTRY_QTY-060EA
    later field values are mismatching .
    Please let me know the resolution.

    Hi,
         Standard Idoc types for invoice is  INVOIC01 and INVOIC02.
    - Use WE30 for seeing Idoc types with segment.
    Or otherwise go for Custom Idoc
               Create Custom Idoc type with required fields,custom output type and assign it to partner profiles.(If there is no std idoc type or output type)
              Use Funtion module MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE to generate Idocs while saving MIRO, for this you need to find exit or implement implicit enhancement while saving MIRO.

    I am facing problem while doing UD for Goods Receipt Inspection against Purchase Order.
    The Problem is,
    "Selected set code does not exist, or data entered is incomplete
    Message no. QV121
    Diagnosis
    Code  in code group * (selected set 1000 in plant ) does not exist.
    Procedure
    Enter a valid combination or complete combination, or make sure that the combination is available in the selected set."
    And the Result Recording for Inspection lot is completed.

    Hi Naveen,
    1.     Go to QCC0 > Quality inspection  >  Inspection lot creation  > Maintain Inspection Types > Select 01 (or the type which you are using) and double click on it.
    2.     Check what code is maintained in UD Selected Set
    3.     Create the same code in QS51 for your plant.
