Two Weeks....More like months.

I was supposed to have my line burried 2 weeks after my comcast internet was installed. Well 2 weeks was months ago. NOT impressed. I have sworn off comcast in the past, but keep on having to come back. I just wish just once they would fully deliver what they say they are going to in time frame promised.

Hello mlazaretti. Vacation time is awesome. (Especially a road trip!) Since you will be going out for two weeks, you never know if having extra data may come in handy. I highly recommend switching to the next tier up so this way you have more data. This way it is only $10.00 more versus $15.00, and you dont have to worry about overages. Then change back at the start of the next billing cycle.

I have an IPA2 wifi 3g working fine with wifi up for 3 monthes then from two weeks it get connection but after 1 minutes stop to serf/download with signal and connection always present. With the same router are still connected others 3 pc working!

I all,
the scenario is the following:
WIFI connection with TISCALI operator. Encryption made by WPA2 EAS with router SITECOM or tested also with another router DIGICOM with WPA TPK.
From December up to end of March the IPAD2 working perfectly serfing and downloading.
By two weeks it has a very strange behavour without have changed any configuration on IPAD or network:
with WIFI turned on it discover about 4 different ntw among them the mine, I successfully authenticate with psw the my ntw,
the IPAD2 start to run with Safari without problems, but after about 1 minutes, it stop to serf or download and answer that the Server cannot be reached or the page cannot be open, at the same time the signal is present on the icon of WIFI and it is strong.
This problem is systematic: If I dissasociate the ntw and then authenticate again I start to serf again for 1 minutes (more or less) and then it stops again, this occurs every time I authenticate the ntw after a disassociation.
I made some test changing the encryption from WPA2, WPA and also without encryption but the result was always the same, after about one minute the server seems to be for the IPAD2 no more reachable while the others PC and netbook connected to the same router continue to serf/download without problems!
I also tried to change the router with a DIGCOM that I did not use generally, but the behavour is always the same.
Since the IOS was the 4.3 revisin, I made the upgrade by means Itunes to IOS 5.1 succesfully installed.
But unfortunatelly all test repeted have had the same negative result with the same behavour!
Yesterday I tried to do the complete restore of the System but the tests had the same rsult.
I really don't know how to proceed, the problem started suddenly without any action from my side....is there someone that can help me?

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

Firefox4 keeps haning on first page , and shown not responding at top of page.had to install 3.6.16 to get firefox to work.(no virusses/mall/adware etc. found, amd explorer worked fine) how can i get ff4 to work properly again (like it did for two weeks)

The left shift key behaves the same on the laptop keyboard and on an external Apple keyboard.
This just started in last week after 6 months of use. The right shift key and other keys on the keyboard all appear to work correctly.
Suggestions greatly appreciated.

I have a solution to this issue now after a discussion with Apple Support. Some where in the last few weeks, there was a change in the key that would do a Show Desktop under the Mission Control settings in the System Preferences. Even though the key sequence that was shown for the Show Desktop setting did not include the Left SHift key, by changing this first to having no key sequence and applying that and then changing it back to the F11 key, the Left SHift key issue that I was having has cleared up.
A second issue that was uncovered was that the SSD had some issues (uncovered when I ran Disk Utility using the Repair Disk key). I had to restart and use the Disk Utility through the Command R sequence to get to the stand alone Disk Utility. The SSD appears to be running better as a result as well.
Hope that this is of use to someone else in the future.

I have had my ipad in Mexico for 3 weeks. For the first two weeks it worked great. Suddenly I can't access my itunes, my ibooks, facetime, etc. At first I thought the problem was with items I was trying to purchase but it is more than that. Ideas???

As i stated initially, everything worked great for two weeks. The first problem I noticed was not being able to open Itunes. It would seem to load, click to a blank screen, and then go back to my icon page. The problem has spread to include anything that I want to browse and purchase, such as apps. Last night I found I could not use facetime either. Also I cannot use my NPR app. It downloads but when I touch an article I would like to read, the screen goes black and then returns to my original icon page.Not knowing what anything has to do with the problem, I have noticed that there are several apps that are in the process of being updated but will NOT update: Pinball Wizard, ibooks, Where's My Water, The Daily, and Pandora Radio. I am in Morelia, Mexico. We have a good internet provider. That does not seem to be the problem. When I purchased my Ipad, I was told that it was usable internationally. Is that the problem? Any suggestions or advice? All will be appreciated. Thanks!

I think I have a solution that will at least give you a clue how to go about it. I have simplified the tables you mentioned and created them as temporary tables on my side, with some fake data to test with. I have incldued the generation of these temporary
tables for your review.
In my example I have included:
1. A customer which has purchased the same product on the same day, using the same ship 3 times,
2. Another example the same as the first but the third purchase was on a different day
3. Another example the same as the first but the third purchase was a different product
4. Another example the same as the first but the third purchase was using a different "ShipVia".
You should be able to see that by grouping on all of the columns that you wich to return, you should not need to perform any subselects.
Please let me know if I have missed any requirements.

Hi yes that works well when the new ipad hasn't been used. Trouble new one has been used for two months or more, has lots photos email etc etc. I am worried that these will go. When we did iPhone thru same process finished up with two of most things pics and emails. The emails alone were over 2 thousand and wife reluctant to delete them all. I would and just sort pics. Any other ideas

The backup disk image "/Volumes/Data/Linda's Computer 1.sparsebundle" could not be created (error 22).
I tried resetting the Time Capsule and connecting with an ethernet cable, although the Ariport Utility says everything is working fine through WiFi.

If the light will not turn on the TC is dead. No matter that the hard disk is running.. it should only run at start up or when it is accessed not constantly.. that means the board in the TC has failed. Apple do not repair them.. They will replace it under warranty or applecare.
If you have gone over the 12month warranty it will still be covered if you have applecare on any computer or an Apple TV. In fact the cost of the apple TV plus apple care is still cheaper than buying a new TC.. so it is a route some people are taking.. certainly depends.. in some places like Europe or Australia now, there is a recognition that statutory warranty must be longer on a product that is premium to the market. 12months is not good enough. Apple will sometimes listen.
They might be fixable but I do not know how.

Make an appointment with the Genius Bar at your Apple Store. If they determine there is an issue with your iPad, it will be replaced.

Try this now. Reboot your iPad.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Adobe store has been broken for more than two weeks (trying to download Flash Lite 2.0)

post',... I have been trying to download a purchase of Flash Lite
2.0 for a Nokia N70 phone for two weeks now, but the online store
is broken.
Unfortunately I've spent over two hours on hold, accross
maybe four phone calls (repeating the problem, explaining that
although the order status says 'shipped', that it is a downloadable
product only), and still don't have the player.
Adobe: if you're listening, please: I need either an
alternate download link or a CD mailed to me for Flash Lite 2.0 for
a Nokia N70. The folks doing phone support ultimately always
suggest 'waiting for the store to be fixed', but I've waited two
weeks- I just want the darned player I paid for so I can complete
my mobile device project!

The problem occurs during installation.
At the first stage, short download installs the GetPlus
DLM (Download Manager). I can see it installed in
Settings --> Control Panel --> Add or Remove Programs.
Then it leaves a shortcut with the Adobe icon in my Desktop
reading "Resume Adobe Downloads".
When I press it (shortcut to "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" AND ALSO TO "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NOS\nosget_start_manager_15235.html")
the real download of the files should begin.
It just opens the downloading applet and before downloading anything
I am getting this "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem with the said add-on, and must close... Send notification/Do not send (you know)"
