TX11 - Forex Forward Contract Roll Over - Screen Enhancement

Dear Colleagues,
In TX11 - when we create Roll-over,
I want to update 3 fields : (from tx03 - administration tab)
1. Assignment (VTGFHA-ZUOND)
2. Internal Ref (VTGFHA-REFER)
3. Characteristics (VTGFHA-MERKM)
and additionally, I need to make the above 3 referred fiels available on the screen in TX11 transaction.
I am using SAP ECC 5.0.
Kindly do provide me the guidelines for the same.

After rolling over, you can go into the transaction using FTR_EDIT - Change and then update these fields.

Treasury : Contract Roll Over

Hi All ,
In relation to Contract Rollover functionality in SAP as far as I understand Rollover is only possible for Product Category Fixed Deposit , Deposit at Notice and Foreign Exchange.But I am not sure what exactly this functionality do and is it possible to extend this for other type of product category for instance Interest Rate instruments. Can you please share your knowledge or understanding relating to Contact Rollover with an example.

Hi Sandeep ,
As you mentioned that Roll over facility is to extend the term date or the validity date of the contract but the same is possible for Product Types created under Product category Interest rate instruments ( For instance in our case we have created Product Type Short Term Loans , Inter Company Loans etc. under Product Category Interest Rate Instruments) even when SAP does not give the option of Roll Over for this type of Product Category (As can be seen in FTR_EDIT).
For Instance what we do is that once we have created a Short Term Contract for a particular term and have posted the FI entries For Transaction 'Borrow' through T.Code TBB1 the system still gives us the option to change the period of the term till the time we have not posted cash flows for the forcasted Interest amount and repayment. And if we change the term system automatically recalculated the forecasted cash flows for the interest and and the repayment amount.
So my confusion is that if we can change the terms of the contract in this way what is the use of Roll Over function. Is it used to change the terms of the contract after the contract has been closed meaning all the flows have been posted i.e cash flows for borrow , interest and repayment.

Forex Option Forward Contract

Hi Gurus,
I am currently working on one of the Treasury implementation projects and need an assistance in the scenario mentioned below...
SCENARIO :
The company has entered into Forex Forward transaction and would like to with draw the foreign exchange partially during the period of contract (for eg. 01.11.2008 to 31.12.2008) for any payments and at the end of a certain period would also like to know what is the amount still available to be with drawn. The company would like to go for rollover at the end of the contract for any amount which is still not with drawn.
Questions:
1. How do i give the Value date From and To date in the contract creation.
2. How can i do the partial waith drawal.
3. How do i see the Forex position on a certain date during the contract.

Hi Kasi,
In the scenario mentioned, the option is to go for premature settelment and then roll over for the un utilised balance.
In case of premature settlement you can with draw the amount partially and every time this transaction is created a separate netting transaction is generated.
For the balance unutilised amount can be rolled over for a future period and with drawn accordingly.
U can add any forex charges for premature settlement going in to the individual transaction.

Sap has provided standard structure for item enhancement INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF_CTR and INCL_, INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF
Using above structures we can enhance Item over view screen, My requirement is to enhance Item distribution screen,
If any one worked on distribution screen enhancement or any body knowledge of this, please share me the correct structure to enhance the screen.

When I enter time machine (on Time Capsule) i see the stack of screen shots and the time line. However, when I roll over the mouse pointer, the time line does not activate. The cancel button does not get me out of the app: have to alt cmd esc. Ideas?

You may have locked the screen. Open Control Center by sliding up with one finger from below the bottom of the home screen. The orientation lock control is at the far right of the top row in Control Center (looks like a lock surrounded by a circular arrow). If it is on, the same icon will be in the menu bar. Also note that not all screens will rotate -- the home screen for example will not.

Why do my finder links expand at the bottom of the screen when I roll over them?

I turned my computer back on and now my finder buttons on my bottom menu bar (where iTunes, safari etc. is) expand to enlargen each app when I roll over them. How did this happen? How do I stop it?

Is there a way to prevent roll-over ads from opening? Some sites are almost impossible to navigate because of this new nuisance.

For instance, www.roughstock.com is a country music website where you can see lyrics and chords for popular songs that contributors have sent in. From the main page you click on the "Cowpie" tab to enter the page where you can search for songs. If you do this I am quite sure you will experience one of the roll-over advertisements I am talking about. They are small ads which, if you touch any portion of their area, will TAKE OVER the screen and play until the advertisement is finished or until you are able to find a usually obscure 'close' button.
I've got 'pop-ups' disabled, but this new kind of ad is already resident on the page you wish to view so it is beating the system.
Also, I'm not spamming for that site, it's just the most recent site where I've experienced this problem.

It's going to get worse with crap like that as more web sites adopt HTML5 and HTML5 compatible browsers are released. There's all sorts of new tags in HTML5 that will probably be misused for displays like that.

Multiple roll over/out + attachMC = wrong coordinates of attached mc

When I set mouse over first MC ("LetP") it starts second MC ("LetPi"). When I remove mouse from this area, LetPi is replaced with LetPj, which disappear after a while revealing LetP.
Problem starts when I do this:
mouse over the mc, then mouse out, then over again, and then out
- result of this operation is that the LetPj appears where it should (that is x=80 and y=160), but it also appears in upper - left corner of the screen (x=0 and y=about 10,sometimes less).
And untill the additional mc (the one at x=0) disappear the main mcs (those at x=80) act chaotically on roll over/out events.

The example I geve was just for one letter, it was letter "P". That's why every mc in code I've written above has the same coordinates (x,y). I got other letters, every one of them works with the same mechanism as "P". But other letters have different coordinates. I want every letter to animate independently.
Every letter has 3 versions. For "P" it is "LetP", "LetPi" and "LetPj".
For example letter "R" has instances of "LetR", "LetRi" and "LetRj". Letter "O" has instances of "LetO", "LetOi" and "LetOj". And so on....with more letters.
I gave an example just for letter "P" so I'd know what to do with other letters
My first post in this thread was a function, which was supposed to work for all the letters. And it might've been not very understandable function (I have sometimes trouble with figuring it out ) But it works as I intended to. Code in my second post is easier to understand, but it has the same effect as code in the first post.
Both versions of this code (my fist post, and my second post) works simmilar. But both of them have simmilar 'side effects' - instance of "LetPj" appears at the upper left corner of stege. And this side effect was not in my intentions
I was interested in the reason why this instance of "LetPj" (or "LetRj" or "LetOj"...and so on) appears where it shouldn't be.

Button doesn't appear until rolled over

I have a form button (

the button does not display until it is rolled over.
Do I need to force the 'Active' state of the button to appear
immediately upon loading the page? How should I do this?

Adding custom fields in Contract and PO screen

Hi Experts
I am trying to enhance contract and PO screen by creating structure Ci_bbp_hdr_ctr and Ci_bbp_hdr_po
Now I am able to display the required fields on the screen.
Is there any other way to do the same??
I want to change the position of the fields, how to achieve that??
and How to display drop down fields??

The position of the customer fields depends on the order you added them in the Incluse structure as per the OSS Notes 458591& 672960. If you added a customer field first then it would appear first simlarly if you have added it at the end of the structure it will appear towards the end of the screen.

Using Roll Over in Timeline?

Hi I am trying to use a rollover or a click effect on a button placed in a time line. The button is in a different layer to the running time line. When I go in to up, over down, hit and insert a new frame there when the movie runs the button just flicks back and forwards continually.
How can I get the button to switch over only when I roll over or click it?
Any advice would be a great help.

assuming this is a movieclip button, attach a stop() to the first frame of the movieclip button. then code for your click, rollover and rollout.

Having problems with swap image (roll over effect)

I am trying to do a roll over state (swap image) for a linked item on my mock up. I've done this for other pages in the same file, but for some reason on another page, when I build the second state, insert the slice, and create the swap image on the first state, it previews in the browser with just a white screen and the section that I sliced. How come it is showing a white page in lieu of my entire mock up with the roll over effect?
